Claims (13)
- Steckverbinder mit zwei Steckverbinderhälften (2, 4), insbesondere in Form eines Stiftsteckers und eines Buchsensteckers, die jeweils ein Isoliergehäuse (6, 12) und eine daran gehaltene Kontaktanordnung (10, 14), die mit der Kontaktanordnung des anderen Isoliergehäuses verbindbar ist, aufweisen, und mit einer Verriegelungseinrichtung (16), die wenigstens einen in Steckrichtung verlaufenden Bolzen (18) an der einen Steckverbinderhälfte (2) und wenigstens eine Aufnahmehülse (20) für den Bolzen an der anderen Steckverbinderhälfte (4) umfaßt, wobei der Bolzen (18) eine im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Steckrichtung verlaufende Umfangsnut (32) aufweist, in die ein durch eine Öffnung (22) in der Aufnahmehülse (20) hindurch gehaltenes quer zur Steckrichtung bewegbares federndes oder federbelastetes Verriegelungsorgan einrastbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsorgan von einer Federklammer (24) gebildet ist und die Verriegelungseinrichtung (16), ohne ein unmittelbares manuelles Betätigen des Verriegelungsorgans zu erfordern, gelöst werden kann, indem die Federklammer (24) bei Auseinanderziehen der beiden Steckverbinderhälften (2, 4) radial geweitet wird und hierdurch aus der Nut (32) schnappt.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federklammer (24) im wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federklammer (24) aus einem Drahtabschnitt gebogen ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freien Enden (78, 80) der Schenkel (74, 76) der Federklammern (24) aufeinanderzugebogen sind.
- Steckverbiner nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Schenkel (76) der Federklammer (24) aus der Klammerebene (82) nach unten und der andere (74) nach oben gebogen ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmehülse (20) zwei umfangsseitige Öffnungen (22) für einen Eingriff der Federklammer (24) aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (22) in der Aufnahmehülse (20) schlitzförmig ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmehülse (20) eine umlaufende Nut (26) zur Aufnahme der Federklammer (24) aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Nutwand (34) der Umfangsnut (32) des Bolzens (18) einen äußeren, zum Bolzenmantel abgeschrägten Bereich (36) aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in die Aufnahmehülse (20) einsteckbare Bolzen (18) zusätzlich mittels Schraubverbindung (28) in der Aufnahmehülse gesichert werden kann.
- Bolzenseitige Steckverbinderhälfte eines Steckverbinders nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Nutwand (34) der Umfangsnut (32) des Bolzens (18) einen äußeren, zum Bolzenmantel abgeschrägten und zur Steckrichtung geneigten Bereich (36) und einen inneren, zur Steckrichtung im wesentlichen senkrechten Bereich (40) aufweist.
- Bolzenseitige Steckverbinderhälfte nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nutboden (38) der Umfangsnut (32) des Bolzens (18) stufenförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei ein vorderer und radial innerer Stufenbereich (44) zum Einrasten und Verriegeln des Schieberelements (52) einer ein solches Schieberelement aufweisenden Steckverbinderhälfte (46) dient.
- Aufnahmehülsenseitigen Steckverbinderhälfte (4) eines Steckverbinders nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 mit zwei Aufnahmehülsen (20) die jeweils eine Federklammer aufweisen, gekennzeichnet durch U-förmige Federklammern (24), deren offene Seiten einander zugewandt angeordnet sind.
