例16は例1〜15のいずれかの主題を含み、あるいはその主題と任意で組み合わせられてよく、埋込型ハウジングに取り付けられた支柱をヘッダの窪みに挿入する工程と、埋込型ハウジングから離れる方向へのヘッダの移動を保持部材により阻止した状態で、保持部材を支柱に取り付ける工程を含む方法を含んでよい。
例18では、例1〜17のいずれかの主題は任意で、Eリングを含む外部保持リングを含んでよい。
例20では、例1〜19のいずれかの主題は任意で、保持部材の上面が支柱の拡張頭部の下面と当接すると共に、保持部材の下面がヘッダの内面と当接するように、保持部材が支柱に取り付けられてよい。

Claims (9)
- 埋込型ハウジングと、

前記ハウジングの表面から前記窪み内に延出する本体部を含む支柱であって、前記本体部よりも大きな拡張頭部を含む前記支柱と、
前記ヘッダ内に組み込まれる保持部材であって、該保持部材の下面が前記ヘッダの内面と当接した状態で前記支柱と係合させられる前記保持部材と、
を備え、該保持部材は、複数の内歯を備えたプッシュオンリングを含み、該プッシュオンリングは、前記ヘッダが前記ハウジングに取り付けられる前に前記ヘッダに予め組み込まれ、前記ヘッダが前記ハウジングに取り付けられるときに前記拡張頭部に対して押し込まれるように構成されている、装置。 - 前記支柱は第1支柱であり、前記装置はさらに第2支柱を含み、前記第1支柱および前記第2支柱は高さが異なる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記支柱は金属材料から形成されると共に、前記保持部材は金属材料から形成されており、前記支柱の金属材料は前記保持部材の金属材料よりも硬度が高く、或いはそれと硬度が同じである請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記保持部材の上面は前記拡張頭部の下面と当接する請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記支柱は雄ねじを含む請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ヘッダはスロットを有し、該スロットは、前記保持部材が前記支柱と係合するよう前記スロット内に配置されるように、前記窪みと直交して延出すると共に該窪みと連通する請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 埋込型ハウジングと、
医療用リード線の端子を受け入れるための1個以上のポートを有するヘッダであって、
前記ヘッダは更に、該ヘッダの下面に窪みを有すると共に、前記ヘッダの側面にスロットを有し、前記スロットは前記窪みと直交すると共に該窪みと連通している、前記ヘッダと、
前記埋込型ハウジングの上面から延出する本体部を含む支柱であって、該支柱は前記窪み内に延出しているとともに前記本体部よりも大きな拡張頭部を含む、前記支柱と、
前記ヘッダのスロット内に配置される保持部材であって、該保持部材は、該保持部材の上面が前記拡張頭部の下面と当接するように、前記支柱と係合しており、前記保持部材が前記ヘッダを前記埋込型ハウジングに対して保持するように、前記保持部材の下面は前記ヘッダの内面と当接する、前記保持部材と、
を備え、該保持部材は、複数の内歯を備えたプッシュオンリングを含み、該プッシュオンリングは、前記ヘッダが前記ハウジングに取り付けられる前に前記ヘッダに予め組み込まれ、前記ヘッダが前記ハウジングに取り付けられるときに前記拡張頭部に対して押し込まれるように構成されている、装置。 - 前記支柱は雄ねじを含む請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記支柱は第1支柱であり、前記装置はさらに前記埋込型ハウジングの上面から延出する第2支柱を含み、前記第1支柱および前記第2支柱は高さが異なる請求項7又は8に記載の装置。
