Abstract
本实用新型电连接器组件包括电路板、安装于电路板的电连接器主体、覆盖于电连接器主体上的屏蔽片以及连接屏蔽片与前述电路板的连接装置。所述连接装置包括设有头部和连接杆的导电连接件、套设于连接杆的支撑件以及卡设于连接杆的导电垫圈,其中导电连接件头部抵靠于屏蔽片上表面,连接杆贯穿屏蔽片,支撑件和导电垫圈分别抵靠于屏蔽片下表面以及电路板上表面,屏蔽片通过连接件与导电垫圈形成到电路板的接地连接。本实用新型的连接装置可有效的完成屏蔽片到电路板的接地连接。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型是有关一种电连接器组件,尤其涉及一种电连接器组件的接地结构。
【技术背景】
在2006年6月1日公开的美国专利公开第2006/0116007号中,申请人公开了一种电连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体的导电端子、框设于绝缘本体外围的加强片、压接于绝缘本体的压板和拔动杆。加强片于其四角上设置了若干配合孔,所述电连接器组件还包括装配于配合孔内的垫圈以及穿过配合孔的若干螺栓。垫圈自配合孔延伸至加强片与电路板之间,螺栓穿过配合孔将加强片定位于电路板上。然而当压接于绝缘本体的压板需要进行接地连接时,就需要一种具有接地效果良好的连接装置将压板与电路板接地连接。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电连接器组件,其具有一种接地装置可有效的将外屏蔽片与电路板进行接地连接。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种电连接器组件,其包括电路板、安装于电路板的电连器主体、覆盖于电连接器主体上的屏蔽片以及连接屏蔽片与前述电路板的连接装置。所述连接装置包括设有头部和连接杆的导电连接件、套设于连接杆的支撑件以及卡设于连接杆的导电垫圈,其中导电连接件头部抵靠于屏蔽片上表面,连接杆贯穿屏蔽片,支撑件和导电垫圈分别抵靠于屏蔽片下表面以及电路板上表面。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本电连接器组件的连接件的头部抵靠于屏蔽片上表面,连接杆贯穿屏蔽片,套设于连接杆的支撑件和卡持于连接杆的导电垫圈分别抵靠于屏蔽片下表面以及电路板的上表面,屏蔽片通过连接件与导电垫圈可有效的形成到电路板的接地连接。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图一至图二,本实用新型电连接器组件100,其包括电路板1、安装于电路板1的电连器主体2、覆盖于连接器主体2上的屏蔽片4、连接屏蔽片4与前述电路板1的连接装置5以及与连接装置5螺纹连接的背板6。
请参阅图一至图三,电连接器主体2包括收容电子元件(未图示)的绝缘本体21以及框设于绝缘本体21外侧且抵压于电子元件上的压接片22。压接片22一边侧设有若干扣和部221以与设置于屏蔽片4的扣持槽41配合,另一边侧延伸设有一按压部222。
所述电连接器组件100还包括摇杆3。摇杆3包括压接于压接片22按压部222的固持杆31、自固持杆31末端延伸并且与屏蔽片4设有的扣勾42配合的操作杆32。所述屏蔽片4四角处设有若干配合孔43。
请参阅图四至图六,连接装置5包括设有头部501和连接杆502的导电连接件50、套设于连接杆502的支撑件51以及卡设于连接杆502的导电垫圈52。其中导电连接件头部501抵靠于屏蔽片4上表面,连接杆502贯穿屏蔽片3的配合孔43,支撑件51和导电垫圈52分别抵靠于屏蔽片3下表面以及电路板1的上表面,屏蔽片4通过连接件50与导电垫圈52形成到电路板1的接地连接。支撑件51为塑胶件,其中心设有第一通孔510。导电垫圈52包括设有开口的环形圈520以及向内凸伸以卡合于连杆502的若干卡合部521。电路板1设有若干第二通孔101。连接杆502贯穿配合孔43、第一通孔510,以及第二通孔101。
在将电连接器主体2和屏蔽片4连接至电路板1时,先将屏蔽片4放置于电连接器主体2上,此时摇杆3与屏蔽片4的扣勾42配合。然后将电连接件50的连接杆502贯穿屏蔽片4上的配合孔43、支撑件51的第一通孔510,以及电路板1上的第二通孔101,最后与背板6进行螺纹连接。其中导电垫圈52的安装,不需要进行金属铆压硬干涉,并且可控制屏蔽片4与电路板1之间的距离。导电垫圈52与电路板1上的电路导通,使得屏蔽片4与电路板1达到较好的接地效果。
Claims (8)
1.一种电连接器组件,其包括:电路板、安装于电路板的电连接器主体、覆盖于电连接器主体上的屏蔽片以及连接屏蔽片与前述电路板的连接装置,其特征在于:所述连接装置包括设有头部和连接杆的导电连接件、套设于连接杆的支撑件以及卡设于连接杆的导电垫圈,其中导电连接件头部抵靠于屏蔽片上表面,连接杆贯穿屏蔽片,支撑件和导电垫圈分别抵靠于屏蔽片下表面以及电路板上表面,屏蔽片通过连接件与导电垫圈形成到电路板的接地连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述导电垫圈包括设有开口的环形圈以及向内凸伸以卡合于连接杆的若干卡合部。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器主体包括收容一电子元件的绝缘本体以及框设于绝缘本体外侧且抵压于电子元件上的压接片。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述压接片的一侧可转动扣持于屏蔽片,其相反的一侧与一可转动固持于屏蔽片的摇杆配合,从而使压接片可抵压于所述电子元件上。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述屏蔽片设有与连接件配合的的配合孔,支撑件设有第一通孔,电路板设有相应的第二通孔,连接件贯穿配合孔、第一通孔以及第二通孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述配合孔设置于屏蔽片的四角处,以与相应的连接件配合连接。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件还包括与连接杆螺纹连接的背板。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述支撑件为塑胶件。
