Claims (5)

  1. Wand für eine Dusch- oder Badewanne (2) von jener Art, die wenigstens eine Platte (4) aufweist, die einen aus Profilen (8) gebildeten, eine Verglasung (6) tragenden Rahmen umfaßt und die gleitend entlang eines Mauerprofils (10) montiert ist, das seinerseits mittels eines Profiles (12) am Gebäude (38) befestigt ist, an dem es derart schwenkbar gelagert ist (14), daß die Platte (4) entweder am Rand (16) der Wanne (2) in einer sogenannten unteren Position anliegt oder angehoben ist in einer sogenannten oberen Position, in welcher sie am Gebäude (38) oberhalb der Armatur (18) anliegt, wobei die Wand mit Hilfsmitteln zum Anheben ausgestattet ist, umfassend eine Feder (20), die im Mauerprofil (10) angeordnet und komprimiert zwischen Stützorganen (22, 24) zwischengefügt bzw. getragen ist vom Zwischenprofil (12) und dem Mauerprofil (10), derart, daß die Feder (20) einen aufsteigenden Schub auf das Zwischenprofil (12) ausübt, der geringfügig größer als das Gewicht der Platte (4) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand ausgerüstet mit Mitteln (24, 26, 28, 30) zum Umlenken des Schubes der Feder (20) von deren Abstützung auf dem Stützorgan (24), getragen vom Zwischenprofil (12), gegen einen Anschlag (26), der vom Mauerprofil (10) getragen ist, wenn die Wand in die untere Position verbracht wird (Figuren 3, 4).
  2. Wand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkmittel Mittel (28, 30) zum Zerlegen der Kraft aufweisen, aufgebracht durch den Benutzer, um die Wand (4) im Hinblick auf deren Anheben oder Absenken zu verschieben, einerseits in eine vertikale Kraft, die das genannte Verschieben der Wand einleitet, und andererseits in eine Kraft senkrecht zur allgemeinen Ausrichtung der Feder (20), um eine Querschiebung zu dieser zu bewirken.
  3. Wand nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Umlenken Stützebenen (28, 30) aufweisen, die einander entgegengerichtet am Anschlag (22) und am genannten Stützorgan (24) zum Anheben der Platte angeordnet sind, und daß der Abstand (d), der in Querrichtung den Anschlag (22) vom Stützorgan (24) zum Anheben der Platte (4) trennt, kleiner als dessen Quererstreckung (20) ist.
  4. Wand nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vom Mauerprofil (10) getragene Anschlag (22) aus einem trapezförmigen, langgestreckten Stab gebildet ist, der sich über eine Länge erstreckt, die im wesentlichen gleich jener der Feder (20) ist, daß der Stab (22) angeordnet ist in einer ersten Gleitbahn (32), die sich im Inneren des Mauerprofils (10) befindet, und daß das Stützorgan (24) zum Anheben der Platte (4) als kurzes Trapezoid ausgeführt ist und an einer Außenfläche des Zwischenprofils (12) anliegt, das seinerseits in einer zweiten Gleitbahn (34) angeordnet ist, vorgesehen im Mauerprofil (10) gegenüber der ersten Gleitbahn.
  5. Wand nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenprofil (12) mit Spiel entlang der zweiten Gleitbahn (34) mittels eines Paares von Zügen (36) aus Rollen (40, 42) geführt ist, die es an seinen beiden Enden tragen.
