Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de plaques embouties, en particulier des plaques d'immatriculation pour véhicules automobiles, pour lesquelles une platine en tôle, en particulier une platine en tôle d'aluminium, dotée le cas échéant sur une face d'une feuille réfléchissante, est emboutie au moyen d'un outil d'emboutissage constitué de plusieurs parties supérieures et parties inférieures pour former une plaque, ayant des tronçons en relief, faisant saillie sur une face visible de la plaque, et des tronçons intermédiaires en creux, et les tronçons en relief situés sur la face visible de la plaque étant rendus colorés avec utilisation d'une feuille de matière synthétique dotée d'un colorant, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de matière synthétique est dotée sur une face d'un adhésif sensible à la pression, en ce que la feuille de matière synthétique avant emboutissage de la plaque est placée par sa face adhésive sur ce qui sera ultérieurement la face visible de la platine plane non-emboutie, et que, lors de l'emboutissage en une phase opératoire unique, une pression élevée amenant l'adhésif à adhérer n'est exercée que dans la zone des tronçons en relief, tandis que sur les tronçons en creux n'est exercée aucune pression ou bien seulement une pression faible, n'aboutissant pas à ce que l'adhésif devienne collant.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'adhésif devient collant à la température ambiante, lorsqu'on exerce une pression.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de matière synthétique est dotée sur une face d'une couche de colorant désolidarisable, la couche de colorant présentant sur sa face extérieure opposée à la feuille de matière synthétique la couche d'adhésif constituée d'un adhésif sensible à la pression.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de matière plastique est colorée.
  5.
