Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and an apparatus for the production of molded blocks, in particular from flowable concrete, with a mold and one or more mold nests, each of which is assigned one or more mold cores for making recesses in the inside or on the outside of the molded block.
- the invention has for its object to provide a method and an apparatus for the production of molded blocks, which enable a rational and largely automated series production of high quality molded blocks with different recesses inside and on the outside of the molded block.
- cutouts of any kind can be made not only in the center, but also on all outer sides of the shaped block.
- the recesses can be continuous or blind-hole-like and have different shapes. In this case, designs are also possible which do not run parallel to the mold wall or are designed in steps.
- the fact that the mold cores are not extended horizontally as usual, but vertically downwards, enables a better utilization of the mold because the cores are not between the mold walls, but are housed outside the form.
- Another advantage is that a clean and smooth surface of the molded block is ensured due to the stripping during demolding. Due to the scraper plate, no concrete residues can build up on the cores.
- a mold 3 with a plurality of mold nests 4 is placed on a vibrating table 1 of a molding machine 2.
- the mold 3 is fastened in an interchangeable manner to the vertically movable supports 6 of the molding machine 2 which can be driven by piston-cylinder units (not shown).
- the mold cores 7 pass through bores 9 of a stripper plate 10 which rests on the top of the core carrier plate 8 and covers the bottom of the mold 3 downwards.
- two piston rods 11 of piston-cylinder units 12 are fastened, which are used for the vertical lifting and lowering of the stripper plate 10 (left side of FIG. 1).
- FIG. 1 shows the connection of the stripper plate 10 to the core carrier plate 8 by means of stepped cylinders 13 which are fastened to the core carrier plate 8 and whose pistons 14 are also on the transverse sides of the Attack wiper plate 10.
- the step cylinders 13 lie behind the piston-cylinder units 12, not shown, which can be seen on the left side of FIG. 1.
- the step cylinder 13 enables vertical movement of the core carrier plate 8 relative to the stripper plate 10. 2 and 3, the arrangement of the piston-cylinder units 12 and the step cylinder 13 is shown enlarged as detail A and B of FIG. 1.
- the piston-cylinder units 12 are connected to one another by supports 15 which have rollers 16 on their underside and are guided on horizontal rails 17 of a frame 18 of the molding machine 2.
- the unit 19 consisting of the scraper plate 10, the core carrier plate 8, the piston-cylinder units 12 and the stepped cylinders 13 can be moved in the horizontal direction relative to the mold 3.
- the unit 19 is driven by a hydraulic cylinder 20, the piston rod 21 of which is attached to the wiper plate 10 (FIG. 5).
- the connection between the piston rod 21 and the stripper plate 10 on the one hand and the hydraulic cylinder 20 and the frame 18 on the other hand is formed by joints 22 and 23.
- the mold nests 4 are vertically movable in a known manner and driven by a piston-cylinder unit 24 Assigned printing plates 25 which rest on the filled mold nests 4.
- the mode of operation of the invention is as follows:
- the form 3 is moved upwards by the drivable carriers 6 and the pressure plates 25 by the piston-cylinder unit 24 (FIG. 4).
- the wiper plate 10 is moved upward by actuating the piston-cylinder units 12.
- the core carrier plate 8 is initially held in its lower position by actuating the stepped cylinder 13, so that the stripper plate 10 moves upward relative to the core carrier plate 8 and the mold 3 is pulled off the mold cores 7.
- the mold 3 is then moved upward relative to the pressure plates 25, so that the finished molded blocks, which now have a recess corresponding to the mold cores 7, are ejected from the mold nests 4.
- the shaped blocks are removed by moving the storage board 26 horizontally.
- the unit 19 is moved back into its starting position and placed on the vibrating table 1 together with the mold 3.
- the pressure plates 25 remain in their upper position, not shown, so that the mold cavities 4 can be filled in a known manner.
- FIGS. 7 to 13 Another embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 7 to 13.
- the core carrier plate 8 is accommodated in a box 27 which is placed on the vibrating table 1 and covered on its upper side by the stripper plate 10 and is detachably screwed to the box.
- the piston rods 11 of the piston-cylinder units 12 are fastened to the transverse sides of the scraper plate 10, which project laterally beyond the box 27 and are each connected to one another by a cross member 28 (left side of FIG. 7).
- the rollers 16 which run on the rails 17 of the frame 18 are arranged on the cross members 28. From Fig. 7 it can be seen that the frame 18 is guided laterally over the vibrating table 1.
- the core carrier plate 8 is accommodated with the mold cores 7, which pass through the stripper plate 10 and protrude into the mold nests 4 of the mold 3.
- the stepped cylinders 13 are arranged, the piston rods 14 of which are fastened to the stripper plate 10 (right side of FIG. 7). 8 and 9, the arrangement of the piston-cylinder units 12 and the stepped cylinder 13 is shown enlarged as detail C and D of FIG. 7.
- the mode of operation differs from the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 6 in that the demolding of the mold cores 7 is not kinematically reversed by the movement of the mold 3 upwards but by the movement of the core carrier plate 8 relative to the mold 3 and the stripper plate 10 he follows.
- the stripper plate 10 is first moved upwards together with the box 27, the mold 3 and the pressure plates 25 by actuating the piston-cylinder units 12 and then the core carrier plate 8 by actuating the stepped cylinder 13 until the upper edge of the mold cores 7 lies on the same level with the upper edge of the stripper plate 10 (Figs. 11 and 12).
- the unit 19 consisting of stripper plate 10, box 27, core carrier plate 8, the piston-cylinder units 12 and the stepped cylinders 13 is moved out of the area of the mold 3 in the horizontal direction by actuating the hydraulic cylinder 20 in the same way as in the first exemplary embodiment ( Fig. 13).
- FIGS. 14 to 17 Another embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 14 to 17.
- the vibrating table 1 is perforated and has two side cheeks 29, between which the box 27 with the core support plate 8, the stripper plate 10 and the step cylinders 13 is arranged.
- In the side walls 29 there are guideways 30 for slidably receiving guide bolts 31 which are fastened to the long sides of the box 27.
- the hydraulic cylinder 20, which is articulated with its piston rod 21 via the joint 22 on the box 27 and via the joint 23 on the frame 18, serves to move the box 27 in the guideways 30.
- the vibrators 32 are screwed directly onto the box 27, which thereby takes over the partial function of shaking and compacting the shaped stones.
- the unit 19 consisting of stripper plate 10, core carrier plate 8 and the stepped cylinders 13 is no longer moved out of the area of the mold 3 in the horizontal direction after the vertical extension of the mold cores 7, but instead is lowered vertically downward due to the positive guidance in the guideways 30 (FIG. 17).
- the unit 19 is initially displaced in the horizontal direction by actuation of the hydraulic cylinder 20 by a relatively small amount in order to achieve a smooth surface on the underside of the shaped block, along which the upper side of the stripper plate 10 slides.
- the unit 19 is then moved obliquely downward in an approximately vertical direction, so that there is a sufficient vertical distance between the mold 3 and the stripper plate 10 in order to retract the board 26 and to position it immediately below the mold 3 (FIG. 17).
- the finished shaped blocks are then placed on board 26 as already described. In this way, the relatively long distances when moving the unit 19 in and out into the area of the mold 3 are considerably shortened.
- mold cores with other geometrical shapes can also be used to make various recesses in the molded stone or on the outer sides thereof, in order, for example, to be able to produce a paving stone according to DE-OS 43 17 442.
- the recesses can only push through part of the shaped block or they can be installed in stages.
- the method according to the invention allows any number of cutouts of any size and shape inside or on the outside of the shaped block.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for the production of molded blocks, in particular from flowable concrete, with a mold and one or more mold nests, each of which is assigned one or more mold cores for making recesses in the inside or on the outside of the molded block.
In the production of hollow blocks, it is known to arrange one or more cores with a rectangular cross section in the mold nests of the multiple mold. The cores are connected to one another at the top by a core holder which extends over the mold cavities. To demold the hollow block, the cores, which are provided with a bevel, are pulled off from the finished molded block together with the mold upwards. In this known method, the core holder resting on the top of the shaped stone leaves an interrupted, uneven surface which, for example, cannot be used for paving stones is. Another disadvantage is that recesses can only be made in the molded block from above and the interruption of the core holder means that the molded block has no clean visible surfaces.
The invention has for its object to provide a method and an apparatus for the production of molded blocks, which enable a rational and largely automated series production of high quality molded blocks with different recesses inside and on the outside of the molded block.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the method according to
Further embodiments of the invention are contained in the subclaims.
The advantages achieved by the invention consist in particular in that cutouts of any kind can be made not only in the center, but also on all outer sides of the shaped block. The recesses can be continuous or blind-hole-like and have different shapes. In this case, designs are also possible which do not run parallel to the mold wall or are designed in steps. The fact that the mold cores are not extended horizontally as usual, but vertically downwards, enables a better utilization of the mold because the cores are not between the mold walls, but are housed outside the form. Another advantage is that a clean and smooth surface of the molded block is ensured due to the stripping during demolding. Due to the scraper plate, no concrete residues can build up on the cores.

The right side of FIG. 1 shows the connection of the
The piston-
The
Die Wirkungsweise der Erfindung ist wie folgt:The mode of operation of the invention is as follows:
The
Another embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 7 to 13. In this embodiment, the
In the
The mode of operation differs from the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 6 in that the demolding of the
Another embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 14 to 17. The
In further embodiments of the invention, instead of the
