Description

Schraubkappe, insbesondere aus Kunststoff, zum Verschließen einer Flasche oder dergleichen
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schraubkappe der im Ober¬ begriff des Anspruchs 1 genannten Art zum Verschließen einer Flasche oder dergleichen.
Durch DE 41 08 453 AI ist eine Schraubkappe der be- treffenden Art bekannt, bei der die nach innen gerichteten Rastvorsprünge hakenförmig ausgebildet sind, so daß beim erstmaligen Aufschrauben der Schraubkappe auf das Außen¬ gewinde eines Flaschenhalses die Rastvorsprünge hinter einen zu Sicherungszwecken am Flaschenhals angeordneten, umlaufenden Außenwulst schnappen. Beim Abschrauben der Schraubkappe halten die hakenförmigen Rastvorsprünge den Sicherungsring hinter dem Außenwulst am Flaschenhals fest, so daß die durch dünne Stege zwischen dem Sicherungsring und dem zylindrischen Teil der Schraubkappe gebildeten Sollbruchstellen abreißen und so der Sicherungsring auf dem Flaschenhals verbleibt. Dadurch ist eine Originali¬ tätssicherung gegeben, indem nach Wiederaufschrauben der Schraubkappe der Sicherungsring lose auf dem Flaschenhals gehalten ist. Dadurch ist für jeden leicht erkennbar, daß die Flasche bereits einmal geöffnet worden ist.
Ein Nachteil dieser bekannten Schraubkappe besteht darin, daß ein verhältnismäßig großes Drehmoment erforder¬ lich ist, wenn die hakenförmigen Rastvorsprünge an dem Sicherungsring über den Außenwulst am Flaschenhals hinweg¬ bewegt werden. Aufgrund dieses erhöhten Drehmoments be¬ steht die Gefahr, daß die durch die dünnen Stege gebilde¬ ten Sollbruchstellen zwischen dem Sicherungsring und dem zylindrischen Teil der Schraubkappe bereits beim Auf¬ schrauben abgeschert werden, so daß nachfolgend der Siche¬ rungsring lose auf dem Hals der Flasche sitzt, genauso, wie das der Fall ist, wenn die Flasche erstmalig geöffnet und dann wieder verschlossen worden ist. Die Originalität des Flascheninhalts ist daher nicht erkennbar oder gewähr¬ leistet .
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Schraubkappe der betreffenden Art zu schaffen, bei der die Gefahr des Abreißens der Sollbruchstellen zwischen dem zylindrischen Teil der Schraubkappe und dem Sicherungsring beim erstmaligen Aufschrauben verringert ist.
Die der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe wird durch die im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 angegebene Lehre ge¬ löst. Der Grundgedanke dieser Lehre besteht darin, den zy¬ lindrischen Teil der Schraubkappe und den Sicherungsring in Umfangsrichtung formschlüssig, in Schraubrichtung je¬ doch lösbar miteinander zu verbinden. Durch formschlüssi¬ ges Ineinandergreifen der gegenüberliegenden Ränder von zylindrischem Teil und Sicherungsring können große Drehmo¬ mente ohne gegenseitige Drehbewegung der beiden Teile übertragen werden, so daß keine Gefahr besteht, daß die den Sicherungsring im Originalzustand mit dem zylindri¬ schen Teil der Schraubkappe verbindenden Sollbruchstellen abgeschert oder abgerissen werden.
Der Vorsprung und die Ausnehmung sind zweckmäßigerwei¬ se rechteckig, wobei mehrere Vorsprünge und Ausnehmungen vorteilhafterweise vorgesehen sind, die vorzugsweise mäan- derförmig ineinandergreifen. Die Stege können sich grund- sätzlich an beliebigen Stellen befinden, also z.B. dort, wo keine Vorsprünge und Ausnehmungen ineinandergreifen. Zweckmäßigerweise befinden sich die Sollbruchstellen zwi¬ schen in Umfangsrichtung aneinander angrenzenden Flächen der Vorsprünge und Ausnehmungen. Die Sollbruchstellen kön¬ nen auch durch zwischen den Vorspüngen und Ausnehmungen angeordnete Stege gebildet sein. Die Verzahnung erstreckt sich zweckmäßigerweise über den gesamten Umfang.
Anhand der Zeichnung soll die Erfindung näher erläu¬ tert werden.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Axialschnitt durch ein Ausfüh¬ rungsbeispiel einer Schraubkappe gemäß der Erfindung, zusammen mit einem zugehörigen Hals einer Flasche, Fig. 2 ist eine vergrößerte Ansicht II in Fig. 1,
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Schraubkappe 1 aus Kunststoff gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Sie weist einen Boden 2 und ein zylindrisches Schraubteil 3 auf mit einem Innengewinde 4 zum Aufschrauben auf ein Außengewinde 5 eines Flaschenhalses 6, der nur teilweise dargestellt ist. Zwischen dem Boden 2 und einer Stirnkante 7 des Flaschen¬ halses 6 befindet sich eine Dichtung 8.
Ein unterer Rand 9 des zylindrischen Teils 3 ist über Stege 10 mit einem Sicherungsring 11 verbunden, der innen Rastvorsprünge 12 aufweist, die in dem dargestellten Auf¬ schraubzustand einen Außenwulst 13 am Flaschenhals 6 hin¬ tergreifen.
Fig. 2 zeigt eine Ansicht II in Fig. 1. Aus ihr ist zu erkennen, daß ein unterer Rand 14 des zylindrischen Teils 3 rechteckige Vorsprünge 15 aufweist, die bündig in ent¬ sprechende Ausnehmungen 16 in dem Sicherungsring 11 ein¬ greifen. Zwischen den Vorsprüngen 15 und dem Boden der Ausnehmungen 11 ist ein Zwischenraum 17 gebildet, in dem die Stege 10 angeordnet sind, die den Sicherungsring 11 an dem zylindrischen Teil halten.
Beim erstmaligen Aufschrauben einer Schraubkappe 1 gemäß Fig. 1 sorgen die aus Fig. 2 ersichtlichen Vorsprün¬ ge 15 dafür, daß der Sicherungsring 11 auch dann ohne ge- genseitige Bewegung mitgenommen wird, wenn ein größeres Drehmoment auftritt, was dann der Fall ist, wenn die Rast¬ vorsprünge 12 auf den Außenwulst 13 aufgleiten und sich unter Spannung über ihn hinwegbewegen. Dadurch sind die dünnen Stege 10 während des AufSchraubvorganges gegen ein Abscheren oder Abreißen gesichert.
Die Vorsprünge 15 brauchen nur an der in Aufschraub¬ richtung gegenüberliegenden Kante der Ausnehmungen 16 an¬ zuliegen, nicht unbedingt jedoch in der entgegengesetzten Richtung, der Abschraubrichtung. Dort, z. B. im Bereich zwischen Flächen 18, 19 und durch gestrichelte Linien an¬ gedeuteten Flächen 20, 21 können dann durch Schraffur an¬ gedeutete Sollbruchstellen 22, 23 angeordnet sein, die dem gleichen Zweck dienen wie die Sollbruchstellen bildenden Stege 10, die dann entfallen können.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Schraubkappe, insbesondere aus Kunststoff, zum Ver¬ schluß einer Flasche oder dergleichen, mit einem zylindri¬ schen Schraubteil, das ein Innengewinde zum Aufschrauben auf ein Außengewinde eines Flaschenhalses aufweist und das über Sollbruchstellen mit dem Sicherungsring verbunden ist, an dem sich nach innen gerichtete Rastvorsprünge zum Hintergreifen eines Außenwulstes an einem Flaschenhals befinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der freie Rand (14) des zylindrischen Schraubteils (3) wenigstens einen axia- len Vorsprung (15) aufweist, der in eine Ausnehmung (17) in dem gegenüberliegenden Rand des Sicherungsringes (11) in Umfangsrichtung formschlüssig und in Achsrichtung lös¬ bar eingreift.
2. Schraubkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (15) und die Ausnehmung (17) rechteckig sind.
3. Schraubkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Vorsprünge (15) und Ausnehmungen (17) mäander- förmig ineinandergreifen.
4. Schraubkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sollbruchstellen (22, 23) zwischen in Umfangsrich- tung aneinander angrenzenden Flächen (18, 20; 19, 21) des Vorsprunges (15) und der Ausnehmungen (17) gebildet sind.
5. Schraubkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sollbruchstellen durch zwischen den Vorsprüngen (15) und Ausnehmungen (17) angeordnete Stege (10) gebildet sind.
