Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Treiber mit einer im wesentlichen stationär gelagerten Walze und einer gegen diese anstellbaren zweiten Walze, die in einem mittels Druckmittelzylinder verstellbaren Schwenkrahmen gelagert ist, der aus zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Schwingen gebildet wird, die im Bereich ihrer gemeinsamen Schwenkachse durch eine beidseitig im Treiberrahmen gelagerte Basis verbunden sind (siehe z.B. DE-A-26 14 254).
  • Derartige Treiber weisen eine Basis auf, die die Schwingen starr miteinander verbindet. Um die Wirkungslinie der vom Treiben ausgeübten Zugkraft beeinflussen zu können, hat man Walzen in Einbaustücken gelagert, die kraftbetätigt verstellbar ausgeführt sind. Man hat auch schon zur Begrenzung der Schwingenbewegung verstellbar ausgebildete Anschläge vorgesehen; solche Verstellvorrichtungen jedoch erfordern einen hohen Aufwand, da sie durch starke Auflagekräfte beaufschlagt werden, für die auch ggfs. gewünschte Verstelleinrichtungen auszulegen sind. Der hohe Aufwand und die erforderliche starre Ausführung lassen ein oft gewünschte selbsttätige Regelung nicht zu.
  • Die Erfindung geht dahervon der Aufgabe aus, den Aufbau und die Anstellantriebe eines gattungsgemäßen Treibers so weiterzubilden, daß Stell- und/oder Regelvorgänge mit einfachen Mitteln durchführbar sind.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Die Einleitung unterschiedlicher Anstellkräfte auf die beiden Schwingen erlaubt in Verbindung mit der torsionsfähig ausgeführten Basis unterschiedliche Schwenkwinkel der Schwingen durch relativ geringe Differenzkräfte der Anstellmittel zu bewirken, ohne daß die stabile Halterung auch der schwenkbaren Walze beeinträchtigt ist.
  • Die torsionsfähige Verbindung gewährleistet zudem, daß auch bei einem Fehlverhalten des steuernden die sie ergebende Fohleinstellung der einstellbaren Walze in erträglichen Toleranzen bleibt.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand einer Zeichnung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen:

    einen erfindungsgemäßen Treiber und
    Figur 2
    den Schwenkrahmen mit der zweiten Walzen des erfindungsgemäßen Treibers.
  • Der Figur 1 ist ein Treiber 1 zu entnehmen, der eine im wesentlichen stationär gelagerte Walze 2 sowie eine gegen diese anstellbare Walze 3 aufweist. Die Walze 3 ist in einem Schwenkrahmen 4 gehalten, welcher aus 2 einander gegenüberliegenden Schwingen 5, 5' besteht, die in dem Rahmen 6 des Treibers 1 eine gemeinsame Schwenkachse 7 aufweisen. An den der Schwenkachse 7 gegenüberliegenden Enden der Schwingen 5, 5' sind Druckmittelzylinder 8 angeordnet, die schwenkbar am Rahmen 6 gehalten sind.
  • Der Figur 2 kann entnommen werden, daß die Schwingen 5, 5' im Rahmen 6 um die Schwenkachse 7 verschwenkbar gelagert sind. Im Bereich der Schwenkachse 7 weisen die Schwingen 5, 5' eine gemeinsame, die Schwingen 5, 5' miteinander verbindende Basis 9 auf, die durch ein Torsionsrohr 10 gebildet wird. Die Walze 3 ist in den Schwingen 5, 5' drehbar gelagert. An den freien Enden der Schwingen 5, 5' greifen die Druckmittelzylinder 8, 8' an.
  • Das Torsionsrohr 10 erlaubt, daß die Druckmittelzylinder 8, 8' bei unterschiedlich starker Beaufschlagung die Schwingen 5, 5' auch unterschiedlich stark verschwenken. Das Torsionsrohr 10 gewährleistet aber auch der Unterschied im Schwenkbereich der Schwingen 5, 5' ein vorgegebenes und im wesentlichen von der Steifheit des Torsionsrohr abhängiges Maß nicht überschreitet. Durch Einleitung unterschiedlicher Anstellkräfte bei relativ geringer Differenzkraft der Druckmittel-zylinder 8, 8' lassen sich unterschiedliche Schwenkwinkel der Schwingen 5, 5' und damit der Walze 3 bewirken. Damit läßt sich durch einfaches Verschwenken der Walze 3 die vom Treiber ausgeübte Zugkraft auf das Band leicht beeinflussen, so daß es keines großen Aufwandes bedarf, um eine optimale Zugverteilung einzustellen.

Claims (4)

  1. Treiber (1) mit einer im Wesentlichen stationär gelagerten Walze (2) und einer gegen diese anstellbaren zweiten Walze (3), die in einem mittels Druckmittelzylindern (8, 8') verschwenkbaren Schwenkrahmen gelagert ist, der aus zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Schwingen (5, 5') gebildet wird, die im Bereich ihrer gemeinsamen Schwenkachse durch eine Basis (9) verbunden sind, wobei die Basis als Torsionsfeder ausgebildet ist, und wobei
    die Basis (9) beidseitig im Treiberrahmeh (6) gelagert ist, und die Druckmittelzylinder (8, 8') der Schwingen (5, 5') zur Einleitung unterschiedlicher Anstellkräfte jeweils separat beaufschlagt sind.
  2. Treiber nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Basis (9) ein Torsionsrohr (10) aufweist.
  3. Treiber nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Basis (9) konzentrisch Torsionsrohre aufweist.
  4. Treiber nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Basis (9) ein oder mehrere Torsionsstäbe aufweist.
