Abstract

辊式传输带驱动器
本发明涉及一种驱动器,其中装有一个固定辊和一个可向固定辊靠放的第二(副)辊,后者安装在由液压缸操纵的可移动的副辊回转架上,而该副棍架是由一对相向安置的摇臂组成,在其共用的摇臂旋转轴部位上,两摇臂由装在驱动器机架的基座联成一体。
这类驱动器具有牢固联结两摇臂的基座。把轧辊安装在可机动调节的安装部件上,目的是控制对传输带牵引力的作用线。现已设计出一些限制传输带摆动的可调制动器。但是,这样的调节装置造价高昂,因为存在很强的支承力,为此往往需要安装调节装置。高昂的造价和必不可少的刚性结构形式,使实现自动控制的愿望望而却步。
本发明旨在改善此类驱动器的构造及其用于调整的传动装置,并用简单的方式实现调整和/或调节过程。
针对上述目的,本发明提供一种传输带驱动器,其中装有一个固定辊和一个可以向固定辊靠放的第二(副)辊,该副辊安装在液压缸推动下摆动的副辊回转架上,该副辊回转架是由一对相向安置的摇臂组成,在其共用的摇臂旋转轴部位上用一根装在驱动器机架上的基座

由于在两个摇臂上施加不同的调整驱力,以及采用可扭的基座。因此,通过调整机构的相对小的力差可使摇臂以不同的转动角摆动,其中并不会影响可摆动辊的稳定支架。
此外,操纵失误引起的可调节的辊的调节偏差还可以通过可扭联结方式限制在额定范围内。

如图1所示,驱动器1装有一个固定辊2和向它挤靠的可调节的辊3。辊3安装在由相向安置的摇臂5和5′构成的副辊的回转架4上,摇臂5、5′的共用旋转轴7固定在驱动器1机架6上。摇臂5和5′在摇臂旋转轴7的对端与液压缸8耦联,后者固定在机架6上,并可以摆动。

扭管10的作用是,当液压缸8,8′受到不同施压时,也会使摇臂5,5′通过液压缸8,8′得到不同程度的摆动。它的另一作用是,在摇臂5,5′摆动范围内,使摇臂的摆动差不超过给定的,主要取决于扭管弹性的限度。通过液压缸8,8′以相对小的力差施加的不同调整推进力,使摇臂5,5′得到不同的转动角,并作用在副辊3上。这样通过副辊3的简单摆动,轻易地控制驱动器对传输带的牵引力,以便不需化费较大费用就可以实行最佳的力的分配。

Claims (4)

1.传输带驱动器,其中装有一个固定辊和一个可以向固定辊靠放的第二(副)辊,该副辊安装在液压缸推动下摆动的副辊回转架上,该副辊回转架是由一对相向安置的摇臂组成,在其共用的摇臂旋转轴部位上用一根装在驱动器机架上的基座( 柱型)把两摇臂联成一体,其特征是,
摇臂(5,5′)分别由可以单独施压的液压缸(8,8′)调节,其中联结两摇臂的基座(9)设计成扭簧型。
2.根据权利要求1的驱动器,其特征为,以扭管(10)作为基座(9)。
3。根据权利要求2的驱动器,其特征为,以同心扭管作为基座。
4.根据权利要求1的驱动器,其特征为,以一根或多根扭杆作为基座。
