Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Bildung einer Schubbewehrung für Flachdecken, mit mindestens einem länglichen Schubbewehrungselement (2), das mit seiner Längsachse winklig zur Deckenebene zu positionieren ist, wobei das Schubbewehrungselement (2) im wesentlichen die Form eines Bolzens (3) hat, der an mindestens einem Ende seines Schaftes einen Kopf (4, 24) aufweist, und das Schubbewehrungselement (2) mit einem quer zu seiner Längsachse liegenden Halteelement (1, 40) formschlüssig zu verbinden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (1) eine Schiene (10, 15, 20, 30, 50) ist, an der mehrere Schubbewehrungselemente (2) befestigbar sind und die Bolzen (3) und das Halteelement (1; 40) zusammensteckbar sind, wobei die Schiene (20) als U-Profil ausgeführt ist und der Kopf (24) des Schubbewehrungselementes (2) mittels nach innen verformter Wandteile der seitlichen Ränder (21, 22) des U-Profils gehalten ist. - Vorrichtung zur Bildung einer Schubbewehrung für Flachdecken, mit mindestens einem länglichen Schubbewehrungselement (2), das mit seiner Längsachse winklig zur Deckenebene zu positionieren ist, wobei das Schubbewehrungselement (2) im wesentlichen die Form eines Bolzens (3) hat, der an mindestens einem Ende seines Schaftes einen Kopf (4, 24) aufweist, und das Schubbewehrungselement (2) mit einem quer zu seiner Längsachse liegenden Halteelement (1, 40) formschlüssig zu verbinden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (1) eine Schiene (10, 15, 20, 30, 50) ist, an der mehrere Schubbewehrungselemente (2) befestigbar sind und die Bolzen (3) und das Halteelement (1; 40) zusammensteckbar sind, wobei die Schiene (26, 30) als U-Profil ausgeführt ist und im Bodenbereich des U-Profils ausgeformte Abschnitte (27, 31) vorgesehen sind, die unter den Rand des Kopfes (24) greifen, wobei insbesondere an dem U-Profil Flächen vorgesehen sind, an denen die Stirnseite des Kopfes (24) anliegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zur Verformung vorgesehenen Wandteile (23) durch Schlitze oder Einkerbungen in seitlichen Rändern (21, 22) des U-Profils begrenzt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flächen zur Anlage des Kopfes (24) durch nach der Montage des Schubbewehrungselementes (2) verformte Abschnitte (33) des U-Profils der Schiene (30) gebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den seitlichen Rändern (21, 22, 28, 29) des U-Profils der Schiene (20, 26) Öffnungen (25), vorzugsweise in regelmäßigen Abständen, vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung zur Bildung einer Schubbewehrung für Flachdecken, mit mindestens einem länglichen Schubbewehrungselement (2), das mit seiner Längsachse winklig zur Deckenebene zu positionieren ist, wobei das Schubbewehrungselement (2) im wesentlichen die Form eines Bolzens (3) hat, der an mindestens einem Ende seines Schaftes einen Kopf (4, 24) aufweist, und das Schubbewehrungselement (2) mit einem quer zu seiner Längsachse liegenden Halteelement (1, 40) formschlüssig zu verbinden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (1) eine Schiene (10, 15, 20, 30, 50) ist, an der mehrere Schubbewehrungselemente (2) befestigbar sind und die Bolzen (3) und das Halteelement (1; 40) zusammensteckbar sind und die Schiene (10, 15) als C-Profil ausgebildet ist, wobei die seitlichen Ränder (5, 6, 127, 18) des Profils den Kopf (4) des Schubbewehrungselementes (2) hintergreifen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (4) teilweise kreisbogenförmigen Umriß hat und an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten mit Abflachungen (7) versehen ist, wobei die Breite (B) zwischen den Abflachungen (7) geringer ist als der Abstand (A) der seitlichen Ränder (5, 6; 17, 18) des C-Profils. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den seitlichen Rändern (17, 18) Ausnehmungen (16) vorgesehen sind, in die am Kopf (4) des Bolzens (3) angeformte Vorsprünge (14) eingreifen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene (10; 20) mit in das Profil gerichteten Nasen oder Wölbungen (8, 9, 13, 19) versehen ist, wobei die Nasen oder Wölbungen (8, 9, 13, 19) vorzugsweise eine regelmäßige Anordnung aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Stirnseite des Kopfes (4) eine Vertiefung (12) vorgesehen ist, in die eine an der Grundfläche des Profils der Schiene (10) angeordnete Nase oder Wölbung (8) eingreift. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene aus nicht rostendem Werkstoff, beispielsweise aus Kunststoff besteht.
