Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Bewehrung von Stahlbeton- oder Spannbetonkonstruktionen, insbesondere zur Bewehrung von auf Stützen aufgelagerten Flachdecken gegen Durchstanzen, mit vorzugsweise als Ankerbolzen ausgebildeten Bewehrungselementen (1), die jeweils mit einem Verbindungselement (2,7,19) versehen und mit diesem an einem jeweils einer Gruppe von Bewehrungselementen (1) zugeordneten, mit Durchstecköffnungen (13) versehenen Tragelement (3,12,22) zumindest in Längsrichtung des Tragelements (3,12,22) bereichsweise frei verschiebbar aufnehmbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente (2,7,15,19) durch gewaltfrei nicht lösbaren Formschluß mit dem jeweils zugeordneten Tragelement (3,12,22) verriegelbar und hiermit in bleibenden Eingriff bringbar sind und dass die Position der Bewehrungselemente (1) jeweils nur innerhalb eines statisch zulässigen Längenbereichs des Tragelements (3,12,22) veränderbar ist .
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Durchstecköffnungen (13) des Tragelements (3,12,22) höchstens dem statisch zulässigen Verschiebebereich des zugeordneten Bewehrungselements (1) entspricht, wobei die Durchstecköffnungen (13) symmetrisch zur Sollage des zugeordneten Bewehrungselements (1) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente (2,7,15,19) wenigstens zwei plastisch verformbare Flügel (10,15a,15b) aufweisen, die von einer Montagestellung, in der sie parallel verlaufen, in eine Arbeitsstellung, in der sie sich voneinander weg erstrecken, umbiegbar sind, wobei die lichte Weite der Durchstecköffnungen (13) zumindest dem Abstand der in der Montagestellung voneinander abgewandten Flanken der Flügel (10,15a,15b) entspricht, die in der Arbeitsstellung die die zugeordnete Durchstecköffnung seitlich begrenzenden Bereiche des Tragelements (3,12) übergreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Biegeweg der Flügel (10,15a,15b) begrenzende, nachträglich entfernbare Abstandshalter (11) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente (2,7,15,19) als aus plastisch verformbarem Blech bestehende Stanz- und Biegeformlinge ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente (2,7) jeweils einen die zugeordnete Durchstecköffnung durchgreifenden, fest mit dem zugeordneten Bewehrungselement (1) verbundenen Fuß (8) und jeweils einen beidseitig über den Fuß (8) auskragenden, die Flügel (10) tragenden Steg aufweisen, der wenigstens eine, vorzugsweise zwei, sickenartige Vertiefung (9) bzw. Vertiefungen (9) aufweist, die durch Drehen um die Achse des Bewehrungselements (1) im klemmenden Eingriff mit die zugeordnete Durchstecköffnung flankierenden Bereichen des Tragelements (3) bringbar ist, bzw. sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich jedes Endes des Stegs zwei einander gegenüberliegende Flügel (10) vorgesehen sind und dass zwischen den endseitigen Flügelpaaren den Fuß (8) bildende Laschen vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügel des Verbindungselements (19) fluchtend einander gegenüber liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente (15) zwei seitlich gegeneinander versetzte Flügel (15a,15b) aufweisen, die vorzugsweise durch einen den Versatz überbrückenden, am jeweils zugeordneten Bewehrungselement (1) befestigten Mittelbereich (18) verbunden sind, dessen einander gegenüberliegende Eckbereiche abgerundet und durch Drehen um die Achse des Bewehrungselements (1) in klemmenden Eingriff mit die zugeordnete Durchstecköffnung flankierenden Bereichen des Tragelements (12) bringbar sind und an den aufgebogene Schenkel anschließen, die in jeweils einen Flügel (15a,15b) übergehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragelement (22) mit einer vorzugsweise durch pfeilförmig ausgebildete Enden gebildeten Einbaurichtungsanzeigeeinrichtung versehen ist.
