Claims (9)
- Vorratsbehälter für ein Schüttgut, mit seitlichen Wänden (2, 3), die von einer Aufgabeöffnung (4) zu einer dieser gegenüberliegenden Abzugsöffnung (6) aufeinander zulaufen, sowie eine im Bereich der Abzugsöffnung (6) angeordnete Abzugsvorrichtung mit mindestens einem Austragswerkzeug (11, 11'), welches an einer parallel zu der Ebene der Abzugsöffnung (6) liegenden Welle (12) gehalten ist und von einem Antrieb (21) bewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Austragswerkzeuge (11, 11') auf der Welle (12) jeweils paarweise diametral gegenüber festgelegt sind und sich im wesentlichen radial zur Welle (12) erstrecken, wobei das eine Austragswerkzeug (11) eines Paares in den Vorratsbehälter (1) ragt und das andere Austragswerkzeug (11') des Paares in die Abzugsöffnung (6) ragt, und daß die Welle (12) von dem Antrieb (12) um ihre Achse (16) um einen vorgebbaren Drehwinkel (30) hin- und herbewegbar ist. - Vorratsbehälter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (12) mit dem Austragswerkzeug (11, 11') axial hin- und herbewegbar ist. - Vorratsbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Welle (12) ein außerhalb des Vorratsbehälters (1) liegender Antriebshebel (26) befestigt ist, der mit einem Ende mit dem Antrieb (21) verbunden ist. - Vorratsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (21) eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (22) ist. - Vorratsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Austragswerkzeug (11, 11') einen halbschalenartigen Fußabschnitt (19, 19') aufweist und die Fußabschnitte (19, 19') diametral gegenüberliegender Austragswerkzeuge (11, 11') eines Paares eine gemeinsame Befestigungsschale (20) bilden. - Vorratsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (12) in Fließrichtung (8) des Schüttgutes in einer Ebene vor der Abzugsöffnung (6) liegt, wobei das in die Abzugsöffnung (6) ragende Austragswerkzeug (11') die Abzugsöffnung (6) durchragt, bevorzugt mit etwa seiner halben radialen Länge (E). - Vorratsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des in dem Vorratsbehälter (1) liegenden Abschnittes (17) der Welle (12) von der Kreisform abweichende Gestalt hat, vorzugsweise rechteckigen, insbesondere quadratischen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Vorratsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich einer Abzugsöffnung (6) mehrere Austragswerkzeuge (11, 11') auf mehreren Wellen (12) angeordnet sind, wobei insbesondere die Austragswerkzeuge (11, 11') benachbarter Wellen (12) zueinander versetzt liegen, vorzugsweise eine angetriebene Welle (12) durch Koppelstangen (28) mit einer benachbarten Welle (12) verbunden ist. - Vorratsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer Wand (2, 3), bevorzugt an allen Wänden (2, 3) auf der Außenseite ein die Wand (2, 3) in Schwingungen versetzender Rüttler (50) angeordnet ist.
