Abstract

Il était difficile jusqu'à maintenant d'effectuer des réparations intermédiaires de la paroi monolithique réfractaire de revêtement de poches de coulée et de manutention d'acier lorsque la zone des scories était usée avant les autres zones. Selon ce nouveau procédé de reconstruction de la zone supérieure de la paroi réfractaire, on peut effectuer la réparation de manière économique en rendant étanche l'écartement entre l'extrémité inférieure du gabarit et le revêtement qui fait saillie au-dessous de la zone à reconstruire en gonflant un corps tubulaire d'étanchéité (7) et en dégonflant à nouveau le corps d'étanchéité (7) avant d'enlever le gabarit. Ce procédé est utile pour des poches de coulée et de manutention d'acier ou pour d'autres récipients métallurgiques similaires.

Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de réfection réfractaire dans la zone supérieure de la paroi d'une poche à acier en fusion et d'une poche à traitement par coulée et remplissage de l'espace annulaire compris entre un gabarit(5) et la doublure fabriquée restante (4) par une masse réfractaire fondue,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'intervalle, entre l'extrémité inférieure du gabarit (5) et le revêtement opérationnel (3) dépassant en dessous de la zone à reconstruire, est rendu étanche par insufflation d'un corps étanche (7) en forme de tuyau et le corps étanche (7) avant le retrait du gabarit (5) est à nouveau détendu.
  2. Dispositif avec un gabarit (5) ainsi qu'un mélangeur, des pompes et un vibreur intérieur pour la réalisation du procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    à l'extrémité inférieure du gabarit (5), est installé un anneau (6) décalé vers l'intérieur, sur la périphérie extérieure duquel est appliqué le corps étanche (7) gonflable en forme de tuyau.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    sur le bord inférieur du gabarit (5), est fixée une enveloppe protectrice élastique (8) qui entoure le corps étanche à l'extérieur.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    l'enveloppe protectrice élastique (8) applique le corps d'étanchéité détendu (7) contre l'anneau (6) décalé vers l'intérieur.
