Description
Claims (12)
- Dispositif de finition du pli de livrets composés de feuilles empilées et pliées suivant une ligne centrale, comportant au moins une paire (12) de rouleaux parallèles et opposés définissant entre eux une fente de passage d'un livret, au moins l'un (12b) desdits rouleaux étant entraíné en rotation et les rouleaux (12a, 12b) étant sollicités l'un vers l'autre, caractérisé en ce que la normale sur le plan défini par les axes de ladite paire (12) de rouleaux est inclinée par rapport à la direction d'avancement des livrets et en ce qu'un élément de déflexion (20) du livret est agencé en amont de ladite fente de passage pour dévier de manière forcée le trajet du livret en direction de ladite fente de passage à partir de ladite direction d'avancement.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite paire (12) de rouleaux est précédée d'une autre paire (10) de rouleaux parallèles et opposés définissant entre eux une fente de passage d'un livret, au moins l'un (10b) desdits rouleaux étant entraíné en rotation et les rouleaux (10a, 10b) étant sollicités l'un vers l'autre, le plan défini par les axes de ladite autre paire (10) de rouleaux étant normal à la direction d'avancement des livrets.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'espacement entre les paires (10, 12) de rouleaux est tel qu'un livret engagé dans la fente de passage des rouleaux aval (12a, 12b) se trouve encore engagé dans la fente de passage des rouleaux amont (10a, 10b).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la force de sollicitation l'un vers l'autre des rouleaux aval (12a, 12b) est nettement plus grande que celle des rouleaux amont (10a, 10b) au moment où le livret est engagé dans la fente de passage des rouleaux aval.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que des moyens communs de sollicitation (46, 48) sont prévus pour les deux paires (10, 12) de rouleaux, dont l'action est sélectivement appliquée à l'une ou l'autre de celles-ci.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledits moyens de sollicitation sont comprennent deux éléments (42, 44) de transmission d'une force d'appui sur l'axe d'un (10a, 12a) des rouleaux de chaque paire, respectivement, la force d'appui étant appliquée directement à celui (42) des éléments de transmission qui est associé aux rouleaux amont (10a, 10b) et indirectement, par contact entre ces éléments de transmission (42, 44), à celui (44) des éléments de transmission qui est associé aux rouleaux aval(12a, 12b).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de transmission sont constitués par deux leviers pivotants (42, 44) ayant des extrémités libres en butée l'une contre l'autre et des parties intermédiaires en appui sur l'axe du rouleau associé.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la force d'appui est appliquée aux leviers (42, 44) par l'intermédiaire d'une tige de traction (46) qui traverse des ouvertures alignées dans les extrémités libres de ces leviers.
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de déflexion est constitué par une tôle de guidage (30) qui s'étend entre les paires (10, 12) de rouleaux jusqu'au voisinage de la fente de passage entre les rouleaux aval (12a, 12b).
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisé en ce que que ledit élément de déflexion est constitué par une courroie sans fin (20) engagée autour d'un (10b, 12b) des rouleaux de chaque paire.
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des rouleaux de chaque paire (10, 12) est positivement entraíné en rotation, l'entraínement des rouleaux étant synchrone.
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux inférieurs (10b, 12b) ont leurs axes montés de façon ajustable en hauteur dans un support excentrique (34, 36) pour modifier l'écartement des rouleaux en fonction de l'épaisseur des livrets.
