Claims (5)
- Dispositif auxiliaire d'entraínement pour le transport de feuilles de papier ou de carton, notamment pour le transport de feuilles de papier ou de carton, disposées sous forme de nappe, de la station de marge d'une presse à découper à la station de découpage d'une telle presse, comprenant un galet d'entraínement (11) associé à une brosse rotative (12) constituant un ensemble disposé entre la partie inférieure (2) et la partie supérieure (3) d'une table de marge (1), ledit ensemble comportant des moyens de pression pour l'appliquer contre la face supérieure de la nappe de feuilles (9), caractérisé en ce que l'entraínement de la brosse rotative (12) est provoqué par la rotation du galet d'entraínement (11) au moyen d'une bague torique (53) montée sur la circonférence de la tête cylindrique (51) de l'axe (50) de la brosse rotative (12), la bague torique (53) pouvant être appliquée plus ou moins fortement contre la surface intérieure d'un chambrage circulaire (47), aménagé dans le galet d'entraínement (11), par le déplacement du palier (22) de la brosse rotative (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble constitué par le galet d'entraínement (11) et la brosse rotative (12) est monté à l'une des extrémité d'un levier (21) pivotant autour d'un pivot (20) situé dans une pièce d'attache (16) montée, de façon à pouvoir être positionnée et bloquée, le long d'une barre (17) de la partie supérieure (3) de la table de marge (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le levier (21) est constitué par une joue gauche (36), à l'extrémité (42) de laquelle le galet d'entraínement (11) est monté dans une position non réglable, et par une joue droite (35) équipée d'un plot d'écartement (40) sur lequel est fixé, de manière réglable, le palier (22) de la brosse rotative (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de pression pour appliquer l'ensemble formé par le galet d'entraínement (11) et la brosse rotative (12) contre la face supérieure de la nappe de feuilles (9) sont constitués par un ressort (13) se présentant sous la forme d'une lame élastique ancrée à l'une de ses extrémités (29) dans un plot (30) solidaire de la pièce d'attache (16) et dont l'autre extrémité (28) est engagée soit dans une première fente (26), soit dans une seconde fente (27) pour modifier la force d'appui de l'ensemble formé par le galet d'entraínement (11) et la brosse rotative (12) sur la face supérieure de la nappe de feuilles (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le réglage fin de la force d'appui de l'ensemble formé par le galet d'entraínement (11) et la brosse rotative (12) sur la face supérieure de la nappe de feuilles (9) est obtenu au moyen d'une vis de réglage (31) agissant sur le ressort (13), ladite vis de réglage (31) étant vissée dans une patte (33) fixée au plot (30) dans lequel est ancrée l'extrémité (29) du ressort (13).
