- la figure 1 montre une vue partielle en coupe longitudinale d'une machine à affranchir munie d'un dispositif d'entraínement d'articles de courrier selon l'invention,
- la figure 2 est une vue de dessus du dispositif d'entraínement illustré à la figure 1, et
- la figure 3 montre en coupe partielle longitudinale un dispositif d'entraínement de l'art antérieur d'une machine à affranchir.
Claims (5)
- Dispositif d'entraínement d'articles de courrier le long d'un chemin de transport (36) d'une base (10) de machine à affranchir, dispositif disposé en amont d'un mécanisme d'impression et comportant des premier (4) et second (6) rouleaux d'entraínement motorisés coopérant avec des contre-rouleaux mobiles associés (42, 44, 46; 16) montés sur des moyens d'articulation (48, 50, 52) qui peuvent pivoter autour d'un axe d'articulation commun (22) à l'encontre de ressorts de rappel (26; 54, 56, 58) fixés à des moyens support d'attache (32), caractérisé en ce que l'un au moins des contre-rouleaux comporte un contre-galet médian (44) monté sur un levier (50) articulé autour de l'axe commun (22) et entouré par deux contre-galets externes jumelés (42, 46) montés chacun sur un levier (48, 52) articulé également autour de l'axe commun (22), de telle manière que les articles de courrier (8) introduits dans le chemin de transport (36) selon que respectivement ils ont ou non une épaisseur inférieure à une épaisseur prédéterminée sont en contact avec l'un seulement des contre-galets externes ou du contre-galet médian ou l'ensemble de ces contre-galets.
- Dispositif d'entraínement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les leviers d'articulation (48, 52) des contre-galets externes (42, 46) sont solidaires l'un de l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'une entretoise (66).
- Dispositif d'entraínement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les leviers d'articulation (48, 52) des contre-galets externes (42, 46) comportent une échancrure polygonale (60) destinée à coopérer avec les deux faces d'une butée (62, 64) pour définir des limites haute et basse de pivotement de ces leviers.
- Dispositif d'entraínement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les contre-galets (42, 44, 46) sont montés en porte-à-faux à une extrémité de leur levier d'articulation respectif.
- Dispositif d'entraínement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les contre-galets (42, 44, 46) présentent un rayon déterminé inférieur à celui du rouleau d'entraínement motorisé associé (4), de telle sorte que, lors de l'introduction d'un document (8) dans la base (10) de la machine à affranchir, le document est entraíné par le rouleau motorisé avant de venir en contact avec les contre-galets.
