Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Auf- oder Abwickeln von mehrheitlich flachen Druckprodukten auf einen bzw. von einem Wickelkern (3), der stirnseitig mit einem die Drehachse (8) des Wickelkerns (3) etwa senkrecht durchsetzenden Wickelbock fest verbunden ist, und dem zur Bildung von Wickellagen der Druckprodukte wenigstens ein von einem Wickeldorn abrollbares, dem Wickelkern (3) unterschlächtig zugeführtes Wickelband (10) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wickelbock aus einem mit dem Wickelkern (3) fest verbundenen, oberen Ständerteil (4), und einem mit diesem lösbar verbundenen, einen Wickelbockfuss (12) aufweisenden unteren Ständerteil (13) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Ständerteil (4) auf die Drehachse (8) des Wickelkerns (3) verteilt unterschliedlich lange Befestigungsabschnitte (19, 20) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden der Befestigungsabschnitte (19, 20) des oberen Ständerteils (4) an dem unteren Ständerteil (13) des Wickelbocks auf- oder einsteckbar ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ständerteile (4, 13) im Trennbereich einen gemeinsamen Auf- oder Einsteckabschnitt bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere und der untere Ständerteil (4, 13) durch jeweils zwei voneinander beabstandete, parallele Stützelemente (14, 15 resp. 16, 17) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützelemente (14, 15 resp. 16, 17) einen hohl ausgebildeten Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt C-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die auf- oder einsteckbaren Stützelemente (14, 15) des oberen Ständerteils (4) aufnehmenden Stützelemente (16, 17) des unteren Ständerteils (13) im Bereich ihres oberen Endes jeweils eine zentrierende Auflage aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagen an den Stützelementen (16, 17) des unteren Ständerteils (13) nach innen oder aussen vorstehend angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützelemente (16, 17) des unteren Ständerteils (13) etwa senkrecht stehend an einer den Wickelbockfuss (12) bildenden Abstellvorrichtung befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein durch den unteren Ständerteil (13) und den Wickelbockfuss (12) gebildetes unteres Wickelbockelement (5) zur Lagerung des Wickelbandes (10) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das durch den oberen Ständerteil (4) und den Wickelkern (3) gebildete obere Wickelbockelement (2) beim Auf- oder Abwickeln von Druckprodukten von dem unteren Wickelbockelement (5) getrennt bzw. beim Transport oder Lagern vereint mit diesem angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Wickelbockelement (5) als Transportvorrichtung ausgebildet ist.
