Claims (9)
- Elektrische Kontaktanordnung für ein Schaltgerät mit einer feststehenden Kontaktträgeranordnung (1,2;21,22) und einer beweglichen Kontaktträgeranordnung (7;27), die jeweils einander gegenüberstehende Kontakte (3,4,8;23,24,28) tragen, wobei die bewegliche Kontaktträgeranordnung (7;27) durch eine Betätigungseinrichtung (56) in Richtung auf die feststehende Kontaktträgeranordnung (1,2;21,22) bewegbar ist, um die Kontakte zusammenzuschalten, mit mindestens einer Lichtbogen-Ableiteinrichtung (11,12;25,26), die von einer der Kontaktträgeranordnungen in Richtung auf die andere Kontaktträgeranordnung absteht, wobei
eine der beiden Kontaktträgeranordnungen aus zwei Kontaktarmen (1,2;21,22) gebildet ist, die mit je einem Anschluß (5,6) versehen sind und deren Kontakte (3,4;23,24) in einer Ebene nebeneinander liegen, daß die andere Kontaktträgeranordnung (7;27) einen Brückenkontaktträger mit einem Brückenkontakt (8;28) aufweist, der in der Schließstellung die beiden vorher genannten Kontakte (3,4;23,24) überbrückt, und zwei Ableitbleche (11,12;25,26) an den Außenseiten der Kontaktarme (1,2;21,22) oder des Brückenkontaktträgers (7;27) annähernd beiderseits der Kontakte (3,4;23,24) vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Ableitbleche (11,12;25,26) jeweils schräg von den Seitenkanten der sie tragenden Kontaktträgeranordnung in Richtung auf die gegenüberliegende Kontaktträgeranordnung erstrecken. - Kontaktanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kontaktarme (1,2;21,22) als langgestreckte Blechstreifen in einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordnet sind und daß der Brückenkontaktträger (7;27) als Blechstreifen annähernd in einer dazu parallelen Ebene angeordnet ist. - Kontaktanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kontaktarme ( 1,2;21,22) die feststehende Kontaktträgeranordnung und der Brückenkontaktträger (7;27) die bewegliche Kontaktträgeranordnung bildet. - Kontaktanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Brükkenkontaktträger die feststehende Kontaktträgeranordnung und die beiden Kontaktarme die bewegliche Kontaktträgeranordnung bilden. - Kontaktanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ableitbleche (11,12) einstückig an dem Brückenkontaktträger (7) angeformt sind. - Kontaktanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ableitbleche (25,26) jeweils einstückig an den Kontaktarmen (21,22) angeformt sind. - Kontaktanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Brükkenkontaktträger (7;27) eine allgemein T-förmige Gestalt mit einem Längsschenkel (7a) und einem Querschenkel (7b) besitzt, wobei der Brückenkontakt auf dessen Querschenkel (7b) in dessen Längsrichtung angeordnet ist, und daß die Ableitbleche (11,12) sich von den beiden Enden des Querschenkels (7b) annähernd parallel zum Längsschenkel (7a) erstrecken. - Kontaktanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Brükkenkontaktträger (7;27) aus Federblech besteht und daß die beiden Kontaktarme (1,2;21,22) aus einem Material hoher Leitfähigkeit bestehen. - Kontaktanordnung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Brükkenkontaktträger (7;27) aus Feder-Edelstahl besteht.
