Abstract
Claims (10)
- Distributeur à tiroir pour une pompe, comprenant deux cvlindres de refoulement (10) fonctionnant en exploitation symétrique pour le transport de matières épaisses amenées à la pompe par l'intermédiaire d'un réservoir de chargement de matières (14), un tube articulé (16) courbé sensiblement en C et s'engageant dans le réservoir de chargement de matières (14), dont l'extrémité supérieure est rattachée, par l'intermédiaire d'un raccord à tubes tournant, à une conduite de transport et montée de manière à pouvoir tourner au moyen d'un mécanisme de renversement (18) autour d'un axe sensiblement parallèle aux axes des cylindres de refoulement, de telle facon que son autre extrémité inférieure équipée d'une bague d'usure se raccorde alternativement aux ouvertures (22) des cylindres de refoulement (10) rattachés à la paroi arrière (24) du réservoir de chargement de matières (14), où elle peut être appliquée au moyen d'un dispositif de compression ou de serrage (62) contre le bord des ajours d'une plaque d'usure (26) intercalée, le mécanisme de renversement (18) comprenant un levier de changement de marche (46) disposé sur la face extérieure de la paroi arrière (24) du réservoir de chargement de matières (14), au-dessus des cylindres de refoulement (10), dont l'une des extrémités peut être solidarisée avec l'extrémité supérieure du tube articulé (16) et à l'autre extrémité duquel deux cylindres d'entraînement (52) orientés sensiblement transversalement par rapport aux cylindres de refoulement (10) et à la conduite de transport (42), s'appuyant dans des directions opposées sur des paliers (56) solidaires des cylindres de refoulement, et pouvant être actionnés en sens opposé, sont articulés avec les extrémités (50) de leurs pistons (60) ou tiges de piston tournées l'une vers l'autre, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres d'entraînement (52) reposent, à leurs points d'appui (48, 56) situés du côté des cylindres de refoulement et du côté du levier de changement de marche, avec des têtes sphériques (50, 54) dans des coussinets sphériques (48, 56), que les cylindres d'entraînement (52) renferment, dans leur direction de manoeuvre, un angle obtus ouvert en direction de la paroi arrière (24), et que le levier de changement de marche (46) comporte un bras de support (64) en saillie du côté de la conduite de transport, sur lequel peut prendre appui un tube de rallonge (42) raccordé du côté de la conduite de transport à l'extrémité supérieure du tube articulé.
- Distributeur à tiroir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube articulé (16) et le tube de rallonge (42) sont solidarisés de manière détachable avec une bride (40), le tube de rallonge (42) qui dépasse en ligne droite de la bride (40) en direction de la conduite de transport et est rattaché par le raccord à tubes tournant à la conduite de transport, reposant sur le bras de support (64, 66).
- Distributeur à tiroir selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le bras de support (64) est appliqué de manière lâche avec son extrémité portant de préférence une coquille de coussinet, contre le tube de rallonge (42).
- Distributeur à tiroir selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre du bras de support (64) est couplée de manière amovible avec le tube de rallonge (42).
- Distributeur à tiroir selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le tube articulé (16) peut être monté de manière amovible sur le levier de changement de marche (46).
- Distributeur à tiroir selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la bride (40), conjointement avec le tube articulé (16) et le tube de rallonge (42), est rattachée de manière amovible à une partie du levier de changement de marche (46) comportant le bras de support (62).
- Distributeur à tiroir selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'angle obtus renfermé entre les axes des cylindres d'entraînement (52) est compris, selon l'état d'usure de la plaque d'usure (26) et/ou de la bague d'usure (28), entre 177° et 140°.
- Distributeur à tiroir selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'usure (28) montée sur l'extrémité du tube articulé est constituée d'un matériau de fonte ou d'un matériau fritté homogène résistant à l'usure, de préférence d'un acier moulé résistant à l'usure.
- Distributeur à tiroir selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'usure (28) et/ou la plaque d'usure (26) sont constituees d'un matériau céramique poreux de préférence d'une céramique oxydée, dont les pores sont remplis d'un métal, de préférence d'un métal léger tel que l'aluminium.
- Distributeur à tiroir selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres d'entraînement (52) à effet simple équipés d'un piston plongeur (60) peuvent être alimentés alternativement en fluide sous pression.
