Abstract

Un dispositif de préparation de produits à base de lait sur, de lait caillé ou de yaourt avec un fermentateur (2) d'une construction simple permet d'enlever le liquide contenu dans les produits à base de lait sur, de lait caillé ou de yaourt et de les emballer en morceaux prêts à la consommation, tout en gardant vivants les micro-organismes contenus dans ces produits. Dans un développement de l'invention, ces produits peuvent également être ramenés à leur état originel par adjonction d'eau. Un réservoir (3) avec une plaque de pression (4) verticalement mobile et une grille de découpage (5), ainsi qu'un fond (31) similaire à un tamis pourvu d'une pluralité d'orifices de dimensions relativement réduites, est monté en aval du fermentateur (2). Les produits mûrs à base de lait sur, de lait caillé ou de yaourt peuvent être pressés contre le fond (31) par la plaque de pression (4), afin d'en réduire la teneur en eau. Une paroi latérale du réservoir (3) comprend un battant (32) monté à la hauteur de la grille de découpage (5), qui peut être poussée à travers cette ouverture avec le produit à teneur en eau réduite et moulé en morceaux.
