Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Anlegen und Abstapeln von geschnittenen Stapeln aus blattförmigem Gut zwecks Bildung von Gesamtstapeln, mit einem vertikal verfahrbaren sowie horizontal vor- und zurückfahrbaren Tisch (1), einer Einrichtung zum Anlegen des geschnittenen Stapels auf dem Tisch, sowie einer Einrichtung zum Fixieren des geschnittenen Stapels beim Zurückfahren des Tisches zwecks Abstapeln des geschnittenen Stapels, wobei der Tisch vorne konisch verjüngt ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tisch (1) einen vorderen (3) und einen hinteren Tischabschnitt (2) zur Aufnahme des geschnittenen Stapels (16) aufweist, wobei der vordere Tischabschnitt (3) schwenkbar am hinteren Tischabschnitt (2) angelenkt und mittels eines Kraftmittels (10) zwischen zwei Endstellungen (8, 9) verschwenkbar ist, derart, daß in der ersten Endstellung (8) die Tischoberflächen (4, 5) der beiden Tischabschnitte (2, 3) eine horizontale Ebene bilden und in der zweiten Endstellung (9) die Tischoberfläche (5) des vorderen Tischteiles (3) zur Tischoberfläche (4) des hinteren Tischteiles (2) abgeschwenkt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vordere Tischabschnitt (3) zwischen zwei Anschlägen (8, 9) relativ zum hinteren Tischabschnitt (2) verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vordere Tischabschnitt (3) pneumatisch verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tischoberfläche (5) des vorderen Tischabschnitts (3) um einen Winkel kleiner 10° aus der Horizontalen schwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseiten (18, 20) der beiden Tischabschnitte (2, 3) in der abgeschwenkten Stellung des vorderen Tischabschnitts (3) eine horizontale Ebene bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Vorfahrrichtung des Tisches (1) hinter dem geschnittenen Stapel (16) ein hinterer Anschlag (14) anordbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Vorfahrrichtung des Tisches (1) vor dem geschnittenen Stapel (16) ein vorderer Anschlag (15) anordbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Vorfahrrichtung des Tisches (1) vor dem geschnittenen Stapel (16) ein Greifersystem (22) anordbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vordere Ende des vorderen Tischabschnitts (3) mindestens eine Ausnehmung (29) zur Aufnahme mindestens eines Greiferbackens (24) des Greifersystems (22) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vordere Tischabschnitt (3) im Bereich seiner Tischoberfläche (5) mit Luftdüsen versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem hinteren Tischabschnitt (2) vordere Tischabschnitte (3) mit unterschiedlicher Verjüngung verbindbar sind.
