Definitions
- the invention relates to a blower and fan lift for stacked Sheet material, with a stored in a lift frame, vertically liftable and lowerable lift carriage and one with it connectable lift element in the manner of a lift fork, lift tub or the like for receiving a stack of sheet-like material load-bearing pallet, as well as on opposite sides of the Stackable blow units for blowing air between the sheets of the top of the stack and at least one the stack of hold-down devices.
- Such a lift is known from DE 90 04 710 U1.
- Each boom has one stored in it, arm pivotable parallel to the assigned stack side, the in the area of its free end a part of the assigned Blower unit forming air nozzle directed towards the stack side having.
- the storage of the air nozzles in swivel arms enables it, on the one hand with swivel arms pointing vertically upwards also stacks extending over a standard height in the same to ventilate the upper area safely, on the other hand, due to the possible movement of the air nozzles along an arc, the air injection areas of the air nozzles with respect to the partial stack can be varied manually.
- the stack is used for ventilation with the lift fork to the level assigned to the air vents proceed, with no alternating lifting and lowering movements between the air nozzles and the area to be ventilated Stack is provided.
- the hold-down device is in the lift frame vertically raised and lowered, the between which the Stacking sides having air nozzles on the stack surface is lowerable. - Since there is no possibility with this lift, to vary the injection area of the nozzles with respect to the stack, the individual sheets of the upper stack area can only inadequate fan. Otherwise the storage and Movability of the hold-down device via two pneumatic cylinders, which is structurally very complex.
- a wind and fan lift is also practical known in which a housing part by means of two in the lift frame pneumatic lifting elements can be raised and lowered, which Housing part that receives the blowing units.
- the lifting units have the task of blowing units according to the specified height of the lift element and thus align the top edge of the stack carried by it, comes the blowing nozzles movably mounted in the housing parts the task to alternate the upper stack area Ventilate, i.e. the blowing nozzles are separated by separate control elements continually raised and lowered.
- this blow and Fan lift can achieve good ventilation results, however, the construction effort is very high, especially due to the various drive units for lifting and lowering the Part of the housing and for pivoting the blow nozzles.
- the task is solved with a wind and fan lift type mentioned in that a power means in the Lifting carriage is mounted, the Blow units can be raised and lowered.
- the power means here both the task, the blowing units basically on the Raise the level of the top of the stack to be ventilated, to take effect alternately, that is to say the respective lifting and lowering movements reached this height the blow nozzles that are necessary to perform each to ventilate the upper area of the stack of sheets.
- the lift comes with a single Power means for the basic lifting and lowering of the blow units as well as alternating lifting and lowering.
- the fuel does not only cover the entire stroke range which corresponds to the maximum stack height, but is also suitable, alternately applied with a relatively high frequency to become.
- an advantageous design provides that with the lifting carriage at least one essentially horizontal Directed guide element is connected to the adjustable and definable intake of the power means.
- the fuel is therefore not stored directly in the lifting carriage, but indirectly in the at least one guide element, with which there is the possibility of the power means relative to To move the lift frame, that is from one position adjacent to the lift frame in positions that are larger Distance to this are.
- the particular advantage of adjustability of the power means that in particular Stack with a small footprint and therefore correspondingly small Pallets with a footprint of not as much as possible the lift element must be pushed on, but only as far until the lift element reaches under the pallet completely.
- the two leadership elements advantageously connects a crossbar, being essentially the power means in the middle between the two guide elements the crossbar is connected.
- the crossbeam is in the two guide elements mounted and lockable.
- the crossbar can also be part of a Form the frame, which is a basic element for the management of the Blowing units when lifting and lowering by means of the power means forms, which is advantageous as a rodless pneumatic cylinder is trained.
- the at least one carriage-side Guide element facing away from the end of the power means another, essentially horizontally directed guide element records that the adjustable and definable recording of the Blower units and / or the at least one hold-down serves.
- the lift according to the invention thus comes with a Lifting element for the lifting carriage and a power means for lifting and lowering the blow units and the hold-down.
- blowing units on the blowing unit side are advantageous Guide element pivotally mounted, in particular on the Lift frame pivoted.
- the blowing units protrude with it not in the area of the stack, so the lift in this Condition is also suitable as a normal stack lift.
- a notice board is advantageously provided. This is expedient, such as the power means for moving the blowing units, over the two slide-side guide elements with the Lift carriage connected.
- the bulletin board is attached to the back of the Stack moved up and can be locked. So that will be processing of small sheet formats mentioned for particularly user-friendly Way possible.
- the bulletin board is Expediently vertically divided and takes between them the power on.
- the hold-down (s) used in the lift are advantageous on the blower unit-side guide element between attached to the blowing units and are along the guide movable so that they can be adjusted depending on the sheet size can.
- the blower unit-side guide element serve to accommodate at least one side stop, with which the Lift can be operated as a stacking device.
- a further development of the invention provides that a hold-down and push-out device is provided which has a blowing nozzle, a hold-down designed as a plug and one Has pusher. There is therefore the possibility, mechanically, to expose a partial stack above the plunger, the is pushed with the pusher, especially from the lift frame is pushed away so that it manually or mechanically can be removed.
- the stack lift shown in Figures 1 to 3 has a Lift frame 1, in which a lifting carriage 5 is lifted vertically and is lowered. These figures do not show the Lifting device for moving the lifting carriage 5.
- a lift fork 4 suspended in the lifting carriage 5 .
- two guide rollers 2 are arranged, whose diameter is slightly less than the width of the associated guide groove 15.
- the illustration 3 shows the respective guide groove 15 in its lower area 3 a backdrop-shaped design.
- the one runs perpendicular to the base 16 of the guide groove arranged guide surface 18 straight vertical while the other guide surface 17 facing the lift frame 1 in lower area 3 bends slightly to parallel to the guide surface 18 to expire.
- Above the lower area 3 is the width of the respective guide groove 15 is slightly larger than the diameter of the guide rollers 2, while the width of the Guide groove 15 in the lower area 3 is larger than in the above located area.
- Figures 1 and 2 illustrate the stack lift in its Loading position.
- this section 4a is that Lift fork 4, which serves to hold the pallet 12, slightly inclined to the horizontal, the free end of the lift fork 4 is directed downwards.
- the conical design of the lift fork 4 enables the pallet 12 to be simply placed on the lift fork 4 to postpone.
- With the reference number 19 are two side feet of the stack lift.
- the blowing units 8 correspond to the respective Movable paper size and fixable on the linear guide 9, such that with these on opposite sides of the Stack in its upper area blowing air between the individual Leaves can be blown.
- Each blowing unit 8 has one with the linear guide 9 connected housing in which several horizontally arranged blow nozzles are mounted, and immovable.
- the pneumatic cylinder 7 has the task of Blow units 8 according to the level processed of the stack 20 to the upper area of the stack, otherwise, the piston of the pneumatic cylinder 7 in a alternating movement can be added to fanning the to reach the upper area of the stack 20.
- the blowing unit 8 can be up to the level of the linear guides 6 or a level slightly lower above pallet 12.
- a vertically arranged bulletin board 10 is mounted in the cross-beam mounted in the linear guides 6 .
- This is divided and takes place between his two Halves the pneumatic cylinder 7.
- the complete storage of the bulletin board 10. This is mounted in a frame, which is supported by the crossbar, connected to this side frame parts and a this connecting upper traverse is formed.
- the light one Cross-section of the frame corresponds to the message board surface. Due to the storage of the stop board 10 in the linear guides 6 this can be pushed from behind onto the stack 20 and be locked.
- the side frame parts are otherwise provided with vertical guides for the linear guide 9.
- the device described in Figures 1 to 3 enables thus an optimal adaptation of the blowing units 8 to the respective batch format, the partial batch to be removed in each case can be gripped ergonomically. This is because because even small stack formats, so pallets 12 with fewer Base area in the front area of the lift fork 4 are placed can and according to the stack format of the pneumatic cylinder 7 and the bulletin board 10 on the linear guides 6 to the Stack 20 can be brought up. The blowing units 8 and the hold-down 9 can be optimally positioned to the stack become.
- Figures 4 to 6 show a hold-down and push-out device 22, for example in the area of one of the hold-down devices 11 is connected to the horizontal linear guide 9 and serves the purpose of an upper, ventilated partial stack separate from the remaining stack and relative to it move so that the partial stack manually or mechanically can be removed.
- the hold-down and push-out device 22 has a connectable to the linear guide 6 Bearing part 23 with a device 24 for height adjustment.
- a pneumatic cylinder 25 is mounted in the bearing part 23, whose vertically movable piston part 26 is a bearing part 27 takes up, in which pneumatic cylinders 28 and 29 are mounted, whose piston parts 31 and 32 are horizontally displaceable.
