- the cleaning nozzles 81 are for Center of the suction cup 14 aligned so that the liquid jets 83 are preferably in meet a point that corresponds to the opening area of the Suction cup 14 is opposite. That is the point directly on the conveyor belt or the Dryer screen, is a point-like application reached.
- the distance between the nozzles and the dryer fabric changed, the intersection also shifts the liquid jets. From the punctiform then becomes an area-like application.
- the liquid mist ricocheting off the dryer fabric 4 is - as in the previous cases - in the suction room 18 sucked in.
- the suction effect is increased through the one running below the nozzles 81 Suction cup that ends very close to the dryer fabric.
- the cleaning nozzles are explained 81 aligned so that the direction of movement of the dryer 4 directed component is as low as possible.
- three cleaning nozzles 81 are shown in FIG can be one or more than three Cleaning nozzles are provided.
- FIG 7 is a section of a schematic Dryer section shown, with two single-row drying groups 91 and 93 are indicated. Any of these both drying groups 91 and 93 settle in the well-known Way from several drying cylinders 95 and Deflection rollers 97 together. Drying cylinder 95 and Deflection rollers 97 are arranged so that the paper web alternately over the drying cylinders and deflection rollers is led and the dry group meandering goes through.
- Each dryer group 91 and 93 is a dryer fabric 4 assigned that at the beginning of each drying group the paper web runs up and at the end of the drying group is removed and returned.
- one cleaning device each 2 cooperates with a dryer 4.
- the two cleaning devices 2 are each on a dryer fabric guide roller 6 in the initial area the return of the dryer 4 arranged. It can thus be achieved that on the dryer fabric 4 Evaporate any remaining cleaning liquid can before using the dryer again Paper web comes into contact.
- An embodiment is particularly preferred a dryer group in which the cleaning device 2 in one of the first, preferably the first Drying wire guide roller 6 is arranged, the after the last drying cylinder 95 of a drying group 3 is provided. Because immediately after removing the dryer fabric 4 from the drying cylinders 95 initiated a cleaning process there is a relatively long time left before the dryer fabric 4 runs back to the beginning of the drying group and comes into contact with the material web again. Such an arrangement of the cleaning device avoids rewetting with a high degree of certainty the material web.
- the guide rollers following the roller 6 Return to remove liquid the dryer fabric 4, once through the overpressure in the overrun gussets or in the incoming ones Nips and the other by running applied to the liquid particles around the roller Centrifugal force.
- the overpressure in the incoming nip can also do this used the effect of the cleaning device 2 improve.
- the cleaning device so in the area of the incoming nip arranged, as shown in the left in Figure 7 Cleaning device is about visible or as explained in more detail with reference to Figure 8.
- the air entrained by the transport sieve 4 catches between the upper side facing the roller 6 of the transport screen 4 and the surface of the roller 6. This creates a N in the incoming nip Overpressure, which is an air flow through the porous Transport sieve 4 causes.
- the transport sieve 4 penetrating air tears from the cleaning device 2 detached dirt particles in the suction area the suction bell 14, it supports the Suction effect of this bell and thus the cleaning effect.
- the overpressure in the incoming nip N is shown in FIG. 8 indicated by small circles with the symbol "+".
- the cleaning device 2 is preferably so arranged that the cleaning medium to an area of the transport sieve 4, which is very close is arranged on the surface of the deflecting roller. This ensures that the transport sieve when hitting the cleaning medium only deformed very little so that the energy lost very much is low. With such an arrangement of the cleaning device remains ensured that the Overpressure in the area of the incoming nip N die Suction effect of the suction space supports and to it leads to detached particles from the surface of the transport screen are removed, at most very little cleaning medium from the suction chamber exit.
- the cleaning device 2 can, as in FIG. 7 evident also have a scraper device 101, the direction of movement of the dryer fabric 4 seen - the cleaning nozzles 8 is arranged downstream and cooperates with the surface of a wire guide roller 103, which deflects the dryer fabric 4.
- the Scraper device 101 is arranged such that from Figure 9 in more detail - from the surface the screen guide roller 103 dirt particles by means of a Scraper 105 are removed, which then in a Collect gutter 107. With the dirt particles it is on the surface of the wire guide roller 103 are particles such as that from the nozzle head 10 solved but have not yet been finally removed and then with the dryer 4 to the wire guide 103 were moved on.
- the cleaning staff can be both gaseous as well as liquid media are built up. Conceivable is also to use laser and ultrasound sources, to remove contaminants from the belt surface to ablate. Depending on the material of the conveyor belt and the adherent particle becomes the application the cleaning device selected. Usually liquid will flow continuously to the nozzle head submit. But it is also conceivable, with appropriate ones Surfaces or soiling a discontinuous, for example build up pulsating current of a cleaning medium, to clean the belt surface.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a paper making machine with a device for cleaning a Conveyor belt of paper making machine to Example of a dry or wet wire belt or one Felt tape, according to the preamble of claim 1.
In Papiermaschinen werden zahlreiche Transportbänder,
insbesondere Gewebebänder, eingesetzt. Im Zuge
des Betriebs der Papiermaschine werden diese Transportbänder
verunreinigt; Maschen oder Poren dieser
Bänder werden zum Beispiel von Papierfasern, Klebstoffen
oder sonstigen Zuschlagstoffen zugesetzt.
Um ein einwandfreies Funktionieren des Transportbandes,
insbesondere in der Trockenpartie der Papiermaschine,
zu gewährleisten, bedarf es der Reinigung
des Transportbandes. Eine hierfür verwendbare
Reinigungsvorrichtung ist aus der DE
92 08 909 U1 bekannt.
Numerous conveyor belts, in particular fabric belts, are used in paper machines. These conveyor belts become contaminated during the operation of the paper machine; Meshes or pores of these tapes are added, for example, from paper fibers, adhesives or other additives.
To ensure that the conveyor belt functions properly, especially in the dryer section of the paper machine, the conveyor belt must be cleaned. A cleaning device that can be used for this is known from DE 92 08 909 U1. In this document, the idea was already given to additionally design rotatable spray nozzles that can be moved transversely to the direction of travel of the conveyor belt, so that the jet of nozzles not only describes a linear path due to the movability transversely to the direction of travel of the conveyor belt, but also that a circular movement is superimposed on this linear movement. The advantage of such a cleaning device is that liquid sprayed onto the conveyor belt to be cleaned can be applied more uniformly and onto a larger surface area of the conveyor belt. In other words: instead of a linear one, the rotatable nozzle acts on a relatively wide, strip-shaped area of the conveyor belt with a cleaning medium. It is therefore rather possible to ensure a uniform cleaning of the entire surface of the rotating conveyor belt.
In the known cleaning device, the conveyor belt is subjected to cleaning liquid after deflection by 180 ° from above and from the side opposite the transport side. The rotatable nozzles are arranged in the area of the loop guide of the endless conveyor belt. Below the conveyor belt, collecting troughs are provided for receiving and removing cleaning fluid and detached contaminants. In this device, however, splash water or dirty water is formed as a result of the liquid jet emerging from the rotating spray nozzle at high pressure and hitting the conveyor belt. It also proves to be disadvantageous that water remains in the fabric of the conveyor belt, which leads to the rewetting of the paper web that comes into contact with the rotating conveyor belt a little later. This can lead to disruptions in the production process, particularly in the case of paper webs with grammages of less than 50 g / m 2 .
Auch eine bekannte Dampfblasvorrichtung mit einer auf der gleichen Seite des Gewebebandes nachgeschalteten Saugvorrichtung bringt kein befriedigendes Ergebnis (DE 43 22 565 A1).Although it has already been proposed, a cleaning device a blow-out device with liquid nozzles to post, in which the in the fabric tape existing liquid by means of compressed air is blown out. However, this solution is liable Disadvantage that there is splashing water or water mist comes, which in turn humidifies the Paper web or the paper machine leads. Also one known steam blower with one on the downstream of the same side of the fabric tape Suction device does not give a satisfactory result (DE 43 22 565 A1).
Die Spritzdüse ist innerhalb eines Saugraums angeordnet, der zum Abführen von durch den Düsenstrahl vom Transportband abgelösten Schmutz- und Wassernebel und Restwasser dient.WO 94/12349 A1 describes a device for Cleaning a conveyor belt of a paper making machine which has a fixed spray nozzle has that directed against the conveyor belt can be and for loading this conveyor belt serves with a liquid medium. The Spray nozzle is arranged within a suction chamber, which is used to discharge through the jet from Conveyor belt detached dirt and water mist and residual water is used.
The invention has for its object a cleaning device for conveyor belts of a paper making machine specify at which one high cleaning effect and high functional reliability can be guaranteed. About that In addition, the cost of the cleaning device, especially their operating costs, only low his.
A paper making machine will solve the problem with a cleaning device the features of claim 1 proposed. This is characterized in that the pressure of the cleaning medium is up to 1,000 bar and that the at least one cleaning nozzle has a nozzle diameter from 0.1 mm to 0.8 mm. By the only very small diameter of the cleaning nozzle in connection with the high pressure of the cleaning medium disruptive particles are removed very effectively from the surface of the conveyor belt. Because of the very small Nozzle diameters are those from that of the cleaning nozzle emerging, directed to the conveyor belt Medium jet caused swirling of dirt only slight. It is also advantageous that due to the small nozzle diameter, the medium consumption the cleaning device and thus whose operating costs are low.
In a preferred cleaning device Suction chamber from a jacket-shaped cleaning nozzle surrounding suction cup formed. In this way becomes a compact and integral design of a combined Nozzle and suction device reached.
The suction cup can preferably be from a essential cylindrical casing of the cleaning nozzle be educated, as is known traversed across the conveyor belt. Instead of a circular casing in cross section can also be an elliptical or oval shape be provided. You can use the cleaning nozzle or the nozzle head against the direction of the belt Arrange eccentrically to the sheathing.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention is the suction bell on the conveyor belt facing End area in particular bell or conically widening. This will the area of the conveyor belt that is from the Suction bell or detected by the suction chamber is enlarged.
It has proven to be particularly advantageous if the cleaning nozzle is opposite the surface normal of the conveyor belt is inclined. For example you can have several in different Provide cleaning nozzles inclined in directions; this cannot rotate in the traversing suction cup be arranged. However, preferred at least one rotating and inclined cleaning nozzle provided, as a result of which the jet of the Dirt adhering to the conveyor belt is better can replace. Because through the nozzle rotation one from different directions on the conveyor belt impinging cleaning impulse available. It has been shown that the cleaning effect in the most effective range of rotation in which the cleaning nozzle or the jet one opposite to the direction of travel of the conveyor belt Has speed component. It is therefore proposed in the other section, in which the rotatable jet stream is in the direction of travel speed component of the conveyor belt has the cleaning nozzle to deactivate fluidically. Therefor an aperture can be provided that impinges of the jet stream prevented. But it can also, in terms of economical water consumption can be acted upon in sections in an advantageous manner Nozzle feed lines can be provided. On At this point it should also be noted that instead of a rotating cleaning nozzle rotatable nozzle head with several individual nozzles can be provided, one or more of which Nozzles as driving nozzles for rotating the nozzle head can be trained. It is possible also to provide at least one additional nozzle, the Outflow direction away from the conveyor belt, which is used only for the rotation drive.
To create a vacuum in the suction chamber is proposed in a further embodiment of the invention one with the suction space fluidically connectable compressed air injector.
With a view to the most effective suction it has proven to be particularly advantageous if the opening facing the conveyor belt the suction cup the surface course of the conveyor belt or the cylindrical shape of a roller which the conveyor belt is guided, adapted is.
To the fluid consumption were kept as low as possible Liquid nozzles with a nozzle diameter of less than 0.3 mm related. Figur 1 zeigt eine Ausführungsform der Reinigungsvorrichtung
2, die zur Reinigung eines im folgenden
als Trockensieb 4 bezeichneten Trockensiebbandes im
Bereich einer Walze 6 einer nicht dargestellten Papiermaschine
angeordnet ist. Die Reinigungsvorrichtung
2 kann für beliebige Transportbänder einer Papier-
oder Kartonherstellungsmaschine eingesetzt
werden, beispielsweise für Siebbänder beziehungsweise
Filze einer Sieb- beziehungsweise einer Pressen-
oder Trockenpartie einer Papiermaschine. Im
folgenden wird rein beispielhaft von Trockensiebbändern
einer Papiermaschine ausgegangen. Die Reinigungsvorrichtung
2 umfaßt eine im folgenden als
Reinigungsdüse 8 bezeichnete Rotordüse mit einem
rotierbaren Düsenkopf 10, der eine nicht dargestellte
Düsenanordnung aufweist. Diese Düsenanordnung
kann eine oder mehrere tangential ausströmende
Treibdüsen zur Erzeugung einer Rotationsbewegung im
Bereich von 2000 bis 3000 Umdrehungen pro Minute
umfassen sowie eine oder mehrere Reinigungsdüsen,
die das Trockensieb 4 mit einem Reinigungsmedium
beaufschlagen.Figure 1 shows an embodiment of the
Des weiteren ist eine zylinderförmige Saugglocke 14
vorgesehen, die die Reinigungsdüse 8 und den Düsenkopf
10 umgibt. Das Innere der Saugglocke 14 ist
strömungsmäßig mit einer Absaugleitung 16 verbunden,
und bildet einen der Reinigungsdüse 8 zugeordneten
Saugraum 18.Furthermore, there is a

The device components described so far

As can be seen from FIG. 1, a
The arrangement of the cleaning device in the area

Im Betrieb der Reinigungsvorrichtung 2 wird die
Reinigungsdüse 8 beziehungsweise die Düsenanordnung
im Düsenkopf 10 über den Hochdruckschlauch 20 mit
einem Reinigungsmedium, vorzugsweise mit unter
Hochdruck stehendem Wasser, beaufschlagt. Der Düsenkopf
10 mit der Anordnung einzelner Düsen wird
dabei durch die Rückstoßwirkung von Treibdüsen in
Rotation versetzt.
Verunreinigungen von dessen Oberfläche ab.In operation of the

Wasseraustritt kann also weitestgehend vermieden
werden.By overlaying the traversing movement and

It has proven to be particularly advantageous

10 entsprechender Düsenkopf 10' in verschiedenen
Ansichten dargestellt. Der Düsenkopf 10'
ist mittels eines Lagers 28 umdrehbar an einem
Flansch 30 gehalten. Im Inneren des Flansches 30
ist eine ortsfeste Düsenzuleitung 32 vorgesehen,
die in einen Druckraum 34 mündet, dessen Wände 36
gegen die Innenseite eines zylinderförmigen Bauteils
38 dichtend jedoch verschieblich anliegen.
Das zylindrische Bauteil 38 weist vier im Winkel
von 90° zueinander angeordnete Öffnungen auf. Daran
40 enden schließlich in geneigten Reinigungsdüsenendbereichen
42. Die ebenfalls vorgesehenen
Treibdüsen sind nicht dargestellt. Wie sich
den Figuren 2 und 3 ebenfalls entnehmen läßt, ist
stets nur eine der Düsenzuleitungen 40 mit Druck
beaufschlagt, während die übrigen Düsenzuleitungen
40 drucklos sind. Der Druckraum 34 wird nun so orientiert,
daß der Flüssigkeitsstrahl eine der Laufrichtung
des Trockensiebs 4 entgegengesetzte Geschwindigkeitskomponente
aufweist, so daß die Reinigungswirkung
besonders hoch ist. Somit sind aber
die Düsen, deren Flüssigkeitsstrahl eine Geschwindigkeitskomponente
in Laufrichtung der Trockensiebbahn
4 aufweisen würde, drucklos und damit deaktiviert,
um den Wasserverbrauch zu reduzieren. In Figures 2 and 3 is a
Die Reinigungsdüse 8 beziehungsweise die einzelnen
Düsen im Düsenkopf 10 sind für einen Druckbereich
von 100 bar bis 1000 bar, vorzugsweise von 100 bar
bis 400 bar ausgelegt und weisen einen Düsendurchmesser
von 0,1 bis 0,8 mm, vorzugsweise von 0,2 mm
bis 0,4 mm auf. Besonders bewährt haben sich Druckwerte
von 150 bar bis 300 bar und Düsendurchmesser
von 0,2 mm bis 0,4 mm. Als Düsenwerkstoff werden
Diamant oder Rubin, bevorzugt Saphir oder keramische
Materialien verwendet.The cleaning
dargestellt. Diese entspricht im wesentlichen der
mit Bezug auf die Figuren 1 bis 3 beschriebenen
Reinigungsvorrichtung, weshalb auf eine nochmalige
Erläuterung der übereinstimmenden Teile verzichtet
wird. Ein Unterschied ist die ovale Querschnittsform
der Saugglocke 14, in der der Düsenkopf 10
entgegen der Bandlaufrichtung (Pfeil P) exzentrisch
angeordnet ist. Dadurch wird eine verbesserte Absaugwirkung
auf den (mit Schmutz beladenen) Wassernebel
ausgeübt. In Figures 4 and 5 is a second embodiment

described with reference to Figures 1 to 3

Ein weiterer Unterschied dieser Reinigungsvorrichtung
gegenüber der in Figur 2 gezeigten besteht
darin, daß kein Druckraum 34 vorgesehen ist. Die
Wasserzuleitung ist mit allen, in Figur 5 dargestellten
vier Düsenzuleitungen 40 verbunden. Somit
werden also alle vier Düsenzuleitungen 40 druckbeaufschlagt.Another difference of this cleaning device
compared to that shown in Figure 2

Zwischen Düsenkopf 10 und Trockensieb 4 ist eine
Blende 61 vorgesehen, deren äußerster Rand 63 abgewinkelt
ist. Dieser Rand 63 dient als Befestigungsrand
für Stege 65, die ihrerseits mit der Innenwand
der Saugglocke 14 verbunden sind. Zwischen
den einzelnen Stegen 65, der Saugglockenwand 14 und
dem Blendenrand 63 werden Öffnungen beziehungsweise
Spalte 67 gebildet, über die eine Verbindung vom
Saugraum 18 nach außen entsteht.Between the
Die Blende 61 weist einen Durchbruch 69 auf, der
sich im Wirkungsbereich der rotierenden Düsen 71
befindet.
The
Thus, according to that previously described

The
However, the cleaning process itself corresponds to that described in connection with Figures 1 to 3. Therefore, it should not be at this point to be discussed further.
Figur 6 zeigt ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel einer
Reinigungsvorrichtung, bei der jedoch keine rotierenden
Reinigungsdüsen vorgesehen sind. Vielmehr
sind die Reinigungsdüsen 81 fest mit der Saugglocke
14 verbunden. Die Reinigungsdüsen 81 sind dabei zur
Mitte der Saugglocke 14 hin so ausgerichtet, daß
sich die Flüssigkeitsstrahlen 83 vorzugsweise in
einem Punkt treffen, der dem öffnungsbereich der
Saugglocke 14 gegenüber liegt. Liegt dieser Punkt
direkt auf dem Transportband beziehungsweise dem
Trockensieb, wird eine punktförmige Beaufschlagung
erreicht. Wird der Abstand der Düsen zum Trockensieb
verändert, verschiebt sich auch der Schnittpunkt
der Flüssigkeitsstrahlen. Aus der punktförmigen
wird dann eine flächenförmige Beaufschlagung.Figure 6 shows another embodiment of a

The liquid mist ricocheting off the
Wie in den zuvor beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispielen
erläutert, werden die Reinigungsdüsen

des Trockensieb 4 gerichtete Komponente
möglichst gering .ist.As in the previously described exemplary embodiments

Obgleich in Figur 6 drei Reinigungsdüsen 81 gezeigt
Although three
In Figur 7 ist schematisch ein Ausschnitt einer
Trockenpartie gezeigt, wobei zwei einreihige Trokkengruppen
91 und 93 angedeutet sind. Jede dieser
beiden Trockengruppen 91 und 93 setzt sich in bekannter
Weise aus mehreren Trockenzylindern 95 und
Umlenkwalzen 97 zusammen. Trockenzylinder 95 und
Umlenkwalzen 97 sind so angeordnet, daß die Papierbahn
abwechselnd über die Trockenzylinder und Umlenkwalzen
geführt wird und die Trockengruppe mäanderförmig
durchläuft.In Figure 7 is a section of a schematic
Dryer section shown, with two single-
Each
Papierbahn in Kontakt kommt. From Figure 7 it can be seen that one cleaning device each

An embodiment is particularly preferred
a dryer group in which the
Fliehkraft. Also the guide rollers following the
The overpressure in the incoming nip can also do this
used the effect of the
Die von dem Transportsieb 4 mitgerissene Luft fängt
sich zwischen der der Walze 6 zugewandten Oberseite
des Transportsiebes 4 und der Oberfläche der Walze
Transportsieb 4 bewirkt. Die das Transportsieb 4
durchdringende Luft reißt von der Reinigungsvorrichtung
2 abgelöste Schmutzpartikel in den Saugbereich
der Saugglocke 14, sie unterstützt damit die
Saugwirkung dieser Glocke und damit die Reinigungswirkung. The air entrained by the
The overpressure in the incoming nip N is shown in FIG. 8 indicated by small circles with the symbol "+".
austritt.The
Die Reinigungsvorrichtung 2 kann, wie aus Figur 7
ersichtlich, auch eine Schabereinrichtung 101 aufweisen,
die -in Bewegungsrichtung des Trockensiebs
4 gesehen- den Reinigungsdüsen 8 nachgeordnet ist
und mit der Oberfläche einer Siebleitwalze 103 zusammenwirkt,
die das Trockensieb 4 umlenkt. Die
Schabereinrichtung 101 ist so angeordnet, daß -wie
aus Figur 9 näher ersichtlich- von der Oberfläche
der Siebleitwalze 103 Schmutzpartikel mittels eines
Schabers 105 abgenommen werden, die dann in eine
Auffangrinne 107 fallen.
The
From the above it is clear that with help the cleaning device conveyor belts described here a paper machine very thoroughly getting cleaned. On the one hand, there are disruptive particles from the nozzle head very effectively from the conveyor belt surface worn away. By the high Pressure of the medium emerging from the nozzles the particles practically peeled off the belt surface. Because of the relatively small diameter of the openings in the nozzles remains the required The amount of water is relatively low, which also means Swirling of dirt can be limited.
Finally, it is also possible to use the liquids on the conveyor belts or their contamination adjust, for example, if necessary also use volatile liquids, so that rewetting of the paper web is avoided.
The cleaning staff can be both gaseous as well as liquid media are built up.
From what has been said above, it is also clear that for cleaning the conveyor belt surface Direction of impact of the cleaning medium is decisive is. Also a change of direction of the cleaning flow is very beneficial for loosening dirt particles. This can be done with the help of oscillating Nozzles can be reached. It is important that this cleaning effect possibly also without traversing the cleaning device can be done. In In this case, several will be spread across the width of the cleaning transport track distributed cleaning or Nozzle heads arranged each provided with at least one or more individual nozzles are.
Finally, it is pointed out that the Cleaning effect by changing the distance between nozzle and conveyor belt surface, a change the pressure of the cleaning agent and / or a change in the nozzle cross section varies and various types of soiling and conveyor belt surfaces can be adjusted.
