Example 1
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, there is provided a dry wire cleaning device, where the dry wire cleaning device includes a guide roller 2 and a cleaning head 3, the inner side of a dry wire 1 to be cleaned is closely attached to a part of the outer wall of the guide roller 2, the cleaning head 3 includes a nozzle 31 and a backflow part 32, the nozzle faces the guide roller 2, the nozzle 31 is connected with a high-pressure water pipe, and sprays high-pressure water flow to the dry wire 1 at the guide roller 2, and sewage obtained after cleaning the dry wire 1 bounces back to the backflow part 32 under the reflection effect of the roller surface of the guide roller 2, and finally returns to a water receiving tray, so that the sewage is prevented from being blown into the inner side of the wire when cleaning the dry wire, and the sewage penetrating through the dry wire will corrode the guide roller and other paper machine parts. In this embodiment, the guide roller 2 can rotate around the fixed shaft, and on one hand, the guide roller guides and limits the moving track of the dry net, and on the other hand, reflects the water flow sprayed to the dry net for cleaning, so as to prevent sewage from entering the inner side of the dry net and affecting paper machine parts.
For continuous cleaning of the dry wire, the dry wire cleaning device further comprises a driving mechanism, the dry wire 1 moves along the guide roller 2 under the action of the driving mechanism, i.e. the dry wire 1 is continuously moved past the guide roll 2, and the cleaning head 3 is arranged below the guide roll 2, i.e. the moving dry wire 1 is continuously cleaned by the cleaning head 3.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the device further includes a cross beam 5 and an annular chain 4, the cross beam 5 is used for carrying the cleaning head 3, the annular chain 4 is driven by the power mechanism to drive the cleaning head 3 to reciprocate along the length direction of the guide roller 2, so that the high-pressure water flow sprayed in the nozzle 31 cleans each position in the width direction of the dry net, and in the embodiment, a space for installing the annular chain 4 is provided inside the cross beam 5, and the annular chain 4 is preferably a tank chain.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning head 3 further comprises a venturi tube 33, a drain tube 34 and an air knife 35, referring to fig. 2, the venturi tube 33 is connected and communicated with the rear end of the return portion 32, the set point is 60mm away from the water needle impact net, and the special design of the venturi tube 33 ensures the efficient suction of the sewage return water receiving disc; the drain pipe 34 and venturi the rear ends of the tubes 33 are connected and communicated; the air knife 35 is disposed at the open end of the backflow portion 32, for cleaning water marks and stains remaining on the dry wire 1, the number of the nozzles 31 may be one, preferably a plurality, referring to fig. 3, and the nozzle units are preferably of a freely telescopic structure, so that replacement of the nozzles is very simple, and the backflow portion 32 is preferably made of a heat resistant and anti-sticking material to accelerate backflow of the liquid.
In order to prevent sewage from leaking out of the cleaning head 3, the opening of the backflow part 32 of the cleaning head 3 has the same radian as the roller surface of the guide roller 2, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the shape of the opening end of the backflow part 32 can be attached to the guide roller 2, a gap is left between the two parts for enabling the dry net 1 to smoothly pass through, the gap is not too long so as to prevent the water injection angle from being too large to pass through the dry net 1 at the non-guide roller 2, and the distance between the injection opening of the nozzle 31 and the roller surface is 1-10mm, preferably 3mm.
Example 2
Unlike the embodiment 1 in which the endless chain 4 is provided to drive the cleaning head 3 to reciprocate along the length direction of the guide roller 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning head 3 is in a shape of an elongated slot, that is, the width of the backflow portion 32 of the cleaning head 3 is greater than the length of the guide roller 2, and the backflow portion 32 preferably adopts a funnel shape with a wide front and a narrow rear, one or more rows of nozzles 31 are arranged at the front end opening of the backflow part 32, the nozzles 31 simultaneously spray high-pressure water flow to each area of the dry net 1 clung to the guide roller 2, and the water flow reflected by the roller surface returns to the groove-shaped backflow part 32 without a tank chain to drive the cleaning head to reciprocate left and right.
The venturi 33 connection is also preferred in this application, the principle of the venturi effect being that when wind blows across the barrier, the air pressure is relatively low near the port above the lee side of the barrier, thereby creating a suction and causing a flow of air. The principle of the venturi is simple in that it tapers the gas flow from a coarse one to accelerate the gas flow rate so that the gas forms a "vacuum" zone at the rear side of the venturi outlet. When the vacuum area approaches the workpiece a certain adsorption effect is generated on the workpiece. Referring to fig. 3, the venturi tube 33 is constructed in a first-constriction-then-relaxation structure, and preferably, compressed air is introduced into the side opening of the venturi tube 33 to enhance the vacuum degree in the drain tube 34 behind the venturi tube 33, so as to further enhance the suction force for cleaning the sewage of the dry net 1.
The dry net cleaning process of the dry net cleaning device provided by the invention is as follows: the high-pressure water pipe is connected, meanwhile, an air knife 35 of water at the opening end of the cleaning head 3 is opened, the nozzle 31 sprays high-pressure water flow to the dry net 1 at the guide roller 2, under the reflection effect of the roller surface of the guide roller 2, sewage returns to the reflux part 32 of the cleaning head 3, and the compressed air discharged by the air knife 35 dries residual water marks and stains on the dry net 1, so that the residual water marks and stains are prevented from entering the net to corrode paper machine parts; on the other hand, due to the vacuum effect generated by the venturi tube 33, the water flowing back to the return portion 32 and the water sprayed onto the dry wire 1 are finally returned to the drain tube 34 or to the water receiving tray by suction.
The dry net cleaning device is communicated with the cleaning head from the bracket by adopting a high-pressure water pipe and an air pipe. The cleaning head is opposite to the net surface at the position of the guide roller, and the water needle impacts the net surface to scatter dirt and rebound into the cleaning head along with impact from the roller surface.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the invention to the precise form disclosed, and any such modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
