Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung farbiger Kurzstapelfasergarne aus Baumwolle und/oder Synthetics durch Färben des Vorgespinstes wickelt man das Vorgespinst mit leichter Drehung als Flyerlunte zu einem Vorgarnkörper (11) mit gleichmäßiger Wickeldichte auf eine gelochte Färbehülse (14), färbt den auf der Färbehülse (14) befindlichen Vorgarnkörper (11) und legt anschließend die so gefärbte Flyerlunte unmittelbar der Spinnmaschine vor. Erreicht wird hiermit ein maschinell und produktionstechnisch besonders einfaches Verfahren, qualitativ sehr hochwertige farbige Baumwollgarne, synthetische Kurzstapelfasergarne bzw. Baumwollmischgarne zu erzeugen. Das Verfahren, bei dem der Spinnmaschine der erst unmittelbar zuvor gefärbte Vorgarnkörper (11) vorgelegt wird, benötigt keine zusätzlichen Umspulvorgänge und ist vor allem durch eine außerordentlich schonende Behandlung des textilen Materials gekennzeichnet.
