本发明公开一种混纺纱的染色装置，包括连接口Ⅰ、标签盒、外壳、棉线和连接口Ⅱ，连接口Ⅰ和连接口Ⅱ固定安装在外壳两端，标签盒安装在外壳上，棉线连接在连接口Ⅰ和连接口Ⅱ两端，所述的标签盒内安装有一个标签纸，不会出现棉线有的地方色彩比较重，有的地方色彩比较轻情况的发生，不需要工作人员重新进行染色，提高了工作效率，节省了工作时间。

本发明涉及一种染色装置，具体是一种混纺纱的染色装置。
背景技术
在混纺纱的制作过程中，需要对棉纱进行染色处理，但是在染色的过程中工作人员会发先问题，因为棉线的长度的原因所以在染色的过程中，棉线的表面不能放过全部的沾染上颜料，这样就会使工作人员重新进行染色，这样就使得棉线有的地方色彩比较重，有的地方色彩比较轻，如何解决此问题已经可不容缓。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供一种混纺纱的染色装置，不会出现棉线有的地方色彩比较重，有的地方色彩比较轻情况的发生，不需要工作人员重新进行染色，提高了工作效率，节省了工作时间。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的一种混纺纱的染色装置，包括连接口Ⅰ、标签盒、外壳、棉线和连接口Ⅱ，连接口Ⅰ和连接口Ⅱ固定安装在外壳两端，标签盒安装在外壳上，棉线连接在连接口Ⅰ和连接口Ⅱ两端，所述的标签盒内安装有一个标签纸。
所述的外壳的表面涂抹一层树胶。
所述的标签盒的材质为钢化玻璃。
不会出现棉线有的地方色彩比较重，有的地方色彩比较轻情况的发生，不需要工作人员重新进行染色，提高了工作效率，节省了工作时间。

如图1所示，本发明采用的一种混纺纱的染色装置，包括连接口Ⅰ1、标签盒2、外壳3、棉线4和连接口Ⅱ5，连接口Ⅰ1和连接口Ⅱ5固定安装在外壳3两端，标签盒2安装在外壳3上，棉线4连接在连接口Ⅰ1和连接口Ⅱ5两端，所述的标签盒2内安装有一个标签纸。
所述的外壳3的表面涂抹一层树胶。
所述的标签盒2的材质为钢化玻璃。

1.一种混纺纱的染色装置，包括连接口Ⅰ（1）、标签盒（2）、外壳（3）、棉线（4）和连接口Ⅱ（5），其特征在于，连接口Ⅰ（1）和连接口Ⅱ（5）固定安装在外壳（3）两端，标签盒（2）安装在外壳（3）上，棉线（4）连接在连接口Ⅰ（1）和连接口Ⅱ（5）两端，所述的标签盒（2）内安装有一个标签纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混纺纱的染色装置，其特征在于，所述的外壳（3）的表面涂抹一层树胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种混纺纱的染色装置，其特征在于，所述的标签盒（2）的材质为钢化玻璃。
