Description
Claims (20)
- Sicherheitsschalter mit einem Aufnahmeausnehmungen (6) für je eine Befestigungsschraube aufweisenden Gehäuse (1), in dem eine Betätigungswalze (12) angeordnet ist, die mit einem in dem Gehäuse (1) geradegeführten, elektrische Kontakte (17) tragenden Stößel (16) gekoppelt und mittels eines in das Gehäuse (1) über eine seitliche und/oder stirnseitige Einführöffnung (8) einführbaren Betätigers (14) um ihre Achse verdrehbar ist, so daß die elektrischen Kontakte (17) des Stößels (16) mit gehäusefesten elektrischen Kontakten (18) in Eingriff bringbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) quer zu seiner Längsrichtung einen quadratischen Querschnitt besitzt und in Längsrichtung in seinem mittleren Bereich in einer Ebene quer zur Längsrichtung angeordnet an jeder Seite eine sich entlang der jeweiligen Seite erstreckende, an beiden Enden offene Aufnahmeausnehmung (6) für eine Befestigungsschraube aufweist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeausnehmungen (6) an beiden Enden jeweils mit einer Einsenkung (7) für einen Schraubenkopf versehen sind.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeausnehmungen (6) als nach außen offene Nuten ausgebildet sind.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeausnehmungen (6) als Bohrungen ausgebildet sind.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einführöffnungen (8) so zueinander angeordnet sind, daß die Betätigungswalze (12) beim Einführen des Betätigers (14) jeweils nur in derselben Richtung gedreht wird.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungswalze (12) am Umfang eine Rastausnehmung für eine die Ausgangsposition der Betätigungswalze (12) festlegende Feder (30) aufweist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) einen die Aufnahmeausnehmungen (6) aufweisenden und die Betätigungswalze (12) lagernden Mittelteil (2), einen endseitigen, die gehäusefesten Kontakte (18) aufnehmenden kappenartigen Deckel (4) und eine mit der oder den Einführöffnungen (8) versehene Kappe (5) für den Mittelteil (2) umfaßt.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mittelteil (2) unter Zwischenschaltung einer umlaufenden Dichtung (21) mit dem kappenartigen Deckel (4) verschraubt und mit dem Stößel (16) über eine Balgdichtung (22) verbunden ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (5) mit dem Mittelteil (2) über eine Schnappverbindung verbunden ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (16) gegenüber dem Mittelteil (2) geradegeführt ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungswalze (12) auf einer Achse (9) angeordnet ist, die endseitig in Gehäuseausnehmungen (11) aufgenommen und mittels Stiften (10) festgelegt ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (16) mit einer bügelartigen Halterung (26) versehen ist, die einen im Gehäuse (1) in dessen Längsrichtung geführten, parallel zur Achse der Betätigungswalze (12) verlaufenden Stift (25) trägt, der durch wenigstens eine steuerkurvenartige Ausnehmung (24) der Betätigungswalze (12) geführt ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (16) mittels einer Druckfeder (29), die zwischen einer benachbart zur Betätigungswalze (12) befindlichen gehäusefesten Anschlagfläche (27) und einer stößeleigenen Anschlagfläche eingespannt ist, in Richtung von der Betätigungswalze (12) weg vorgespannt und durch Betätigung der Betätigungswalze (12) gegen die Kraft der Druckfeder (29) in Richtung auf die Betätigungswalze (12) beweglich ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungswalze (12) mehrere, unabhängig voneinander um eine Achse (9) drehbar gelagerte Scheiben (23) umfaßt, die unterschiedliche, der mindestens einer Einführöffnung (8) zugewandte Radialausnehmungen (13) zum Eingriff mit entsprechenden Betätigungsabschnitten (14') des Betätigers (14) aufweisen.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungswalze (12) durch wenigstens einen gegen diese federvorgespannten und mit dieser in Eingriff bringbaren Riegel (35), der durch Einführen des Betätigers (14) lösbar ist, arretierbar ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungswalze (12) mehrere, unabhängig voneinander um eine Achse (9) drehbar gelagerte Scheiben (23) umfaßt, von denen die seitlich außen befindlichen einwärts in eine durch den Betätiger (14) beseitigbare Arretierstellung federvorgespannt sind.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gehäusefesten elektrischen Kontakte (18) als Schneidklemmkontakte (18') ausgebildet sind.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Leitungsadern (32) eines elektrischen Verbindungskabels an die Schneidklemmkontakte (18') durch Aufstecken und Verbinden eines Deckels (4) des Gehäuses (1) mit dem Gehäuse (1) anschließbar sind.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für jede Leitungsader (32) zwei beabstandete Paare von Stege (33) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Stege (33) jedes Paar eine Klemmausnehmung (34) für die Leitungsader (32) definieren und der Schneidklemmkontakt (18') zwischen die beiden Paare eingetaucht ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Paare von Stegen (33) in den Ecken des Gehäuses (1), insbesondere des Deckels (4), mit diagonaler Ausrichtung der Klemmausnehmungen (34) angeordnet sind.
