Claims (10)
- Haltevorrichtung mit einem Träger(s) für Gasdüse (3), Zündelektrode (2) und/oder Flammenfühler (1) eines Zündbrenners, wobeia) der Träger (5) für diese Bauelemente (1, 2, 3) ein im wesentlichen U-förmig abgewinkeltes einziges Federblech ist;b) der Mittelsteg (6) des Trägers (5) zu dessen Befestigung an einem Gerät oder Rahmen dient;c) die beiden Schenkelbleche (8; 12) des Trägers (5) sich gegenüberstehende Öffnungen (9, 10, 11; 16, 17, 18) zum Hindurchstecken von wenigstens zwei der Bauelemente (1, 2, 3) aufweisen;d) jedes dieser im wesentlichen zylindrischen Bauelemente (1, 2, 3) mit einem Anschlagkragen (22, 23, 24) versehen ist, mit dem es sich nach dem Hindurchstecken durch die Öffnungen (16, 17, 18) des einen Schenkelblechs (12) am anderen Schenkelblech (8) abstützt;e) das eine Schenkelblech (12) in wenigstens zwei Zungen (13, 14, 15) unterteilt ist;f) wenigstens eine dieser Zungen (13, 14) unter einem von 90° abweichenden Winkel derart vom Mittelsteg (6) abgewinkelt ist, daß der am Bauelement (1, 2) anliegende Rand der Durchstecköffnung (16, 17) das Bauelement (1, 2) mit dem Träger (5) federnd verspannt.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere Schenkelblech (8) als ganzes etwa rechtwinklig vom Mittelsteg (6) abgewinkelt ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei der Zungen (13, 14, 15) einen unterschiedlichen Abstand vom anderen Schenkelblech (8) haben.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteteil (21) der Gasdüse (3) einen unrunden, vorzugsweise sechseckigen Querschnitt und die Durchstecköffnung (18) in einer Zunge (15) eine entsprechende, den Halteteil (21) gegen Verdrehen sichernde Querschnittsform hat.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) auf einen zylindrischen, durch das andere Schenkelblech (8) hindurchragenden Befestigungsteil (26) der Gasdüse (3) ein im wesentlichen zylindrischer, vorzugsweise in Längsrichtung geschlitzter Halteansatz (25) eines Flammenleitblechs (4) aufgesetzt ist; undb) dieser Halteansatz (25) auf der dem Anschlagkragen (24) abgewandten Seite am anderen Schenkelblech (8) anliegt.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteansatz (25) des Flammenleitblechs (4) mit dem Befestigungsteil (26) der Gasdüse (3) verschweißt ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine aus dem anderen Schenkelblech (8) in Richtung auf das Flammenleitblech (4) herausgedrückte Federzunge (30) am Befestigungsteil (26) angreift und diesen in seiner Position sichert.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindrische Befestigungsteil (26) der Gasdüse (3) in der Nähe seines freien Endes eine umlaufende Vertiefung (27) aufweist, in welche wenigstens eine aus dem Halteansatz (25) des Flammenleitblechs (4) nach innen herausragende Sperrzunge (28) eingreift.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteansatz (25) des Flammenleitblechs (4) an seinem, dem anderen Schenkelblech (8) zugewandten Rand eine zum Schenkelblech hin offene Ausnehmung (29) aufweist, in welche eine aus dem anderen Schenkelblech (8) in Richtung auf das Flammenleitblech (4) herausgedrückte Federzunge (30) eingreift und den Halteansatz (25) gegen Verdrehen sichert.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mittelsteg (6) des Trägers (5) durch wenigstens eine Sicke (32) versteift ist.
