Claims (22)
- Verfahrbares Gestell miteiner Anzahl von Rollen (3), mit denen das Gestell frei verschiebbar ist,einem oder mehreren Standfüßen (2), die gegenüber den Rollen (3) anheb- und absenkbar sind, so daß in abgesenktem Zustand das Gestell einen sicheren Stand auf dem Boden hat,einer oder mehreren Stufen (4), wobei zumindest eine Stufe (4) bewegbar gelagert ist, eine erste und zweite Lageposition einnehmen kann und bei Belastung von der ersten in die zweite Lageposition bringbar ist, wodurch über einen Betätigungsmechanismus (9, 19) der oder die Standfüße (2) abgesenkt werden,einem Anhebeelement (10), das bei Belastung die Standfüße (2) vom Boden abhebt, wodurch gleichzeitig über den Betätigungsmechanismus (9, 19) die bewegliche Stufe (4) in die erste Lagepositon zurückgebracht wird, undeinem Tragrahmen (7), der mit den Rollen (3) schwenkbar am Grundrahmen angeordnet ist.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei mehreren Stufen die unterste Stufe (4) bewegbar gelagert ist.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stufe (4) drehbar ist und an zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Punkten an einem Grundrahmen (6) des Gestells gelagert ist und die Standfüße (2) an diesem Grundrahmen (6) angeordnet sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragrahmen (7) mittels Schwenkarmen (5) schwenkbar am Grundrahmen (6) angeordnet ist.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkarme (5) am Grundrahmen (6) und am Tragrahmen (7) drehbar gelagert sind und die Drehpunkte am Tragrahmen (7) versetzt zu den Drehpunkten am Grundrahmen (6) angeordnet sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsmechanismus ein Arretierelement (9) umfaßt, das am Grundrahmen (6) drehbar gelagert ist und mit seinem einen Ende an der unteren Seite der drehbaren Stufe (4) gleitend anliegt und mit seinem anderen Ende durch eine Feder (12), die am Tragrahmen (7) angebracht ist, gegen die Innenseite der drehbaren Stufe (4) gedrückt wird.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Arretierelement (9) einen Absatz aufweist, der an einem entsprechenden Ansatzstück (8) am Tragrahmen (7) anliegt, wenn die Standfüße (2) angehoben sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anhebeelement aus einem Tritthebel (10) besteht, der mit den in der Nähe der drehbaren Stufe (4) angeordneten Schwenkarmen (5) verbunden ist und in der Draufsicht gegenüber der drehbaren Stufe (4) vorkragt.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tritthebel (10) aus einem U-förmigen Rohr besteht, das mit seinen Schenkeln mit den zugehörigen Schwenkarmen (5) verschweißt ist.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Lageposition der drehbaren Stufe (4) dadurch definiert ist, daß eine zur Auflagefläche der Stufe parallele Ebene gegenüber einer horizontalen Ebene um einen vorbestimmten Winkel verdreht ist.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Lageposition der drehbaren Stufe (4) dadurch definiert ist, daß eine zur Auflagefläche der drehbaren Stufe parallele Ebene horizontal ausgerichtet ist.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Einnehmen der ersten Lageposition der drehbaren Stufe (4) das Anhebeelement (10) eine untere Lageposition einnimmt und bei Einnehmen der zweiten Lageposition der drehbaren Stufe das Anhebeelement (10) eine obere Lageposition einnimmt.
- Gestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel zwischen der ersten und zweiten Lageposition der drehbaren Stufe (4) 1° bis 20° beträgt.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Lageposition der drehbaren Stufe (4) zwischen 1° und 5° beträgt.
- Gestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der ersten Lageposition der drehbaren Stufe (4) die Schwenkarme (5) um einen Winkel von 5° bis 20° gegenüber einer Vertikalen geneigt sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsmechanismus in der Mitte der drehbaren Stufe (4) angeordnet ist.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Trittbügel (17) am Tragrahmen (7) drehbar gelagert ist und mit Gleitrollen an der Unterseite des Grundrahmens (6) gleitet.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trittbügel (17) aus einem U-förmigen Rohr besteht, dessen Enden nach oben gebogen sind und am Grundrahmen (6) entlanggleitet.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Lagerbock (18) am Grundrahmen (6) befestigt ist und ein an diesem drehbares gelagertes Arretierelement (19) mittels einer Feder (12) gegen die drehbare Stufe (4) gedrückt gehalten wird, wobei das Arretierelement (19) aus einem mehrfach gekanteten Blech besteht, das mit seinem oberen Ende gegen die untere Seite der drehbaren Stufe (4) gleitend anliegt.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragrahmen (7) in der ersten Lageposition der drehbaren Stufe (4) an einer unteren Anlagefläche des Arretierelementes (19) anliegt und in der zweiten Lageposition in einer darüber angeordneten zweiten Anlagefläche des Arretierelementes (19) liegt.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegbare Stufe (4) von einer ersten in eine zweite Lageposition verschiebbar ist.
- Gerüst- bzw. Podestleiter mit einer Anzahl übereinander angeordneten Stufen und einer oberen Plattform, umfassend ein verfahrbares Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21.
