Claims (7)
- Zentrifugalmühle für den Laborbetrieb mit einem an einen Antriebsmotor gekuppelten Rotor (18) als Mahlwerkzeug, mit einem den Mahlraum (25) des Rotors (18) umschließenden Ringsieb (28) und einem auf dem äußeren Umfang des Ringsiebes (28) angeordneten ringförmigen Auffangbehälter für das zerkleinerte Mahlgut, wobei die aus Rotor (18), Ringsieb (28) und Mahlanordnung bestehende Mahleinheit mit einem eine Mahlguteinlaßöffnung (17) aufweisenden Gehäusedeckel (15) verschließbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ringförmige Auffangbehälter (27) mit dem an seinem inneren Umfang angeordneten Ringsieb (28) verbunden und als um den Rotor (18) stülpbare Wechselkassette (26) ausgebildet ist und die Wechselkassette (26) eine auch den Mahlraum (25) mit Rotor (18) überspannende und von der Wechselkassette (26) lösbare Abdeckung (29) aufweist.
- Zentrifugalmühle für den Laborbetrieb mit einem an einen Antriebsmotor gekuppelten Rotor (18) als Mahlwerkzeug, mit einem den Mahlraum (25) des Rotors (18) umschließenden Ringsieb (28) und einem auf dem äußeren Umfang des Ringsiebes (28) angeordneten ringförmigen Auffangbehälter für das zerkleinerte Mahlgut, wobei die aus Rotor (18), Ringsieb (28) und Mahlanordnung bestehende Mahleinheit mit einem eine Mahlguteinlaßöffnung (17) aufweisenden Gehäusedeckel (15) verschließbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ringförmige Auffangbehälter (27) mit dem an seinem inneren Umfang angeordneten Ringsieb (28) verbunden und als Wechselkassette (26) mit einer auch den Mahlraum (25) mit Rotor (18) überspannenden und von der Wechselkassette (26) lösbaren Abdeckung (29) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Wechselkassette (26) eine der Abdeckung (29) gegenüberliegende und den Mahlraum (25) mit dem darin angeordneten Rotor (18) einschließende Bodenplatte aufweist und die Bodenplatte mit einer Öffnung zur Aufnahme einer Motor- beziehungsweise Rotorwelle versehen ist, so daß die Wechselkassette (26) gemeinsam mit dem Rotor (18) von der Motorwelle abnehmbar ist.
- Zentrifugalmühle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auffangbehälter (27) und das Ringsieb (28) über eine Steckverbindung miteinander verbunden sind.
- Zentrifugalmühle nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenplatte der Wechselkassette (26) als Labyrinthplatte (22) mit einer Labyrinthdichtung (24) gegen den darauf sitzenden Rotor (18) ausgebildet ist.
- Zentrifugalmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Rotor mit einem hülsenförmigen Wellenansatz auf die Motorwelle steckbar und an dieser drehfest festlegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hülsenförmige Wellenansatz (19) des Rotors (18) in seinem Inneren eine Nut (20) zur Aufnahme von darin eintretenden, an der Motorwelle (14) radial verschiebbar gelagerten Verriegelungselementen (21) aufweist.
- Zentrifugalmühle nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der Motorwelle (14) angeordneten Verriegelungselemente als unter Fliehkraftwirkung radial auslenkbare Kugeln (21) ausgebildet sind.
- Zentrifugalmühle nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugeln (21) durch Federkraft in eine den Querschnitt der Motorwelle (14) überragende Verriegelungslage vorgespannt sind.
