- Centrifugal mill for laboratory operation, with a rotor coupled to a drive motor as a grinding tool, with an annular sieve enclosing the grinding space of the rotor and an annular collecting vessel arranged on the outer circumference of the annular sieve for the comminuted grinding stock, the grinding unit consisting of the rotor, annular sieve and grinding arrangement being sealable by a casing lid with a grinding stock inlet aperture, characterized in that the annular collecting vessel (27) is connected to the annular sieve (28) arranged on its inner circumference and is formed as an interchangeable cassette (26) which can be placed around the rotor (18) and the interchangeable cassette (26) has a cover (29) also spanning the grinding space (25) with rotor (18) and detachable from the interchangeable cassette (26).
- Centrifugal mill according to claim 1, characterized in that the collecting vessel (27) and the annular sieve (28) are connected to one another by means of a plug-in connection.
- Centrifugal mill according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the interchangeable cassette (26) has a base plate lying opposite the cover (29) and including the grinding space (25), the base plate having an aperture to take up a motor shaft or rotor shaft.
- Centrifugal mill according to claim 3, characterized in that the base plate of the interchangeable cassette (26) is formed as a labyrinth plate (22) with a labyrinth seal (24) against the rotor (18) sitting thereon.
- Centrifugal mill according to any of claims 1 to 4, the rotor being pluggable with a sheath-shaped shaft projection onto the motor shaft and fixable in a torsionally resistant manner on this, characterized in that the sheath-shaped shaft projection (19) of the rotor (18) has in its interior a groove (20) to take up latching elements (21) entering therein supported radially displaceably on the motor shaft (14).
- Centrifugal mill according to claim 5, characterized in that the latching elements arranged on the motor shaft (14) are formed as balls (21) radially ejectable under the influence of centrifugal force.
- Centrifugal mill according to claim 6, characterized in that the balls (21) are pretensioned by spring force in a latching position projecting beyond the cross-section of the motor shaft (14).
