Description
Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Veränderung der Geschwindigkeit von flächigen, biegeschlaffen Produkten mit der Länge L und der Taktzeit T, insbesondere von Blättern oder Blattpaketen aus Papier oder Kunststoff, die ein Eingangstransportband mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit vE, ein Zwischentransportband mit periodisch sich verändernder Geschwindigkeit und ein Ausgangstransportband mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit vA aufweist, wobei für den Antrieb des Zwischentransportbandes ein periodisch übersetzendes Getriebe vorgesehen ist, das in der Taktzeit T die Drehwinkelbereiche ϕE für die konstante Geschwindigkeit vE, ϕV für den Verzögerungsbereich, ϕA für die konstante Geschwindigkeit vA und ϕB für den Beschleunigungsbereich erzeugt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfang einer Ersatzscheibe mit dem Radius R sich aus den Kreisbögen L = R ϕE, LV = R ϕV, L = R ϕA = R ϕE und LB = R ϕB zusammensetzt, daß für den Achsabstand a der Umlenkscheiben des Zwischentransportbandes für den Fall der Produktverzögerung die Beziehung a = L + R ϕV und für den Fall der Produktbeschleunigung die Beziehung a = L + R ϕB gilt und daß der Radius r der Treibscheiben (9; 10) des Zwischentransportbandes aus der Gleichung r = iR folgt, wobei betragsmäßig i < 1 die konstante Übersetzung ins Schnelle von Zahnrädern bedeutet, die sich zwischen dem Periodengetriebe und den Treibscheiben (9; 10) des Zwischentransportbandes befinden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelbereiche ϕV und ϕB gleich groß und die zeitabhängigen Verläufe der Verzögerung und Beschleunigung symmetrisch sind und daß zwischen dem Radius r der Treibscheiben (9; 10) und dem Achsabstand a der Umlenkscheiben des Zwischentransportes die Beziehung a = π r/i besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportbänder jeweils mit Abstand parallel angeordnete Riemen (18; 19; 20) aufweisen, wobei zwischen den Abständen der Treibscheiben (9; 10) des Zwischentransportbandes Umlenkscheiben des Eingangstransportbandes (21) und zwischen den Umlenkscheiben des Zwischentransportbandes (11; 12) Umlenkscheiben des Ausgangstransportbandes (22) lagern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riemen (18; 19; 20) Zahnriemen sind, deren Zähne im Eingriff mit Zahnriemenscheiben stehen und daß die treibenden Zahnriemenscheiben (9; 10) des Zwischentransportbandes Teilkreise mit dem Radius r haben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischentransportband aus einem unteren Transportband (1) und einem dazu parallelen oberen Transportband (2) besteht, deren einander zugewandte Arbeitstrums gleichsinnig und synchron angetrieben werden, und daß federnd angestellte Scheiben (17) Kraftschluß zwischen den Transportbändern (1, 2) und den Produkten erzeugen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei gleich ausgebildete, parallele Zahnradgetriebezüge von der Antriebswelle (A) des Periodengetriebes bis zu den Triebwellen (D; E) des unteren und oberen Transportbandes (1; 2) des Zwischentransportbandes vorgesehen sind, die sich mit Kupplungen (K1 bis K7) drehmomentmäßig vorspannen lassen.
