Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Bearbeiten der Bügelfläche (2) einer aus Blech geringer Dicke hergestellten Bügeleisensohle (1), deren Innenseite (4) an einem mit einer elektrischen Heizung versehenen Bügeleisenschuh (6) gut wärmeleitend befestigbar ist und deren Außenseite die Bügelfläche (2) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Herstellvorganges des Bügeleisens vor der Befestigung der Bügeleisensohle (1) an dem Bügeleisenschuh (6) die Bearbeitung durch Bestrahlen mittels fester körniger Teilchen (16, 17, 18), insbesondere Sandstrahlen, erfolgt und daß sowohl die Innenseite (4) als auch die Außenseite (2) der Bügeleisensohle bestrahlt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bügeleisensohle (1) zur selben Zeit an dem jeweils gegenüberliegenden Flächenteil der Innenseite (4) und Außenseite (2) bestrahlt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bügeleisensohle (1) mit einem zeitlichen Verzug an den jeweils gegenüberliegenden Flächenteilen der Innenseite (4) und Außenseite (2) bestrahlt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bestrahlvorgang der Innenseite (4) bzw. Außenseite (2) erst dann erfolgt, wenn der Bestrahlvorgang der Außenseite (2) bzw. Innenseite (4) abgeschlossen ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bügeleisensohle (1) an wenigstens zwei Strahldüsen (9, 10) vorbeigeführt wird, deren Strahlrichtung im wesentlichen entgegengesetzt verlaufen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blech ein Aluminiumblech oder Stahlblech ist.
