Definitions
- the invention relates to a ski boot with a shell, one Shank and overlapping the instep area Closing flaps, which can be opened by such as. Buckles are held in the closed position.
- ski boots which are also referred to as “overlap boots” are e.g. known from EP 500 479 A1; with these Ski boots are accessed via an expandable shaft.
- shoe types which are called “rear entry shoes” are called and after folding a tailgate into a mostly closed shell in the circumferential direction in the instep area to allow entry is with such central entry shoes, which are designed as overlapping shoes, the Closing in the instep area only by bracing the Closing flaps possible.
- a limited adjustment enabling the shape of the foot is usually one with overlaps better adaptability to the foot in the instep area.
- the invention is now aimed at a shoe of the beginning mentioned type to the extent that at a high level of Adaptability of the shell to the shape of the foot an entry into the shoe is made possible with less effort, and at the same time the closing and comfort of the shoe improved will.
- the main task is that the closing flaps of one tongue-shaped instep covers are overlapped and outside the Projection of the instep cover on the closing flap with others Closing flaps are connected, and that the other closing flaps bear the bearing points for the locking links.
- the external locking flaps thus achieve the same as with conventional overlaps which are effective in the circumferential direction Expectant closing forces, which are an exact and better adjustment the flap on the foot shape, and thereby, that between the cross-locking members and the thin-walled and highly flexible end areas of the overlapping
- a tongue-shaped instep lid is arranged in the closing flap the reaction forces of the closing elements, which in the middle area of the instep as pressure forces would come into effect, distributed over a large area, so that pressure points are avoided.
- the tongue-shaped instep cover For better positioning and, if necessary, adjustment of the tongue-shaped instep cover is the training with advantage hit that the other closing flaps at least the instep cover partially spill over, causing excessive Pressure loads on the tongue-shaped cover by the closing elements be prevented.
- the wall thickness of the internal flaps Have excess wall thickness, which ensures is that even high clamping forces without overstressing of the thin-walled and flexible material of the Closing flaps can be applied.
- the training is an advantage to ensure entry hit that the instep cover in one place in front of each other overlapping area of the inner closing flap with the Shell is connected, preferably the instep cover on the end connected to the shell as a sealing element is. This way, even at the critical point which overlap shoes traditionally with sealing problems too have achieved a secure seal, the Sealing element overlapping the abutting edge Clasp overlaps the shell, and thus a safe one Seal can cause.
- Overlap is advantageously made so that the shaft of the shell both in the shin area and in the Calf area each at least one essentially to the sole has vertical incision, which from the instep cover or a pivotable heel flap can be sealed.
- a corresponding expandability of the Secured shaft being such an expandable Be pivotally articulated shaft in a conventional manner can, while maintaining a secure grip and a clear Swivel angle limitation, in particular a defined template and reserve limitation, implemented in a simple manner can be.
- the training is advantageous met that the vertical incisions Shaft can be pivoted to a limited extent with the shell against stops connected is.
- the tongue-shaped is for easier entry Instep lid pivotally connected to the shell
- the training is advantageously taken so that the Instep cover around an axis substantially parallel to the sole and an axis crossing the sole pivotable with the shell connected is.
- Such an instep cover is used for overall extremely flexible and extremely comfortable to wear trained shell the required rigidity and Stability guaranteed, using different materials and wall thickness of the instep cover the characteristics of the shoe can be changed.
- the training is advantageously made such that the hinged heel flap about the pivot axis of the Shaft is pivotally attached to the shell.
- Such Heel flap allows that in a particularly simple manner Formation of a so-called "walking, standing mechanism" for what the training is advantageously taken so that the foldable Heel flap against adjustable limit stops or adjustable tension members in a first walking or standing position is pivotable and after loosening the tension member or Unlocking the stop foldable into a boarding position is.
- 1 shows a side view of the invention Ski boots
- 2 shows a view corresponding to the Fig.1 with open shoe
- 3 shows a section along the line III / III of Fig.1
- 4 shows a section along the line IV / IV 1
- 5 shows a section along the line V / V of Fig. 2.
- FIG 1 1 is the shell of a ski boot, and they are fixed on the outside of this shell Closing flaps 2 can be seen, which with each other via tension members 3 can be braced.
- the outer flaps 2 and the tension members 3 overlap a tongue-shaped instep cover 4, which is connected to the shell 1 in the region 5.
- a tailgate 6 is also pivotably articulated on the shell 1, the pivot axis being indicated at 7.
- a shaft part 8 can also be pivoted, which is closed by a buckle 9 in the part facing the instep can be. Strictly speaking, the shaft a kind of cuff, with the required rigidity guaranteed by the tailgate 6 in the closed position is, which itself by a tension member 10 in this closed position is held.
- the tension member 10 is open, and the tailgate 6 is pivoted about the pivot axis 7 to the rear.
- the shaft or cuff is 8 also in their part facing the instep, in which they is slotted, opened, the buckle 9 in the open position is shown.
- the tongue 4 Buckles 3 are shown in the open position, and it can be seen that the tongue 4 is pivotable forward is, as a whole, as can be seen from the illustration Fig.2 clearly shows a large and convenient entry opening is released.
- this tongue 4 which has the function of a pressure distribution plate takes on a particularly thin-walled training of mutually overlapping flaps 12 and 13, creating a high degree of flexibility and a particularly good fit is achieved.
- flaps 12 and 13 forces only in Circumferential direction initiated, which makes the particularly favorable Adjustment in the sensitive instep area is achieved without there is excessive pressure.
- the thin-walled and flexible training of each other overlapping flaps 12 and 13 naturally also the Improved tightness in this area.
- the shaft 8 also has a slot 17 in the rear area, which is encompassed by a closing member 10, which with the tailgate 6 interacts.
- This tension member 10 is in a movable first open position, which folds down the tailgate 6 allows, and can by loosening the locking member 18 are brought out of engagement with the tailgate 6, which enables a complete folding. In this The first position thus becomes a walking position or walking position reached, whereas after completely loosening the locking member 18 a complete folding of the tailgate 6 and thus a particularly easy entry position can be.
- the closing member 18 is in turn with a Tension member 19 connected to the closing member 9 of the cuff or the shaft cooperates and in this way the slot 14 in the front area of the cuff or Shaft 8 bridges.
- the region at which the closing member is visible is 21 18 attacks, which in the representation according to Fig. 5 is not apparent.
