Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Reinigung von Zylindern und Walzen eines Druckwerkes einer Druckmaschine mit einer Sprüheinrichtung und einer Rakeleinrichtung, welche mindestens einem Walzenzug zugeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Reinigung in einer mehrfach wiederholbaren, zeitlich frei wählbaren oder sich selbst einstellenden Waschfolge erfolgt, wobei jede einzelne WaschfolgeEinsprühen von WaschmittelVerteilen von Waschmittel undein periodisches Rakeln im Walzenzug umfaßt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jede einzelne WaschfolgeEinsprühen von Wasserein Verteilen von Wasserein periodisches Rakeln im Walzenzug umfaßt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Pflanzenölester als Waschmittel verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß unter Beibehaltung der Waschfolge wahlweiseein Reinigen eines Farbwalzenzuges oderein Reinigen des Farbwalzenzuges und einer Platte auf dem Plattenzylinder oderein Reinigen des Farbwalzenzuges, der Platte auf dem Plattenzylinder und eines Feuchtwalzenzuges erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
daß bei zunehmender Umfangslänge von Walzen und Zylinder die Anzahl und/oder die Reinigungszeit der Waschfolgen zunimmt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Reinigungszeiten der Waschfolgen auf einen Wert korrigiert werden, der der Zunahme oder Reduzierung der zu reinigenden Umfangslänge von Walzen/Zylinder entspricht.
