Claims (12)
- Rahmen für Fenster, Türen, Fassaden oder dergleichen, mit vorzugsweise aus Metall bestehenden Hohlprofilen (1, 2) sowie mit einem in die Hohlprofile (1, 2) greifenden Verbindungselement (3), insbesondere einem Eckwinkel, wobei jeder Schenkel (4) des Verbindungselements (3) wenigstens eine zur Innenwand des Hohlprofils (1, 2) hin offene Aufnahmeaussparung (5) aufweist, die einen Vorratsraum für einen zwischen das Verbindungselement (3) und das Hohlprofil (1, 2) einzubringenden Kleber (6) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Auspressteil (7) zur weitgehend vollständigen Überführung des Klebers (6) vom Vorratsraum in den Spalt zwischen dem Hohlprofil (1, 2) und dem Verbindungselement (3) vorgesehen ist, das dazu in der Aufnahmeaussparung (5) an den Kleber (6) angrenzend und/oder in die Aufnahmeaussparung (5) vorverstellbar angeordnet ist, wobei das Auspreßteil (7) der Querschnittsform der Aufnahmeaussparung (5) im wesentlichen formschlüssig angepaßt ist.
- Rahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auspreßteil (7) im wesentlichen quer zum Schenkel (4) des Verbindungselements (3) verstellbar ist.
- Rahmen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeaussparung (5) zylindrische Gestalt besitzt.
- Rahmen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeaussparung (5) als sich durch den gesamten Schenkel (4) erstreckende Durchgangsbohrung ausgebildet ist.
- Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeaussparung (5) als Sackloch ausgebildet ist.
- Rahmen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auspressteil (7) mit einer sich in seiner Längsrichtung erstreckenden, Strömungskanäle für den Kleber (6) bildenden Riffelung (13) versehen ist.
- Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verstellung des Auspressteils (7) ein Betätigungsbolzen (8) vorgesehen ist, der in einer im Boden der Aufnahmeaussparung (5) mündenden Führungsbohrung (9) angeordnet ist.
- Rahmen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsbolzen (8) als Zylinder- oder Gewindestift ausgebildet ist.
- Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung der Aufnahmeaussparung (5) durch eine Klebefolie (10) abgedeckt ist.
- Rahmen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie (10) für aerobe Kleber (6) luftundurchlässig und für anaerobe Kleber (6) luftdurchlässig ausgebildet ist.
- Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung der Aufnahmeaussparung (5) durch einen herausdrückbaren oder absprengbaren Kunststoffdeckel (11) geschlossen ist.
- Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung eines aeroben Klebers 6) zusätzlich eine gegenüber dem Kleber (6) abgetrennte Luftblase (12) vorgesehen ist.
