Claims (10)
- Betätiger für Verschlüsse an Fahrzeugen
mit einer Handhabe (10), die bei manueller Betätigung (15) einen Druckstift (30) längsbewegt (39),
und der Druckstift (30) über Umfangsprofilierungen (38), wie ein Gewinde, mit einer Aufnahme (37) in Eingriff ist und die Aufnahme (37) bei Betätigung (15) der Handhabe (10) mitbewegt wird,
mit einem elektrischen Schalter (25), der einen hubbeweglichen Taster (20) aufweist und über elektrische und/oder mechanische Steuermittel auf den Verschluss einwirkt,
wobei die Hubbewegung (42) zwischen einer Einschublage (20.2) und einer Ausschublage (20.1) des Tasters (20) durch Endanschläge (26, 27) im Schaltergehäuse (43) bestimmt ist und zwei unterschiedlichen Schaltstellungen (21.1, 21.2) entspricht,
der Taster (20) in Richtung seiner Ausfahrlage (20.1) federbelastet (28) ist
und die bei Betätigung (15) der Handhabe (10) sich ergebende Längsbewegung (39) des Druckstifts (30) die Hubbewegung (42) des Tasters (20) bewirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Aufnahme (37) radial elastisch ausgebildet ist und reibschlüssig an den Umfangsprofilen (38) des Druckstifts (30) angedrückt wird,
dass der Druckstift (30) mittels einer den Reibschluss übersteigenden axialen Stellkraft (48) in der elastischen Aufnahme (37) axial verschieblich (50) ist,
dass - vor einer Erstbetätigung (15) der Handhabe (10) - der Druckstift (30) bezüglich seiner Aufnahme (37) eine Überlänge (33) aufweist
und dass - bei der Erstbetätigung (15) der Handhabe (10) - der Druckstift (30) vom Taster (20), der sich dabei an dem seine axiale Einschublage (20.2) bestimmenden Endanschlag (27) abstützt, selbsttätig auf jene Solllänge (32) in der Aufnahme (37) axial zurückgeschoben (50) und fixiert wird,
in welcher - für künftige Betätigungen (15) der Handhabe (10) - der Längsbewegungsweg (47) des Druckstifts (30) dem vorgegebenen, zur Schalterumsteuerung (21.1, 21.2) erforderlichen Hubweg (29) des Tasters (20) angepasst ist. - Betätiger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zur Handhabe (10) gehörender Druckabgang (45) über den Druckstift (30) auf den Taster (20) wirkt,
dass der Betätigungsweg (17) des Druckabgangs (45) gegenüber dem Hubweg (40) des Tasters (20) größer/gleich ausgebildet ist,
dass - nach der Erstbetätigung (15) der Handhabe (10) - zwischen dem justierten Druckstift (30) einerseits und einer Gegendruckstelle, die dem Druckstift (30) zwecks Hubbetätigung (42) des Tasters (20) zugeordnet ist, andererseits eine definierte freie Lücke (46) angeordnet ist
und dass diese Lücke (46) im wesentlichen gleich ist der Differenz zwischen dem Betätigungsweg (17) des Druckabgangs (45) und dem Hubweg (40) des Tasters (20). - Betätiger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Druckstift (30) und dem Taster (20) ein Zwischenglied (44) angeordnet ist, welches die Längsbewegung (39) des Druckstifts (30) in eine Hubbewegung (42) des Tasters (20) umwandelt.
- Betätiger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenglied aus einer Blattfeder (44) besteht, die am Schaltergehäuse (43) sitzt (41) und den Taster (20) übergreift.
- Betätiger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckstift (30) mit dem Hubweg (40) des Tasters (20) axial ausgerichtet ist.
- Betätiger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme aus einer Bohrung (37) in einem Körper (35) aus elastomerem Material (36) (Elastomerkörper 35) besteht.
- Betätiger nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elastomerkörper (35) am Druckabgang (45) der Handhabe (10) sitzt und den Druckstift (30) am Druckabgang (45) positioniert.
- Betätiger nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckstift (49) mit dem Taster (20') axialfest ist und an seinem freien Stiftende den Elastomerkörper (35') trägt,
dass der Druckabgang (45') der Handhabe (10) mit dem Elastomerkörper (35') ausgerichtet ist
und dass das freie Ende des Elastomerkörpers (35'), welches dem Druckabgang (45') der Handhabe (10) zugekehrt ist, die Gegendruckstelle (51) bildet,
welche - nach der Erstbetätigung der Handhabe (10) - mit dem Druckabgang (45') der Handhabe (10) die definierte Lücke (46') einschließt. - Betätiger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handhabe (10) ein Druckknopf ist, der schauseitig (14) manuell betätigbar (15) ist und rückseitig (19) den Druckabgang (45) für den Taster (20) aufweist.
