Description
Claims (5)
- Elastisch nachgiebiges, plattenförmiges und rechteckiges Kunststoffelement, zum Bilden eines Bodenbelages aus einer Vielzahl solcher einzeln zu verlegenden Elemente, wobei das Element eine Skelettstruktur (2) mit einem Aussenrahmen (1) und damit aus einem Stück bestehende gitterförmige Verstrebungen (5,6,7) sowie Kupplungsorgane (9, 13) beim Verlegen für angrenzende Elemente aufweist, und wobei die Kupplungsorgane (9,13) des Elementes männliche und damit zusammenwirkende weibliche Kupplungsorgane (9 bzw. 13) umfasst, wobei jedes männliche Kupplungsorgan (9) als länglicher Riegel parallel zur Elementenebene vom Aussenrahmen (1) abragt, und jedes innerhalb des Aussenrahmens (1) liegende weibliche Kupplungsorgan (13) zwei federelastische Klinken (14, 15) aufweist, die den Riegel (9) rechtwinklig zur Elementenebene auf der Elementenunterseite (3) hintergreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der längliche Riegel (9) an seinem vom Aussenrahmen (1) abgewandten Ende einen Anschlag (10) für die beiden Klinken (14, 15) aufweist und dass zwischen je zwei Kupplungsorganen (9,9 bzw. 13,13) einer Seite eine vom Aussenrahmen (1) abragende Feder (18) vorhanden ist, die bei zwei miteinander gekuppelten Elementen von diesen gespannt worden ist, so dass die beiden Klinken (14, 15) des weiblichen Kupplungsorgans (13) durch die Federkraft der Feder (18) am Anschlag (10) des länglichen Riegels (9) federelastisch anliegen.
- Kunststoffelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (10) als Platte ausgebildet ist, die die Stirnseite des Riegels (9) überragt.
- Kunststoffelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der längliche Riegel (9) im Querschnitt ein T-Profil mit Steg (11) und Balken (12) hat.
- Kunststoffelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (18) zwischen je zwei männlichen Kupplungsorganen (9) liegt (Fig. 1,2,3).
- Kunststoffelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seine Unterseite (3) mit mehreren Auflaufschrägen (20) versehen ist, wobei jede dazu bestimmt ist beim Kuppeln von zwei benachbarten Kunststoffelementen auf die Feder (18) des benachbarten Elementes zu drücken, um diese zu spannen.
