Claims (10)
- Kreuzspulen (8) herstellende Textilmaschine, insbesondere Offenend-Spinnmaschine (1), mit einer entlang der Arbeitsstellen der Textilmaschine verfahrbaren und bei Bedarf an diesen positionierbaren Serviceeinrichtung mit einem Anspinnaggregat (16), das eine Hilfsfadentransportvorrichtung (34) zum Bereitstellen und Entsorgen eines für den Anspinnprozeß benutzten Hilfsfadens (45) aufweist, wobei der angesponnene Faden mittels einer pneumatisch beaufschlagbaren, an einer Lieferrohrhalterung (53) angeordneten Fadenverlegeeinrichtung (51), die ein schwenkbar gelagertes Fadenleitblech (54) aufweist, in einem Lieferrohr (37) gehalten, in den Bereich einer an einem Hülsenteller (76) angeordneten Fadenfangeinrichtung (79) überführbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß an der Fadenverlegeeinrichtung (51) außer dem Fadenleitblech (54) auch ein Fadenrückhalteelement (66) angeordnet ist,daß das Fadenleitblech (54) eine Fadenführungskontur (70) mit einer Fadenführungskerbe (81) und einem Fadenverlegeschlitz (82) besitzt, wobei die Fadenführungskerbe (81) so angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, daß der in das Lieferrohr (37) einlaufende Faden (7) während der Schwenkbewegung des Fadenleitbleches (54) definiert über den Hülsenteller (78) geführt und dabei von dessen Fadenfangeinrichtung (79) erfaßt wird und durch Drehen von Leerhülse (10) und Hülsenteller (78) in den Fadenverlegeschlitz (82) gelangt, der durch Form und Anordnung sicherstellt, daß der von der Fadenfangeinrichtung (79) erfaßte Faden (7) auf der Leerhülse (10) eine Reservewicklung (83) bildet. - Kreuzspulen herstellende Textilmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Fadenleitblech (54) ein Anschlag (67) angeordnet ist, dessen Anlage am Spulenrahmen (9) eine exakte, axiale Ausrichtung des Fadenleitbleches (54) bezüglich der im Spulenrahmen (9) gehaltenen Leerhülse (10) gewährleistet.
- Kreuzspulen herstellende Textilmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fadenrückhalteelement (66), in Fadenlaufrichtung (R) betrachtet, vor dem Fadenleitblech (54) und bezüglich des Fadenleitbleches seitlich versetzt derart angeordnet ist, daß der Fadenverlegeschlitz (82) in der Ausgangsstellung des Fadenleitbleches (54) im Schatten des Fadenrückhalteelementes (66) liegt.
- Kreuzspulen herstellende Textilmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fadenleitblech (54) um eine horizontale Schwenkachse (50) drehbar gelagert, von einem pneumatischen Schubkolbengetriebe (55) beaufschlagbar ist und eine im Bereich der Schwenkachse (50) angeordnete, federkraftbetätigte Rückstelleinrichtung (52) besitzt.
- Kreuzspulen herstellende Textilmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Schubkolbengetriebe (55) und dem Fadenleitblech (54) ein Kraftbegrenzungselement (69) angeordnet ist.
- Kreuzspulen herstellende Textilmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Kraftbegrenzungselement (69) als Schraubenfeder ausgebildet ist.
- Kreuzspulen herstellende Textilmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lieferrohr (37) der Hilfsfadentransportvorrichtung (34) im Bereich der Lieferrohrhalterung (53) einen Druckluftanschluß (38) mit einer Injektoreinrichtung (72) sowie eine Fadenschneidvorrichtung (48) aufweist.
- Kreuzspulen herstellende Textilmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lieferrohr (37) einen hosenartigen Mündungsbereich aufweist, wobei im Bereich beabstandeter Mündungsstränge (37', 37'') ein Schneid- und Verschlußschieber (73) einer Fadenschneideinrichtung (48) verschiebbar geführt ist.
- Kreuzspulen herstellende Textilmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneid- und Verschlußschieber (73) frontseitig eine Schneidkante (74) sowie im Abstand dahinter eine Lochblende (75) aufweist.
- Kreuzspulen herstellende Textilmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Lieferrohrhalterung (53) eine mit einem Anschlag (77) am Spulenrahmen (9) korrespondierende Positionierhilfe (76) angeordnet ist.
