Description
verdrehbar und klemmbar angeordnet ist. Zur Herausnahme des Zahnspiels zwischen Außenverzahnungen 34, 36 und Innenverzahnung 33 wird während der Montage die erste Außenverzahnung 34 gegenüber der zweiten Außenverzahnung 36 verdreht und in dieser Stellung, z. B. mittels Klemmschrauben gesichert.
Anstelle der hier verwendeten Zahnkupplung kann selbstverständlich auch eine Keilwellenverbindung, eine Paßfederverbindungen oder eine Polygonverbindung verwendet werden.
Im Betriebszustand ist der Pneumatikzylinder 32 in seine zylindernahe Stellung ausgefahren, wodurch auch die Schaltwelle 23 in ihrer zylindernahen Stellung ist und somit die Kupplung 27 eingekuppelt ist, d. h. die beiden Stirnkerbverzahnungen der Kupplungshälften 26, 28 sind aufeinandergepreßt. Die Kupplung 27 überträgt ein Drehmoment in Umfangsrichtung von der Schaltwelle 26 auf den Zylinderzapfen 2 spielfrei. Mittels der zweiten Kupplung 22 wird von dem Antriebsrad 18 an die Schaltwelle 23 über die Hohlwelle 16 das Drehmoment übertragen. Das Antriebsrad 18 dreht die in der nichtdrehenden Lagerbuchse 11 gelagerte Hohlwelle 16 mit der Drehmoment übertragenden Kupplung 22. Diese überträgt die Drehbewegung an die Schaltwelle 23, welche die Drehbewegung wiederum mittels der Kupplung 27 an den Zylinder 1 weitergibt.
Am zylinderfernen Ende 24 der Schaltwelle 23 wird die drehende Schaltwelle 23 mittels der Lagerung 31 vom nichtdrehenden Pneumatikzylinder 32 bezüglich der Drehbewegung entkoppelt.
Zum Auswechseln des Zylinders 1 wird der Pneumatikzylinder 32 betätigt, wodurch die Schaltwelle 23 in ihre zylinderferne Position gebracht wird. Hierdurch wird die Kupplung 27 entkuppelt, d. h die beiden Kupplungshälften 28, 29 werden voneinander getrennt. Der Schaltweg der Kupplung 27 muß dabei so groß sein, daß die beiden Kupplungshälften 28, 29 senkrecht zur Drehachse 12 aneinander vorbeibewegt werden können.
Die beiden Halbschalen 6, 7 der Lageraufnahme 4 werden voneinander gelöst, so daß der Zylinder 1 mit der daran verbleibenden Lagerung 3 entnommen werden kann. Dabei verbleibt die Kupplungshälfte 28 der Kupplung 27 am Zylinderzapfen 2 des Zylinders 1, weswegen Kupplungshälfte 28 und geöffnete Halbschale 6 so ausgebildet sind, daß die geöffnete Halbschale 6 axial in zylinderabweisender Richtung Raum zur Entnahme der Kupplungshälfte 28 frei gibt.
Der Zylinderzapfen 2 kann aber auch mit einer Bohrung bzw. Senkung zur Aufnahme der Kupplungshälfte 28 innerhalb des Zylinderzapfens 2 versehen sein und so unterhalb der Lagerung 3 liegen.

Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zum Ankuppeln eines entnehmbaren Zylinders (1) einer Rotationsdruckmaschine an ein Antriebsrad (18) mittels einer lösbaren, zweigeteilten Kupplung (27), wobei ein Zylinderzapfen (2) des Zylinders (1) in einer zu öffnenden Lagerung einer in einem Gestell (13) angeordneten, mit einer konzentrisch zu einer Drehachse (12) des Zylinders (1) verlaufenden Bohrung (9) versehenen Lagerbuchse (11) angeordnet ist, in deren Bohrung (9) eine Hohlwelle (16) axial starr, aber drehbar gelagert ist, und in der Hohlwelle (16) eine Schaltwelle (23) axial verschiebbar vorgesehen ist, wobei die Schaltwelle (23) und der Zylinderzapfen (2) mit Kupplungshälften (26, 28) der Kupplung (27) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem zylinderfernen Ende (17) der Hohlwelle (16) das Antriebsrad (18) befestigt ist, daß zwischen Hohlwelle (16) und Schaltwelle (23) eine formschlüssige, Versatz in axialer Richtung ausgleichende Kupplung (22) angeordnet ist, daß diese Kupplung (22) spielfrei ausgeführt ist, wobei die Hohlwelle (16) mit einer Innenverzahnung (33) und die Schaltwelle (23) mit zwei zueinander verdrehbaren, mit der Innenverzahnung (33) zusammenwirkenden Außenverzahnungen (34, 36) versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungshälften (26, 28) der Kupplung (27) zwischen Schaltwelle (23) und Zylinderzapfen (2) mit jeweils mit zueinander angepaßten Stirnkerbverzahnungen versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die drehende Schaltwelle (23) mittels einer Lagerung (31) in axialer Richtung steif mit einer nichtdrehenden Stelleinrichtung (32) verbunden ist.
