Claims (10)
- Zylinder (1) einer Einrichtung zur Herstellung von Druckformen, der mit seinen Zapfen (2, 3) mittels Lagerungen (4, 5) in einem Gestell (6) gelagert ist, wobei an dem ersten Zapfen (2) ein Antrieb (8) angreift und der Zylinder (1) an der Seite des zweiten Zapfens (3) freilegbar ist, indem der zweite Zapfen (3) und der Zylinder (1) voneinander abrückbar sind, wobei der zweite Zapfen (3) an der Trennstelle mit dem Zylinder (1) mittels eines in letzteren einschraubbaren Schraubkörpers (18) verbindbar ist, der sich im Betrieb mit dem Zylinder (1) mitdreht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schraubkörper (18) zum Erzeugen einer Schraubbewegung durch eine an ihn angesetzte, am Gestell (6) angeordnete Blockiervorrichtung (20) während einer von dem angetriebenen Zylinder (1) durchgeführten Drehbewegung gegen Mitdrehen mit dem Zylinder (1) blockierbar ist.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blockiervorrichtung (20) eine Klauenkupplung enthält, deren erstes, unverdrehbares Kupplungsteil (21) mittels eines Stellelementes (23) mit dem zweiten, an dem Schraubkörper (18) befestigten Kupplungsteil (24) kuppelbar ist.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Kupplungsteil (21) an der Kolbenstangen (22) eines pneumatischen Arbeitszylinders (23) befestigt und mittels letzterer in das zweite Kupplungsteil (24) einrückbar ist.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste und zweite Kupplungsteil (21, 24) im eingekuppelten Zustand gegeneinander einen Verdrehfreiheitsgrad von etwa 90° aufweisen.
- Zylinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klauen (40) aufweisende zweite Kupplungsteil (24.1) zwischen benachbarten Klauen (40) eine die Verdrehung gegenüber dem ersten Kupplungsteil (21.1) erlaubende Lücke (41) aufweist.
- Zylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennstelle als Kegelpaarung mit Außen- (16) und Innenkegel (17) ausgeführt ist, die dem Zylinder (1) und dem abrückbaren zweiten Zapfen (3) zugeordnet sind.
- Zylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennstelle mit Hirthverzahnungen ausgeführt ist, die dem Zylinder (1) und dem abrückbaren zweiten Zapfen (3) zugeordnet sind.
- Zylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennstelle eine Passung mit Außen- und Innendurchmesserbereich enthält, die dem Zylinder (1) und dem abrückbaren zweiten Zapfens (3) zugeordnet sind.
- Zylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem ersten Zapfen (2) ein Elektromotor (8) angeordnet ist.
- Zylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem ersten Zapfen (2) ein Zahnrad angeordnet ist, das mit einem Antrieb in Antriebsverbindung steht.
