Claims (6)
- Warmkammer-Druckgießmaschine, bei der der Einpreßvorgang über eine elektronische Steuereinrichtung beeinflußt wird, der vom Einpreßaggregat stammende Eingangssignale zugeleitet werden, und die mit einem in die Schmelze eintauchenden Gießbehälter (2) mit einer Steigbohrung (4) und mit einem daran angesetzten Mundstückskörper (5) versehen ist, der mit einer Düsenspitze (8) bis zur Form (9) geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Spitze des Mundstückkörpers (5) ein Metallsensor (13) vorgesehen ist, der mit der Steuereinrichtung (15) verbunden ist und ihr ebenfalls Eingangssignale zuleitet, und daß hochdynamische Stetigventile (17) mit Schaltzeiten zwischen 1 und 5ms zur Beeinflussung des Einpreßvorganges vorgesehen sind, die von der Steuereinrichtung (15) betätigt werden und eine an das Produkt angepaßte Geschwindigkeits- und Druckregelung ermöglichen.
- Warmkammer-Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Düsenspitze (8) in eine Aufnahme (7) des Mundstückkörpers (5) einsetzbar ist und daß der Metallsensor (13) in dem Aufnahmeraum (12) des Mundstückkörpers (5) für die Düsenspitze (8) eingesetzt ist.
- Warmkammer-Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Form (9) eine Evakuiereinrichtung mit einer Vakuumpumpe und einem dieser vorgeschalteten Ventil (22) zugeordnet ist, das von der Steuereinrichtung (15) betätigbar ist.
- Warmkammer-Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Metallsensoren solche vorgesehen sind, die berührungslos auf das Vorhandensein der Metallschmelze reagieren.
- Warmkammer-Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Metallsensor ein Magnetfeldsensor vorgesehen sind.
- Warmkammer-Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Metallsensor ein mit einer Kontaktfläche in den Mundstückskörper (5) hereingeführter elektrischer Sensor (13) vorgesehen ist.
