Abstract

Zur vereinfachten Befestigung von Bändern und Tafeln (2) einer Metalldeckung auf der Unterkonstruktion (3) sind textile Haftverschlüsse (4,5) vorgesehen, die aus zwei textilen, unter Druck zusammengefügten Flächengebilden bestehen. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft die Befestigung von Bändern oder Tafeln einer Metalldeckung auf einer Unterkonstruktion und/oder die Verbindung der Bänder und Tafeln miteinander.
  • Nach den allgemeinen technischen Vorschriften für Bauleistungen (VOB) ist zwingend die indirekte Befestigung von Bändern und Tafeln einer Metalldeckung vorgeschrieben, um die ungehinderte Längenänderung durch Wärmeeinflüsse zu gewährleisten, wobei alle Verbindungen regen- und schneedicht sein müssen. Zur indirekten Befestigung von Metalldeckungen wie Dachdeckungen, Abdeckungen etc. werden Hafte, Schiebehafte, durchgehende Haftstreifen, Zahnleisten oder Vorstöße verwendet, die direkt über z.B. feuerverzinkte Stahlnägel auf der Unterkonstruktion der Metalldeckung befestigt sind. Diese Befestigungsart erlaubt im allgemeinen eine sichere Fixierung der Metalldeckung auf der Unterkonstruktion. Nun ist das Verlegen der Hafte mit Hilfe von verzinkten Nägeln, ob von Hand oder mittels auf dem Markt befindlicher Nagelgeräte, mit einem nicht unbeachtlichen Material- und Montageaufwand verbunden. Wie sich in der Praxis gezeigt hat, muß auch auf eine richtige Druckeinstellung geachtet werden, damit die Nägel vollkommen eingeschlagen werden. Sollten die Nägel durch falsche Druckeinstellung oder durch falsche Handhabung noch hervorstehen, muß unbedingt nachgearbeitet werden, um ein unschönes Abzeichnen der Nagelköpfe auf der Metalloberfläche zu vermeiden.
  • Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Befestigung von Bändern und Tafeln einer Metalldeckung auf einer Unterkonstruktion bzw. eine Verbindung der Bänder und Tafeln miteinander bereitzustellen, durch die der Material- und Montageaufwand vergleichsweise deutlich niedriger ist, wobei die sichere Fixierung der Bänder und Tafeln der Metalldeckung auf der Unterkonstruktion gewährleistet sein muß.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht in der Verwendung von textilen Haftverschlüssen, bestehend aus zwei textilen Flächengebilden, die mit Druck zusammengefügt sind.
  • Die textilen Flächengebilde sind mit den Bändern bzw. Tafeln und der Unterkonstruktion vorzugsweise durch Kleben fest verbunden, oder durch eine mechanische Befestigung. Die textilen Haftverschlüsse sorgen dafür, daß sämtliche in der Konstruktion durch Windbeanspruchung entstehenden Kräfte von der Metalldeckung sicher in die Unterkonstruktion geleitet werden.
  • Die textilen Flächengebilde sind in Form von parallel zueinander oder kreuzweise verlaufenden Streifen auf dem jeweiligen Träger angebracht.
  • Die Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung beispielhaft dargestellt und wird nachstehend näher erläutert.
  • Gemäß der Querschnittszeichnung dient als Unterkonstruktion für eine aus mehreren, über Stehfalze (1) miteinander verbundenen Zinkbändern (2) gebildete Dachhaut eine Holzschalung (3). Auf der Holzschalung (3) und auf der Rückseite der Zinkbänder (2) sind in regelmäßigen Abständen streifenförmige, textile Flächengebilde (4, 5) aufgeklebt, die unter Anwendung von Druck miteinander verbunden sind und eine so hohe Haftung aufweisen, daß sie eine sichere Befestigung der Dachhaut auf der Unterkonstruktion gewährleisten.

Claims (3)

  1. Befestigung und Verbindung von Bändern oder Tafeln (2) einer Metalldeckung auf einer Unterkonstruktion (3) und/oder die Verbindung der Bänder und Tafeln miteinander, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung von textilen Haftverschlüssen, die aus zwei textilen, unter Druck zusammengefügten Flächengebilden (4, 5) bestehen.
  2. Befestigung und Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flächengebilde (4, 5) mit der Unterkonstruktion (3) bzw. den Bändern oder Tafeln (2) durch Kleben oder durch mechanisches Befestigen verbunden sind.
  3. Befestigung und Verbindung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flächengebilde (4, 5) in Form von parallel zueinander oder kreuzweise verlaufenden Streifen auf dem jeweiligen Träger angeordnet sind.
