Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Duschabtrennung gemäß den im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmalen.
Aus der EP-B-285 914 ist eine derartige Duschabtrennung mit einem feststehenden Wandelement bekannt, welches mit einer weiteren Wand, insbesondere einer Wand eines Badezimmers oder Duschraumes verbunden ist. Im Eckbereich zwischen dem Wandelement und der anderen Wand ist eine Konsole vorgesehen, um eine definierte Ausrichtung des Wandelements zu gewährleisten. Wirken insbesondere orthogonal zur Ebene auf das Wandelement Kräfte ein, so werden diese mittels der Konsole zumindest teilweise aufgefangen und auf die andere Wand funktionssicher übertragen. Bei Duschabtrenungen weisen bekanntlich feststehende Wandelemente eine Breite in der Größenordnung von bis zu 1 m oder auch darüber auf, und es muß gewährleistet sein, daß beim Anlehnen eines Benutzers an das Wandelement oder während des Einsteigens eines Benutzers in den Duschraum beim Festhalten des Wandelements auftretende Kräfte und Momente sicher aufgenommen werden und eine Beschädigung oder gar Zerstörung der Duschabtrennung vermieden werden. Duschabtrennungen und deren Wandelemente enthalten zudem Platten aus Glas oder Kunststoff, und es muß sicher gestellt werden, daß für lange Jahre eine sichere Befestigung und Verankerung des Wandelements erreicht wird. Bei der vorbekannten Duschabtrennung ist die Konsole einteilig mit einer horizontalen Bodenplatte und einem umlaufenden Rand ausgebildet. An Teilen des Randes sind Anlageflächen angeordnet, welche zum einen am Wandelement und zum anderen an der Raumwand oder dergleichen zur Anlage gebracht werden. In diesen Randteilen sind Langlöcher für Schrauben und andere Befestigungselemente vorgesehen. Die Randteile mit Anlageflächen befinden sich in zueinander orthogonalen Ebenen. In der Praxis kommt es immer wieder vor, daß die andere Wand bzw. Raumwand nicht exakt vertikal angeordnet ist oder das Wandelement zwecks vertikaler Ausrichtung nicht genau rechtwinklig zur Raumwand montiert werden kann, so daß mit der vorbekannten Konsole sich Montageschwierigkeiten ergeben können. Die Einstellung und Ausrichtung des Wandelements erfordert einen nicht unerheblichen Montage- und Zeitaufwand.
Aus der EP-A-0 622 043 ist eine Duschabtrennung mit mindestens einer Tür bekannt, welche an einer Tragsäule befestigt und um eine Schwenkachse schwenkbar ist. Die Tragsäule samt Tür sind mittels Konsolen gelagert, welche an einer Raumwand befestigt sind. Diese Konsolen bilden jeweils einen ortsfesten Lagerbock, welcher bezüglich der Raumwand einstellbar ist.
Ferner ist aus der DE-A-3 310 139 eine Duschabtrennung mit einem schwenkbarem Türflügel bekannt, wobei jedoch ein feststehendes Wandelement nicht vorhanden ist. Eine Konsole ist direkt an der Raumwand befestigt, wobei eine besondere Ausbildung eines Türscharniers mit einem feststehenden Halteteil und einem schwenkbaren Befestigungsteil vorgesehen ist.
Schließlich ist aus der EP-A-0 445 571 eine Duschabtrennung mit einem schwenkbaren Türflügel bekannt, welcher mittels außerhalb der Duschabtrennung angeordneten Stangen und Haltekörpern drehbar gelagert ist. Für den schwenkbaren Türflügel ist ein mit der Raumwand fest verbundener Haltekörper vorgesehen, welcher an einem freien Ende Lagermittel für eine mit dem Türflügel verbundene, vertikale Stange aufweist.
Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Duschabtrennung der genannten Art dahingehend weiterzubilden, daß der Montageaufwand verringert wird und eine funktionssichere Ausrichtung des Wandelements gewährleistet ist. Auch bei schwierigen Einbaubedingungen soll eine schnelle und problemlose Verbindung des Wandelements mit der anderen Wand, insbesondere mit der Raumwand, durchgeführt werden können.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt gemäß den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1.
Die erfindungsgemäße Duschabtrennung weist eine funktionssichere Konstruktion auf und kann mit geringem Aufwand montiert werden. Der Konsole ist wenigstens ein Lagerbock zugeordnet, wobei zwischen der Konsole und dem Lagerbock eine Gelenkverbindung vorhanden ist. Die exakte vertikale Ausrichtung des Wandelements ist somit auch bei schwierigen Einbaubedingungen mit schrägen oder schiefen Raumwänden oder dergleichen problemlos durchführbar. Das Gelenk ermöglicht einen sicheren Ausgleich und gewährleistet darüberhinaus eine funktionsgerechte Verbindung des Wandelements bzw. der Konsole und der anderen Wand. Die Gelenkverbindung enthält in zweckmäßiger Weise einen Bolzen, welcher sowohl in den Lagerbock als auch in ein korrespondierendes Lagerelement der Konsole eingreift. Die Montage und Demontage ist problemlos durchführbar, wobei der Lagerbock vorzugsweise noch ein Langloch aufweist, um die erfindungsgemäße Querausrichtung bezüglich des Wandelements und/oder der anderen Wand zu ermöglichen. Vorzugsweise ist die Konsole sowohl bezüglich des Wandelements als auch bezüglich der anderen Wand jeweils mittels eines derartigen Lagerbocks gekoppelt und befestigt. Die Konsole kann zur Aufnahme von Waschutensilien, Seife oder dergleichen in zweckmäßiger Weise ausgebildet sein. Darüberhinaus hat es sich als besonders zweckmäßig erwiesen, die Konsole nicht im Bereich des oberen Randes des Wandelements anzuordnen, sondern maximal im Bereich bis zu 3/4 der Gesamthöhe des Wandelements. Durch entsprechende Vorgabe der Höhenpositionierung der Konsole und der Lageböcke kann den Erfordernissen entsprechend eine stabile und exakt vertikale Positionierung des Wandelements mit geringem Montageaufwand durchgeführt werden.
Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung und Weiterentwicklungen sind in den Unteransprüchen sowie der Beschreibung angegeben.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausfübrungsbeispiele näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Figur 1 zeigt teilweise in einer Ansicht ein Wandelement 2 der Duschabtrennung. Es sei festgehalten, daß die Duschabtrennung darüberhinaus weitere Wandelemente und wenigstens eine Tür in bekannter Weise enthält. Das Wandelement 2 ist vertikal ausgerichtet und enthält eine Platte 4, welche aus Silikatglas oder Kunststoff, beispielsweise sogenanntes Acrylglas besteht. Die Platte 4 ist mit einem vertikalen Längsrand in einem Rahmenprofil 6 befestigt. Ferner ist ein Wandprofil 8 vorgesehen, welches vertikal an einer anderen Wand 12 befestigt ist. Diese andere Wand 12 ist hier als gekachelte Raumwand eines Duschraumes oder Badezimmers ausgebildet. Im Rahmen dieser Erfindung kann die andere Wand 12 auch als ein weiteres Wandelement ausgebildet sein, welches rechtwinklig mit dem hier dargestellten Wandelement 2 in entsprechender Weise verbunden ist. Die oberen Ränder des Rahmenprofils 6 und des Wandprofils 8 sind mit einer Abdeckung 10 abgeschlossen, welche in geeigneter Weise mit dem Rahmenprofil 6 und/oder dem Wandprofil 8 verbunden ist.
Mittels des Wandelements 2 und insgesamt mittels der Duschabtrennung wird ein Innenraum 14 von einem Außenraum 16 getrennt, wobei im Innenraum 14 in bekannter Weise Armaturen und eine Dusche sowie eine Duschwanne oder zumindest ein Wasserabfluß im Boden vorgesehen ist. Im Innenraum 10 ist im Eckbereich zwischen dem Wandelement 2 und der anderen Wand 12 eine Konsole 18 vorgesehen. Die Konsole 18 enthält einen Rahmen 20 aus zwei Stäben 22, 23 sowie zwei Lagerelemente 24, 25. Die Stäbe 22, 23 sind im wesentlichen in einer horizontalen Ebene angeordnet. Die Konsole 18 enthält ferner eine Anzahl in vertikalen Ebenen angeordneter Bügel 26, deren Enden mit den Stäben 22, 23, insbesondere durch Schweißen, verbunden sind. Die Bügel 26 besitzen eine Uartige Kontur und bilden einen Aufnahmeraum derart, daß von oben zwischen die Stäbe 22, 23 und die Bügel 26 Bade- oder Duschutensilien hineingelegt werden können. Der Rahmen 20 mit den Stäben 22, 23 sowie den Lagerelementen 24, 25 und den Bügeln 26 besteht bei dieser Ausführungsform aus Metall, wobei die einzelnen Teile insbesondere mittels Schweißverbindungen miteinander verbunden sind. In einer alternativen Ausgestaltung kann anstelle der verschiedenen Bügel 26 beispielsweise eine Kunststoffschale vorgesehen sein, welche von oben her in den Rahmen 20 eingesetzt ist. Ferner kann die Konsole 18 erfindungsgemäß auch einteilig aus Kunststoff gefertigt sein und eine schalenförmige Kontur zur Aufnahme von Bade- und Duschutensilien besitzen. Unabhängig von der jeweiligen Formgebung und Ausbildung der Konsole 18 ist es wesentlich, daß die Konsole 18 wenigstens ein, bevorzugt zwei, Lagerelemente 24, 25 für ein Gelenk aufweist.
Den Lagerelementen 24, 25 der Konsole ist jeweils ein Lagerbock 30, 31 zugeordnet. Zur Verbindung der Konsole 18 bzw. deren Lagerelemente 24, 25 mit dem jeweiligen Lagerbock 30, 31 ist ein Gelenkbolzen 32, 33 vorgesehen, welche jeweils mit strichpunktierten Linien angedeutet sind. Die beiden Lagerböcke 30, 31 und die Anlenkung der Konsole ist übereinstimment ausgebildet und nachfolgend wird daher lediglich das vom Lagerbock 30 und dem Lagerelement 24 einschließlich Gelenkbolzen 32 gebildetete Gelenk weiter erläutert. Diese Erläuterung gelten entsprechend auch für das andere Gelenk mit dem Lagerbock 31.
Der Lagerbock 30 enthält eine Ausnehmung 34, in welche das Lagerelement 24 der Konsole 18 eingreift. Der Lagerbock 30 besitzt somit zwei Schenkel 36, 37 mit zueinander fluchtenden koaxialen Bohrungen 38. Des weiteren enthält das Lagerelement 24 eine korrespondierende Bohrung und der Gelenkbolzen 32 greift sowohl durch die beiden Bohrungen 38 des Lagerbocks 30 als auch durch die hier nicht dargestellte Bohrung des Lagerelements 24. Der Gelenkbolzen 32 besteht zweckmäßig aus Metall oder Stahl und ist in geeigneter Weise in dem Lagerbock fixiert und gesichert. Der Lagerbock 30 besteht vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, während der Gelenkbolzen zweckmäßig aus Metall besteht und insbesondere mittels einer Preßpassung in die Bohrungen des Lagerbocks 30 eingepreßt ist. Ferner kann erfindungsgemäß der Gelenkbolzen 32 am unteren Ende, mit welchem er in den unteren Schenkel 37 des Lagerbocks 30 eingreift, ein Gewinde aufweisen und in ein korrespondierendes Gewinde im Schenkel 36 eingeschraubt sein. Der Gelenkbolzen kann erfindungsgemäß aus dem Lagerbock 30 herausgelöst werden, um so die weiter unten noch zu erläuternde Befestigung an der anderen Wand 12 zu ermöglichen. Ferner enthält der Lagerbock 30 ein Langloch derart, daß eine Ausrichtung in Querrichtung entsprechend den Pfeilen 40, 41 möglich ist.
Fig. 2 zeigt in einer Aufsicht von oben das Wandelement 2, welches mittels der Konsole 18 und den beiden Lagerböcken 31 und 30 an der anderen Wand 12 befestigt ist. Wie ersichtlich, ist das Wandelement 2 bezüglich der Wand 12 in einem rechten Winkel angeordnet. Aufgrund der Gelenkverbindungen mittels den Lagerböcken 30, 31 kann erfindungsgemäß auch ein von 90° abweichender anderer Winkel zwischen dem Wandelement 2 und der Wand 12 problemlos vorgegeben werden. Die bei Bedarf herauslösbaren Gelenkbolzen 32, 33 ermöglichen, daß zunächst die Lagerböcke 30, 31 an der Wand 12 bzw. dem Wandelement 2 befestigt werden können und nachfolgend die Konsole 18 mittels den Gelenkbolzen 32 und 33 spielfrei mit den Lagerböcken 30, 31 verbunden werden. Das Wandelement 2 ist bei dieser Ausführungsform im wesentlichen als eine Glasplatte ausgebildet und im Außenraum 16 ist eine Abdeckung 42 vorgesehen. Die Glasplatte enthält eine Bohrung für ein bindurchgreifendes Befestigungselement, insbesondere eine Schraube oder einen Bolzen, für den Lagerbock 31, wobei mittels der Abdeckung 42 dieses Befestigungselement und die Anlagefläche des Lagerbocks 31 an der Innenfläche der Glasplatte abgedeckt wird.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung, gemäß welcher der Lagerbock 31' nicht an der Platte des Wandelements 2, sondern an einem Rahmenprofil 44 des Wandelements 2 befestigt ist. Die Anlagefläche 46 des Lagerbocks 31' ist an die Außenfläche des Rahmenprofils 44 angepaßt. Durch die Pfeile 40, 41 ist die Ausrichtbarkeit des Lagerbocks 30 bezüglich der Wand 12 angedeutet. Es ist ersichtlich, daß auch bei dieser Ausführungsform das Wandelement 2 bezüglich der Wand 12 in einem Winkel Kleiner oder größer 90° angeordnet werden kann.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine Aufsicht auf die Duschabtrennung gemäß Fig. 3 von oben und die gekrümmte Ausbildung der Anlagefläche 46 des Lagerbocks 31' ist gut zu erkennen. Die konkave Krümmung der Anlagefläche 46 ist an die konvexe Krümmung der zugeordneten Fläche des Rahmenprofils 44 angepaßt. Die Stäbe 22, 23 des Rahmens der Konsole 18 sind im wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichtet.
Fig. 5 zeigt eine Ansicht des Lagerbocks 30 zusammen mit einem Teil der Wand 12. Es sind hier die beiden Schenkel 36, 37 und die dazwischen liegende Ausnehmung 34 des Lagerbocks 30 gut zu erkennen. Der obere Schenkel 36 besitzt zur Aufnahme des Bolzens eine Bohrung 38, deren Durchmesser großer ist als der Durchmesser einer Bohrung 39 des unteren Schenkels 37. Der von oben eingesetzte Gelenkbolzen ist somit gegen ein Herausfallen nach unten gesichert. Der Gelenkbolzen ist entsprechend gestuft ausgebildet und weist oberhalb des unteren Schenkels 37 einen größeren Durchmesser als die Bohrung 39 auf. Ferner enthält die kleinere Bohrung 39 ein Innengewinde und der Gelenkbolzen ein korrespondierendes Außengewinde an seinem unteren Ende, so daß eine weitere Fixierung aufgrund der Gewindeverbindung sichergestellt ist.
Des weiteren ist hier das bereits erwähnte Langloch 48 im Lagerbock 30 gut zu erkennen. Durch dieses vorzugsweise in einer horizontalen Ebene angeordnete Langloch 48 ist eine Querausrichtung des Lagerbocks 30 bezüglich der Wand 12 entsprechend den Pfeilen 40, 41 möglich. Durch die Länge 50 des Langlochs 48 ist der mögliche Verstellbereich zur Positionierung vorgegeben. Es darf festgehalten werden, daß in der Wand 12 nach einer groben Ausrichtung des Wandelements mitsamt der Konsole und den Lagerböcken eine Bohrung für einen Dübel oder dergleichen zur Anschrauben oder sonstigen Befestigen des Lagerbocks 30 vorgesehen wird. Bevor das Befestigungselement bzw. die Schraube endgültig festgezogen wird, kann zur exakten Positionierung die Querausrichtung vorgenommen werden. Die Ausnehmung 34 des Lagerbocks 30 ist derart ausgebildet, daß in der Ausnehmung 34 nicht nur das Lagerelement der Konsole, sondern auch der Kopf des Befestigungselementes, insbesondere der Befestigungsschraube, Platz haben, ohne daß hierbei die Bewegbarkeit und Ausrichtbarkeit des Gelenks beeinträchtigt wird.

Claims (6)

  1. Duschabtrennung mit einem feststehenden Wandelement (2), welches mittels einer Konsole (18) mit einer Wand (12) verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Gelenk zwischen der Konsole (18) und dem Wandelement (2) und/oder der Wand (12) vorgesehen ist, daß das Gelenk einen Lagerbock (30, 31) und ein mit diesem verbundenes Lagerelement (24, 25) aufweist, daß das Gelenk eine im wesentlichen vertikale Achse aufweist, und daß das Gelenk bezüglich des Wandelements (2) und/oder der Wand (12) zumindest in horizontaler Richtung ausrichtbar ausgebildet ist.
  2. Duschabtrennung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerbock (30, 31) ein Langloch (48) aufweist, welches vorzugsweise in einer horizontalen Ebene angeordnet ist.
  3. Duschabtrennung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konsole (18) das Lagerelement (24, 25) enthält, welches in eine Ausnehmung (34) des Lagerbocks (30, 31) eingreift, und daß ein Gelenkbolzen (32, 33) zur Verbindung des Lagerelements (24, 25) mit dem Lagerbock (30, 31) vorgesehen ist.
  4. Duschabtrennung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerbock (30, 31) zwei im wesentlichen horizontal angeordnete Schenkel (36, 37) aufweist, welche wenigstens eine Bohrung (38, 39) enthalten.
  5. Duschabtrennung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konsole (18) einen im wesentlichen horizontal angeordneten Rahmen (20) aufweist, welcher vorzugsweise Stäbe (22, 23) enthält, wobei die Stäbe (22, 23) vorzugsweise gegeneinander zur Bildung des in der Mitte offenen Rahmens (20) gebogen sind.
  6. Duschabtrennung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konsole (18) eine insbesondere im Rahmen (20) befestigte Schale aufweist, welche vorzugsweise aus vertikal nach unten gebogenen Bügeln (26) aufgebaut ist.
