Aus der Unterseite 6 des Gehäuseblockes ragen rechtwinklig zu den Koaxialkontakten 3 Anschlußpfosten 7 hervor, die zum Eindrücken in metallisierte Bohrungen einer hier nicht näher dargestellten Leiterplatte ausgebildet sind. Dabei sind diese Anschlußpfosten jeweils mit den Mittelleitern 4 der Koaxialkontakte verbunden bzw. einstückig an diese angeformt.
Weitere Anschlußpfosten 8 sind an einer metallischen Basis- bzw. Erdungsplatte 9 angeformt, und die Basisplatte selbst ist in der Unterseite des Gehäuseblockes 1 verankert und elektrisch mit diesem verbunden.
Der Gehäuseblock 1 besteht aus zwei flachen Halb- bzw. Teilschalen 10, 11 aus vorzugsweise metallischem Werkstoff, die zusammengefügt und mittels hier nicht näher dargestellten Nietzapfen fest miteinander verbunden sind. Die Teilschalen 10, 11 können ggf. auch aus Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt sein, wobei dann jedoch deren Oberflächen allseitig (innen und außen) mit einer Metallisierung versehen sind.
Die Teilschalen sind in ihrem Inneren mit Ausnehmungen 12, 12' versehen, in denen die Mittelleiter 4 und eine diese umgebende Isolierhülle 13, 13' als Dielektrikum aufgenommen sind.
Claims (4)
- Koaxialer Winkelverbinder zur Montage auf einer Leiterplatte mit mindestens zwei Koaxialkontakten (3), die einerseits ein Steckanschlußende und andererseits ein Anschlußende zur Befestigung und Kontaktierung in Leiterplattenbohrungen aufweisen, wobei die Koaxialkontakte (3) in einem aus zwei Teil- bzw. Halbschalen (10, 10'; 11, 11') zusammengefügten, elektrisch leitfähigen Gehäuseblock (1) angeordnet sind, wobei die Mittelleiter (4) der Koaxialkontakte (3) elektrisch isoliert gegen die Teilschalen (10, 10'; 11, 11') durch Ausnehmungen im Inneren der Teilschalen geführt sind, und wobei zwischen den Mittelleitern (4) eine Wand vorgesehen ist, die die Mittelleiter (4) elektrisch gegeneinander abschirmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teilschalen (10, 10'; 11, 11') jeweils eine zwischen den Mittelleitern (4) der Koaxialkontakte (3) verlaufende Trennwand (14, 15) aufweisen, und daß die Höhe der Trennwände und deren geometrische Anordnung so bemessen ist, daß diese sich bei zusammengefügten Teilschalen überlappen.
- Koaxialer Winkelverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teilschalen (10' bzw. 11') im Verlauf des jeweiligen Mittelleiters (4) äußere, vorspringende Wände (19, 19') aufweisen, die in jeweils entsprechende Ausnehmungen (20, 20') an der anderen Teilschale (11' bzw. 10') eintauchen.
- Koaxialer Winkelverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Teilschalen (10, 10'; 11, 11') aus metallischem Werkstoff bestehen. - Koaxialer Winkelverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Teilschalen (10, 10'; 11, 11') aus Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt sind und allseitig mit einem elektrisch leitfähigen Überzug (Metallisierung) versehen sind.
