Claims (3)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer zweiteiligen Käfigmutter aus einer Blechplatine mit einem Halteteil (1) und einem darauf verschiebbar gelagerten Mutterteil (2), welches aus einer Grundplatte (3) und einer darin eingeformten Gewindehülse (4) besteht, wobei von der gelochten Halteplatte (5) des Halteteils (1) Seitenwände (9) über den Rand der Grundplatte (3) herumgebogen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Blechteil aus einer Blechplatine ausgestanzt wird, wobei das Blechteil eine Rohling des Halteteils und eine Rohling des Mutterteils aufweist, und wobei die Rohlinge über einen schmalen Steg (14) zwischen der späteren Halteplatte (5) und der späteren Grundplatte (3) einstückig miteinander verbunden sind, daß zuerst die Seitenwände (9) etwa rechtwinklig hochgestellt werden. daß die Grundplatte (3) sodann um den Steg (14) herumgebogen und zwischen den hochgestellten Seitenwänden (9) parallel zur Halteplatte (5) niedergedrückt wird, daß dann die Seitenwände (9) bis zur Überdeckung der Seitenkanten (3') der Grundplatte (3) herumgebogen werden und schließlich die Grundplatte (3) von der Halteplatte (5 ) durch Abscheren des umgebogenen Steges (14) getrennt wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer zweiteiligen Käfigmutter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Begrenzung der Längsbewegung der Grundplatte (3) aus der Halteplatte (5) auf jeder Seite je zwei Stege (7 und 8) ausgestanzt und bis über die Kanten (3') der Grundplatte (3) hochgebogen sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer zweiteiligen Käfigmutter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Begrenzungsstege (7) beiderseits des Verbindungssteges (14) derart hochgebogen sind, daß der Abscherbereich (17) des Verbindungssteges (14) - von dem Gewindeteil (2) aus gesehen - mit der Außenfläche der hochgebogenen Begrenzungsstege (7) abschließt.
