Description
Claims (7)
- Stanz-Prägeniet mit einem kegelstumpfförmigen Nietkopf (4) und einem sich daran anschließenden Schaft (5), der eine Schaftnut (6) aufweist, wobei zur Herstellung einer Nietverbindung zwischen mindestens zwei aneinanderliegenden Bauteilen der Schaft (5) die Bauteile unter Bildung eines Stanzlochs durchstanzt und anschließend um das Schaftende (9) herum beim dortigen Bauteil eine Nut (8) geprägt wird, wodurch unter plastischer Verformung Material des dortigen Bauteils in die Schaftnut (6) eindringt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaftnut (6) konkav ausgebildet ist und dem Nietkopf (4) zugewandte Abschnitt (10) der Schaftnut (6) unter einem flacheren Winkel (α) zur Schaftachse (11) verläuft als der dem Schaftende (9) zugewandte Abschnitt (12) der Schaftnut (6).
- Stanz-Prägeniet nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergang zwischen dem Schaft (5) und dem den Nietkopf (4) zugewandten Abschnitt (10) der Ringnut (6) verrundet ist.
- Stanz-Prägeniet nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergang zwischen dem Schaft (5) und der dem Schaftende (9) zugewandte Abschnitt (12) der Schaftnut (6) scharfkantig ausgebildet ist.
- Stanz-Prägeniet nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergang zwischen den beiden Abschnitten (10, 12) der Schaftnut (6) verrundet ausgebildet ist (Verrundung 13).
- Stanz-Prägeniet nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dem Nietkopf (4) zugewandte Abschnitt (10) der Ringnut (6) unter einem Winkel (α) von etwa 15° zur Schaftachse (11) geneigt ist.
- Stanz-Prägeniet nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dem Schaftende (9) zugewandte Abschnitt (12) der Schaftnut (6) unter einem Winkel (β) von größer 90° geneigt ist.
- Stanz-Prägeniet nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel (β) etwa 120° beträgt.
