Claims (3)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un écrou à cage en deux parties à partir d'un flan en tôle, comprenant un élément de retenue (1) et une partie formant écrou (2) disposée mobile sur celle-ci qui se compose d'une plaque formant assise (3) et d'une douille filetée (4) formée dans celle-ci, des parois latérales (9) partant de la plaque de retenue perforée (5) de l'élément de retenue (1) étant en l'occurrence repliées au-dessus du bord de la plaque formant assise (3), caractérisé en ce qu'une pièce en tôle est découpée à la presse dans un flan en tôle, la pièce en tôle présentant en l'occurrence une ébauche de l'élément de retenue et une ébauche de la partie formant écrou, et ces ébauches étant en l'occurrence reliées entre elles suivant une configuration monobloc par une barrette entretoise (14) entre la future plaque de retenue (5) et la future plaque formant assise (3), en ce que les parois latérales (9) sont tout d'abord relevées selon une disposition sensiblement en angle droit, en ce que la plaque formant assise (3) est ensuite repliée autour de la barrette entretoise (14) et abaissée entre les parois latérales (9) relevées parallèlement à la plaque de retenue (5), en ce qu'ensuite les parois latérales (9) sont repliées jusqu'à venir recouvrir les bords latéraux (3') de la plaque formant assise (3) et en ce que pour finir la plaque formant assise (3) est séparée de la plaque de retenue (5) par cisaillement de la barrette entretoise repliée (14).
  2. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un écrou à cage pour vis Parker en deux parties selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pour limiter le déplacement dans le sens longitudinale de la plaque formant assise (3), deux barrettes entretoises (7 et 8) sont respectivement réalisées de chaque côté par découpage à la presse dans la plaque de retenue (5) et sont repliées vers le haut jusqu'au-dessus des bords (3') de la plaque formant assise (3).
  3. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un écrou à cage pour vis Parker en deux parties selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux barrettes entretoises de limitation (7) sont repliées vers le haut de part et d'autre de la barrette entretoise de liaison (14) dans des conditions telles que la zone de cisaillement (17) de la barrette entretoise de liaison (14), vue depuis la partie filetée (2), vient en affleurement de la face extérieure de la barrette entretoise de limitation (7) relevée.
