Claims (10)
- Werkzeugschleifmaschine miteiner von einem Maschinenständer (2) getragenen und horizontal angeordneten Arbeitsplatte (10),einem ein Werkstück aufnehmenden und auf der Arbeitsplatte aufgesetzten Werkstückträger (20), sowieeinem ein Schleifwerkzeug aufnehmenden Schleifkopf (30), der an einer Schleifsäule (32) gelagert ist, welche vertikal angeordnet und mittels eines Drehtellers (36) um eine vertikal verlaufende Achse schwenkbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Drehteller (36) unterhalb der Arbeitsplatte (10) und im Maschinenständer (2) integriert angeordnet ist, undein Tragarm (34) für die Schleifsäule (32) vorgesehen ist, der einenends mit dem Drehteller (36) fest verbunden und anderenends seitlich über die Arbeitsplatte (10) hinausgeführt ist, derart, daß die dort angebrachte Schleifsäule (32) um die Arbeitsplatte (10) herum verschwenkbar ist. - Werkzeugschleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehteller (36) an einem zentral hindurchgeführten und zu beiden Seiten hin überstehenden Lagerbolzen (50) angebracht ist, der durch sowohl oberhalb als auch unterhalb des Drehtellers (36) angeordnete Lager (52, 54) gehalten ist.
- Werkzeugschleifmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lager (52, 54) als Wälzlager ausgebildet sind.
- Werkzeugschleifmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wälzlager (52, 54) als Kegelrollenlager ausgebildet sind.
- Werkzeugschleifmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein Klemmorgan (42) zum Festsetzen des Drehtellers (36) bzw. des Lagerbolzens (50).
- Werkzeugschleifmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehteller (36) einen Schwenkbereich von zumindest etwas mehr als 180° besitzt.
- Werkzeugschleifmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkbereich ca. 190° beträgt.
- Werkzeugschleifmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationsachse (Schwenkachse) des Drehtellers (36) die Längsachse der Arbeitsplatte (10) schneidet.
- Werkzeugschleifmaschine nach Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet durch einen auf der Arbeitsplatte (10) anbringbaren Ausrichtdorn (70).
- Werkzeugschleifmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehteller (36) motorisch antreibbar ist.
