Description
- la figure 1 est un schéma par blocs illustrant les étapes du procédé, objet de l'invention et,
- la figure 2 est une représentation schématique d'un exemple de réalisation d'une installation d'incinération auto-thermique mettant en oeuvre le procédé, objet de l'invention.
- un four d'incinération 10, de préférence un four à lit fluidisé, recevant d'une part des ordures ménagères et d'autre part, les boues séchées selon le procédé spécifié ci-dessus ;
- une chambre de dilution et d'atomisation 12 permettant de réaliser un conditionnement des fumées dont la chaleur sensible est ensuite utilisée selon l'invention pour réaliser le séchage des boues liquides dans le sécheur-centrifugeur 16 décrit ci-après ;
- un filtre, de préférence à manche 14 permettant de séparer les cendres des fumées de combustion ;
- un dispositif sécheur-centrifugeur 16, pouvant être de tout type connu, auquel sont délivrées les boues liquides et qui, par centrifugation et séchage utilisant la chaleur sensible des gaz de combustion provenant de l'incinérateur 10, permet d'obtenir des boues séchées pulvérulentes, présentant un taux élevé de siccité. Ces boues pulvérulentes sont introduites dans l'incinérateur 10, avec les ordures ménagères, comme mentionné ci-dessus. La séparation des fumées et des buées, des boues séchées s'effectue dans un cyclone 18, les fumées étant ensuite traitées dans une installation finale classique 20 avant d'être rejetées par une cheminée.
- Réalisation d'installations beaucoup plus compactes que les installations existantes (notamment, suppression de la chaudière de récupération) ;
- Possibilité de réaliser une dilution (chambre 12) permettant le traitement du flux de déconcentration, un passage très rapide dans la zone de températures favorable à la formation des dioxines ;
- Simplification des systèmes d'alimentation du four : suppression des pompes à piston, l'alimentation du four 10 en boues séchées pulvérulentes étant effectuée par transport pneumatique.
- Diminution des coûts d'investissement, grâce à la réalisation d'installations compactes, diminution des frais d'exploitation : la déshydratation et l'incinération étant combinées dans une unité compacte qui peut être facilement automatisée, ce qui permet de diminuer les coûts de maintenance et d'entretien.
Claims (5)
- Procédé d'incinération autothermique de boues provenant de stations d'épuration d'eaux urbaines et/industrielles comportant une étape de déshydratation des boues en utilisant la chaleur sensible des fumées provenant du four d'incinération (10), les boues déshydratées étant introduites, sous forme pulvérulante, dans ledit four d'incinération (10) caractérisé en ce que la déshydratation des boues est effectuée par centrifugation - séchage simultanés (16) et en ce que les buées provenant de l'étape de centrifugation-séchage simultanée sont introduites dans le four d'incinération (10) afin de détruire les incondensables et de faire recirculer l'air comburant et de dilution nécessaire.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les boues déshydratées sont introduites, sous forme pulvérulente, dans le four d'incinération en même temps que les ordures ménagères.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que l'étape de déshydratation des boues est intégrée en ligne dans le circuit (18, 20) de traitement des fumées du four d'incinération (10).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les fumées provenant du four d'incinération (10) sont diluées avant l'étape de centrifugation séchange simultanée par introduction d'air dilué (12).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les fumées sont conditionnées avant récupération de leur chaleur sensible lors de l'étape de centrifugation-séchange simultanée des boues, ce conditionnement étant réalisé dans une chambre de dilution (12) assurant simultanément un prédépoussiérage et une recristallisation des purges provenant de l'étape finale (20) de traitement des fumées.
